Objective:To explore the therapeutic effectiveness of using biomimetic electrical stimulation in conjunction with hormone replacement therapy involving estrogen and progesterone sequentially on premature ovarian failure and its influence on uterine artery hemodynamics.Methods:90 patients with premature ovarian failure in the First People's Hospital of Xianyang were selected from December 2022 to December 2023. According to the principle of matching the baseline characteristics between groups, the above patients were divided into observation group (pink ball, 45 cases) and control group (black ball, 45 cases) by random touching pink-black ball. The control group received estrogen-progesterone sequential therapy. In contrast, the observation group added biomimetic electrical stimulation combined therapy on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect, sex hormones (follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol), uterine artery hemodynamics indicators (uterine artery peak systolic velocity (PSV), pulsatility index (PI), resistance index) and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between groups of patients. Measurement data with normal distribution were expressed as xˉ± s, and independent sample t test was used for between-group comparison of mean data and paired t-test was used for comparison before and after treatment. The percentage of enumeration data was calculated, and between-group rate was compared by chi-square test. P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results:Total effective rate with 96.56%(43/45) in observation group was higher than 82.22%(37/45) in control group ( χ2=4.05, P=0.044). After the end of treatment, FSH, LH, PI and resistance index in both groups were decreased, but the above indicators in observation group ((35.12±6.23) U/L, (33.56±4.12) U/L, 1.97±0.59, 0.41±0.13) were lower than those in control group ((49.23±6.87) U/L, (46.25±4.32) U/L, 2.33±1.04, 0.58±0.22), while the estradiol and PSV in both groups were increased, and the two indicators in observation group ((38.23±5.32) ng/L, (19.68±3.25) cm/s) were higher than those in control group were higher than those in control group ((32.12±5.12) ng/L, (16.44±2.03) cm/s) ( t value were 10.21, 2.52, 2.02, 4.62, 5.55, 5.67, respectively; Pvalue were <0.001, 0.014, 0.046, <0.001, <0.001, <0.001, respectively). The adverse reactions in the observation and control groups were nausea and vomiting (3 cases and 4 cases ), headache (2 cases and 4 cases), breast pain (1 case and 3 cases), and abdominal pain (2 cases and 4 cases), respectively,There were no statistical differences in incidence rates of adverse reactions between groups ( χ2 value were 0.16, 0.71, 1.05, and 0.71, respectively; P value were 0.694, 0.398, 0.306, and 0.398, respectively). Conclusion:The combination of biomimetic electrical stimulation technology and sequential therapy of estrogen and progesterone has shown outstanding efficacy in treating premature ovarian failure, promoting the synthesis of sex hormones in patients, improving uterine blood supply, and having high safety.

Chronic periodontitis is a prevalent disease; if left untreated, it is a main indication for tooth extraction and can lead to tooth loss. The reactive soft tissue, formed as a result of the immune response to chronic inflammation, is left in the compromised socket. The major concern is how to deal with the residual reactive soft tissue. Conservative thought states that the reactive soft tissue should be completely debrided. In addition, novel practices concerning the reactive soft tissue were proposed in recent trials, which demonstrated that there might be merits for soft and hard tissue regeneration with preservation of the reactive soft tissue. Studies have shown that mesenchymal stem cells exist in inflammatory reactive soft tissue, stressing their potential in tissue regeneration. Although the therapeutic value is highly promising, the specific components of the reactive soft tissue and the standard on whether it should be preserved need further investigation.

Internal contamination of radionuclides in the event of nuclear emergencies can lead to serious harm to human health. The research and development of radionuclide chelating agents and the application of new technologies can reduce the internal damage caused by radionuclides. Compared with traditional preparations, the nano-preparations have the advantages of improving drug dissolution, targeting and positioning drug release, and easily passing through biofilm barrier. In recent years, many scholars have used different nano-preparation forms for different decorporation drugs, including nanoparticles, nano-liposomes, nano-emulsions, etc., to conduct related research in order to achieve better clinical application effects. Nanomaterials with excellent properties have the advantages of high efficiency, rapid adsorption and high biocompatibility, etc., and have been used more and more widely in radionuclide decorporation. In this paper, combined with the relevant literatures at home and abroad, the internal contamination of radionuclides is classified according to nuclide-deposited sites of tissues and organs, and the applications of related nanoformulations and nanomaterials in radionuclide decorporation are introduced in order to provide reference for further research.

This study was aimed to verify the effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) dietary therapy in improving symptoms induced by chemotherapy.A total of 20 patients were included in the study according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The randomized autocontrol double-blind method was used in the trial. In group A,the dietary therapy was used in the first chemotherapy cycle, and the control therapy was used in the second chemotherapy cycle;and vice versa for group B.There were 3 cases fell out of the study. Finally, there were 8 cases in group A and 9 cases in group B.There were all together 17 patients.Observations were given on patients from both groups for 2 cycles. So the total observed case number was 34 person-time.Observations were given on differences of quality of life (QOL) and unpleasant symptoms (including fatigue, poor appetite, dry stool, loose stool, nausea and vomiting, night sweating, spontaneous sweating, dry mouth and throat, bitter taste in the mouth, pain, restlessness and irritable, insomnia and other symptoms) by TCM dietary therapy and control therapy on cancer patients during chemotherapy. The results showed that there was significant difference on the tenth day of chemotherapy from the QOL (P<0.05).There was significant difference on the tenth day of chemotherapy from the total score of unpleasant symptoms (P<0.05).Among them, there were significant differences on fatigue and poor appetite on the tenth day of chemotherapy (P<0.05).It was concluded that TCM dietary therapy has certain effects in the improvement of patients' clinical symptoms during chemotherapy. On the tenth day of chemotherapy, the unpleasant symptoms of TCM dietary therapy group were lower than that of the control group (P<0.05);the QOL score was higher in the treatment group than that of the control group (P<0.05).After in-depth discussion, there was statistical significance on dietary therapy in improving fatigue and poor appetite in the dietary therapy group. It demonstrated that TCM dietary therapy help patients during chemotherapy.
