In line with the rising global incidence of cancer,tumor metastasis has become the leading cause of mortality among cancer patients.Formation of the pre-metastatic niche(PMN)creates an optimal microenvironment for tumor cell colonization and metastasis,thus facilitating tumor dissemination.In this context,cancer-associated fibroblasts(CAFs)have garnered significant attention as a result of their multifaceted roles in tumor progression.CAFs enhance the formation of the PMN and promote the invasive behavior of tumor cells by remodeling the extracellular matrix,inducing epithelial-mesenchymal transition,stimulating angiogenesis and modulating the tumor immune microenvironment.These processes not only expedite metastasis but also enable tumor immune evasion.This paper reviews the fundamental mechanisms and functions of CAFs in tumor metastasis,examines their potential applications in cancer research and therapy,and offers new perspectives and directions for the development of anti-tumor metastasis strategies.

Total knee arthroplasty， as a common treatment option for advanced knee osteoarthritis， can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients. Deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity is the most common complication of total knee arthroplasty. Previous studies have shown that the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis after total knee arthroplasty is mostly related to the overexpression of inflammatory factors in vivo. Nuclear transcription factor-κB， Toll-like receptor 4， phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B， tumor necrosis factor， and nuclear transcription factor E₂-related factor 2 are typical signaling pathways related to inflammation. Regulating the expression of the signaling pathways can intervene the formation of inflammatory factors. Inhibiting the formation of inflammatory factors can help suppress the activation of platelets， thereby blocking thrombosis. According to previous research， Chinese medicine monomers， Chinese medicine extract， and compound Chinese medicine prescriptions all directly or indirectly inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors by regulating the above signaling pathways， thereby suppressing the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis after total knee arthroplasty. Therefore， Chinese medicine can reduce postoperative complications and promote postoperative recovery of patients at low cost with small side effects. This article summarizes the research on Chinese medicine intervention on deep vein thrombosis-related signaling pathways after total knee arthroplasty， which is expected to lay a basis for the in-depth study and clinical application of Chinese medicine in deep vein thrombosis.

Objective To investigate the effect of secondary transurethral electrocision for recurrent superficial bladder cancer.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with recurrent superficial bladder cancer were divided into experiment group and control group by random mechanical sampling method with 60 cases of each.Experiment group underwent secondary transurethral electrocision at 4 weeks after initial transurethral electrocision and received mitomycin bladder perfusion chemotherapy,control group patients underwent initial transurethral electrocision and received mitomycin bladder perfusion chemotherapy.The two groups' follow-up cystoscopy at 3-month intervals,the follow-up time was 6-34 (18.6 ± 6.5) months,the recurrence was compared between each other.Results Within the follow-up period,the recurrence rate in experiment group was significantly lower than that in control group [21.7％(13/60) vs.63.3％(38/60),P＜0.01].Of all the recurrent patients,high grade rumor (G2 and G3 grade) was mainly,the recurrence rate of high grade tumor in experiment group was significantly lower than that in control group [26.2％ (11/42) vs.70.0％(35/50),P ＜ 0.01].Conclusions Secondary transurethral electrocision can reduce the recurrence rate of superficial bladder cancer (especially for the high grade tumor),it can exactly make the classification of malignant tumors and find residual tumor.So it is valuable in the clinical treatment.
