The guidelines for curriculum ideological and political of nursing ethics explored the ideological and political elements of Chinese nursing, and proposed the curriculum's ideological and political goals. The development framework and basic ideas of guidelines were formed from the aspects of the integration path of curriculum ideological and political, and professional teaching, searching for the entry point of curriculum ideological and political, reforming the teaching methodology, enriching the form of teaching, and constructing the case base of curriculum ideological and political. It promoted the deep integration of nursing professional knowledge transmission and ideological value guidance, created a distinctive education system of curriculum ideological and political for nursing ethics, and provided a reference for the curriculum ideological and political construction of national nursing ethics.
2.Research on the extraterritorial regulatory experience of human germline genome editing
Chinese Medical Ethics 2024;37(10):1146-1153
Researching the extraterritorial regulatory experience of human germline genome editing (HGGE) has important reference significance for improving China's genome editing governance framework.Taking the United Kingdom (UK) and the United States (US) as examples, they already have relatively mature practices in terms of regulatory agencies, laws and regulations, and multi-group participation. The UK incorporates germline genome editing into the regulatory scope of assisted reproduction through the Human Fertilization and Embryology Authority (HFEA),while the US is mainly responsible for regulation by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH).The experience of both countries shows that the regulatory framework for HGGE requires a regulatory agency with a clear division of responsibilities,as well as classified management and timely adjustment and revision of outdated laws and regulations to cope with development and ethical challenges of technology.Additionally, the authors believe that drawing on the consultation of various international and national organizations and increasing public participation is crucial to establishing correct values. It is recommended that China should clarify the regulatory responsibilities of institutions, formulate prove effective provisions of legal and regulatory, and promote multi-party dialogue and public participation.

Acute lymphoblastic leukemia is the most common type of leukemia in children. In recent years, the treatment and prognosis of acute lymphoblastic leukemia in children have improved significantly. However, acute lymphoblastic leukemia itself and treatment measures can lead to a variety of adverse oral complications and affect further treatment. These complications have a significant effect on patients and affect further treatment. To improve the quality of life of children, this article reviews the oral health status and oral health management of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia for clinical reference. The literature review shows that the oral health management measures for children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia mainly include oral health education, active prevention of oral diseases, timely oral treatment before the start of antitumor treatment, elimination of potential sources of infection after blood examination and risk assessment, treatment of oral mucosal problems during therapy, oral emergency during antitumor therapy should be carried out under the guidance of hematologists and regular oral inspection and oral care. However, current studies have found that there is still a lack of effective prevention and treatment measures for oral mucositis. As a common oral disease in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia, the prevention and treatment of oral mucositis remain to be further studied.

Objective To explore the relationship between heart rate variability (HRV),heart rate turbulence (HRT) and blood pressure (BP) control in hypertensive patients. Methods Hypertensive patients with controlled BP group (n =50) and uncontrolled BP group (n =40) and control group non-hypertensive patients (n =52)were enrolled in this study in our hospital during June 2015 to June 2016.HRV and HRT as well as clinical characteristic of the three groups were analyzed. Results (1) Body mass index was significantly higher in the controlled BP group than in the control group. There was no statistical difference in proportions and categories of antihypertensive medication between the uncontrolled and controlled BP groups (P > 0.05).(2) VLF,LF and TS were significantly lower in the uncontrolled BP group than the control group, and HF was significantly lower in the uncontrolled BP group than in the controlled BP group (P < 0.05).(3) Results of muhiple logistic regression analysis showed that lower rMSSD,pNN50,VLF,LF,HF and TS were risk factors for BP control after adjusting for gender, age,EF value, creatinine, blood lipids,Beta-blockers and history of smoking, coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus.(4) Spearman correlation analysis of the hypertensive patients showed that LF was negatively correlated with TO,and SDNN,SDANN,rMSSD,pNN50,VLF,LF,HF were positively correlated with TS.Conclusion The present results demonstrate that uncontrolled BP is associated with abnormal HRV and HRT,which suggested autonomous nervous imbalance was existed in uncontrolled hypertensive patients.

Objective To investigate the related factors of percutaneous balloon compression (PBC) for the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia complicating cerebrovascular disease in order to reduce the incidence of surgical complications. Methods The clinical data in patients with trigeminal neuralgia complicating cerebrovascular disease treated with PBC in the People's Hospital of Liaoning Province from December 2000 to December 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. The reasons for its occurrence were investigated. Results Of the 6 759 patients with trigeminal neuralgia who received PBC treatment, 10 (0. 15% ) developed cerebrovascular disease, and 2 of them had arteriovenous fistula; 5 patients developed intracranial hemorrhage: 2 acute subdural hemorrhage, 2 intraventricular hemorrhage with subarachnoid hemorrhage, and 1 small amount of bleeding in brain stem; 1 patient developed internal carotid hemorrhage during the intraoperative puncture and the operation was stopped temporarily, and he was reoperated successfully after 2 weeks; 2 patients had cerebral infarction, they were all in the risk population of cerebrovascular disease, and 3 weeks after treatment, their disease conditions were improved. One of them left severe paralysis of limbs at discharge. Condusions The treatment of trigeminal neuralgia with PBC is safe and the incidence of cerebrovascular complications is lower. The surgical operations and blood pressure changes are the important causes of cerebrovascular complications.

AIM: The present study is to investigate the inhibitory effect of the transfer of replication-defective retroviral recombinant plasmid encoding a wild-type P16 ink4a gene on the formation of restenosis after rabbit carotid arterial injury in vivo.METHODS:A replication-defective retroviral recombinant plasmid encoding wild-type gene P16 ink4a was constructed and the packaged high titer virus stock was obtained. It was transferred into the rabbit carotid arterial wall immediately after injury. The P16 ink4a mRNA expression in the arteries was examined by Northern blot and in situ hybridization. The effect of overexpression of the P16 ink4a gene on arterial intima hyperplasia was determined by pathophysiological method. RESULTS: The exogenous P16 ink4a could be effectively transferred into injured arterial wall by retroviral recombinant plasmid and the gene products could inhibit smooth muscle cells proliferation (11.80?3.54 vs 25.20?5.12,P
