Abstract To improve adolescent health behavior, the study summarizes and analyzes the performance, pathways of transmission, and influencing factors of the intergenerational transmission of adolescent health behaviors from the perspective of intergenerational transmission. The study emphasizes the need to deepen research on the intergenerational transmission of adolescent health behaviors, promote multidisciplinary and cross team collaboration, and shift adolescent health care from individual focused care to a holistic approach that prioritizes family and community culture. Simultaneously, an action framework should be established to block the intergenerational transmission of health risk behaviors, with a focus on childhood and adolescence. Additionally, parent-child participatory health education and health promotion activities should be carried out under a tripartite coordinated intervention model involving the community, school, and family, collectively fostering the development of healthy behaviors among adolescents.

Objective: To investigate the mental health status and related factors among primary and secondary school students in western Yunnan Province, so ao to provide scientific evidences for advancing mental health education. Methods: In June 2024, a stratified cluster sampling method was employed to select 4 584 students from 18 schools across Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Lincang City and Baoshan City three regions in western Yunnan Province. The Mental Health Test (MHT) was used for assessment. Latent class analysis (LCA) and Logistic regression were applied for data classification and related factor analysis respectively. Results: The overall positive detection rate of MHT was 11.81%, with a mean total score of 40.50±19.25. The predominant issues were learning anxiety (58.4%), hypersensitivity tendency (31.1%), and self blame tendency (23.1%). LCA categorized students into four groups:severe psychological problems group (74.4% detection rate), learning anxiety hypersensitivity group ( 16.4 %), learning anxiety physical symptoms group (9.2%), and healthy group (0). Logistic regression revealed that compared with the healthy group, the severe problems group showed higher risks among females ( OR =3.01), junior/senior high school students ( OR =1.88/4.02), and those with authoritarian parenting ( OR =3.54); the anxiety hypersensitivity group had higher risks for females ( OR =1.87), senior high students ( OR =1.54), boarders ( OR =1.31), and authoritarian parenting recipients ( OR = 1.85 ); the anxiety physical symptoms group demonstrated increased risks among females ( OR =2.22), senior high students ( OR =2.58), and authoritarian parenting recipients ( OR =2.74), while lower risks were observed for students with parent/grandparent guardians ( OR =0.38) and non only children ( OR =0.58) (all P <0.05). Conclusions Mental health problems are prominent among students in western Yunnan, with gender, grade level, boarding status, guardian type, and parenting style being key determinants. Recommendations include strengthening mental health education, prioritizing left behind children s psychological well being and promoting healthy development.

“Deficiency cause， cold accumulation， and qi stagnation” originates from Essentials from the Golden Cabinet （《金匮要略》）， which is a guiding principle for the pathogenesis of women's diseases， pioneering the differentiation and treatment of women's diseases based on patterns， and having a profound influence on future generations. Following the classical principles and simplifying the complexities， this paper explored the pathogenesis and mechanism of polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） from the perspective of “deficiency cause， cold accumulation， and qi stagnation”， and believed that depletion of essence and blood， long-term accumulation of internal cold， and qi constraint and blood stasis are the causes of PCOS， with depletion of essence and blood， and lack of nourishment of zang-fu （脏腑） organs as the root， and cold pathogen invasion， qi constraint and blood stasis as the branch. The main treatment principle is “treating deficiency with supplementation”， and dispelling pathogen while reinforcing healthy qi， along with “treatment of cold by warming” and “treatment of stagnation by dispersing”. This is of great significance for the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. Clinically， these methods can be used flexibly to guide treatment and formula selection for PCOS， with the goal of harmonizing qi and blood and regulating menstruation.

Objective:To profile the distribution of avian influenza virus in poultry-related environment in poultry industry developed area in Fujian province, an investigation was conducted in Nanping city from Dec.2021 to Dec.2023.Methods:The samples from multiple types of external environment related to poultry in Nanping city were collected from Dec. 2021 to Dec. 2023, and the real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR used to detect and subtype the influenza A virus (FluA). SPSS 26.0 software was used to analyze the distribution characteristics of FluA in poultry-related environment and the differences in time, places and sample types.Results:The overall positive rate of FluA in samples from poultry-related environment was 49.16% (1 435/2 919). The positive rates of H3, H5, H9 and H10 subtypes were 0.72% (21/2 919), 9.42% (275/2 919), 33.20% (969/2 919), 0.89% (26/2 919) respectively, and no H7 subtype was detected. The positive rate of mixed type (more than one subtype of FluA detected in a same sample) was 6.51% (190/2 919), and the positive rate of unknown subtype (positive for FluA but negative for H3/5/7/9/10) was 11.58% (338/2 919). The higher positive rate of FluA mainly occurred in autumn-winter season (September to February of the following year). In live poultry markets and slaughterhouses, the positive rates of FluA, H9 subtype, mixed type and unknown subtype were significantly higher than that in poultry farms. The positive rate of FluA in poultry drinking water and feces was higher than samples of other types, most of the positive samples were H9 subtype.Conclusions:The positive rate of FluA in poultry-related environment in Nanping city was higher in autumn-winter season. The investigation also showed that higher FluA positive rate in drinking water and feces sample and diversity of the virus existed in the place of multiple types of poultry clustered, such as live poultry markets and slaughterhouses.

Objective: To understand parents attitudes towards adolescent sexual education in Baoshan City of Yunnan Province, and to explore the correlation between attitudes and their proactive behavior in adolescent sexual education, so as to provide reference for improving parents initiative in adolescent sexual health education. Methods: From November to December 2022, a stratified random cluster sampling method was used to select 7 389 parents of students from 35 primary, middle, and high schools in Baoshan City of Yunnan Province for a questionnaire survey on adolescent sexual health education in parents schools. Chi-square tests were conducted to compare the attitudes of parents towards sexual health education among different groups and their proactive behavior in providing sexual health education to their children. A multivariate Logistic regression model was used to analyze the correlation between parents attitudes towards sexual education and proactive sexual health education. Results: Totally 43.17% ( 3 190 ) of parents had a more open attitude towards sex education for their children, with parents of girls, parents of elementary school students, mothers, <30 years old, junior high school education, workers, service personnel, married, harmonious relationships with their children and democratic parents had a higher rate of actively providing sex education for their children ( χ 2=4.65, 401.92, 23.53 , 197.50, 38.18, 13.65, 6.54, 8.07, 32.17, 96.58, P <0.05). Parents with a more conservative attitude towards sex education and parents of boys were negatively correlated with parents actively providing adolescent sexual health education to their children ( OR =0.86, 0.38, P <0.05). Parents who were <30, 30-<40, 40-50 years old, individuals/businesses, married, divorced, had a good and decent relationship with their children were positively correlated with their parents proactive adolescent sexual health education for their children ( OR =1.50, 1.90, 1.37, 1.22, 1.60, 1.32, 1.94, 1.53, P <0.05). Conclusion A more open attitude towards adolescent sexual health education can serve as a predictive factor for proactive adolescent sexual health education. In order to increase the rate of family sexual health education, it is recommended to enhance parents awareness of their responsibility for their children s sexual health education, promote harmonious parent-child relationships between parents and children, and communicate with their children with an open attitude.

Epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) is an oncogene involved in tumour genesis and progression. It is expressed in 7% of patients with colorectal cancer (CRC) and is associated with drug resistance of epidermal growth factor receptor monoclonal antibodies. With the emergence of the therapeutic dilemma of CRC and the survival benefits of targeting HER2 for patients with breast cancer and gastric cancer, the significance of HER2 in CRC and the prognostic value of anti-HER2 therapy have been widely concerned, clinical researches on HER2-positive CRC have been continuously carried out. Currently, the diagnostic criteria for HER2 positive CRC have gradually been unified. HER2-targeting therapies such as monoclonal antibodies, tyrosine kinase inhibitors, antibody-drug coupling and HER2-related immunotherapy alone or in combination have shown good efficacy and brought significant survival benefits for HER2 positive CRC. This paper reviews the research progress of HER2 in CRC.

Objective:To explore the effect of mastoscopic axillary lymph node dissection (MALND) and conventional axillary lymph node dissection (CALND) in breast conserving surgery for breast cancer.Methods:This study adopts a case-control study. We selected 40 female breast cancer patients who underwent MALND in Tangshan People's Hospital from July 2016 to August 2019 (observation group), and 40 female breast cancer patients who underwent CALND in the same period as the control group. The two groups of patients were operated by the same group of doctors. After tracheal intubation and general anesthesia, the patients underwent breast conserving surgery first. After the intraoperative frozen pathology showed that breast conserving was successful, the control group underwent MALND, and the observation group underwent breast endoscopic axillary lymph node dissection. The levels of blood biochemical indicators, inflammatory factors, stress response indicators, myocardial injury markers and tumor blood circulation micrometastasis indicators, the number of lymph node dissection, operation time, intraoperative bleeding, postoperative drainage, hospital stay, hospital expenses and other surgical observation indicators, as well as the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups 3 days after operation. The measurement data with normal distribution was expressed by xˉ± s, and the comparison between the two groups was conducted by independent sample t-test; The counting data was expressed in cases (%), and the χ 2 test or Fisher exact probability method was used for comparison between groups. Results:Three days after operation, the erythrocyte count and hemoglobin level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group ((4.03±0.57)×10 12/L vs (4.33±0.54)×10 12/L, (110.90±24.20) g/L vs (129.70±14.90) g/L), cTnI, creatine kinase and CK-MB levels were higher than those in the control group ((17.4±2.3) μg/L vs (13.1±1.8) μg/L, (178.1±35.4) U/L vs (133.1±45.1) U/L, (10.7±1.6) U/L vs (7.0±1.2) U/L), the operation time was longer than that of the control group ((89.4±15.6) min vs (69.6±13.8) min), the intraoperative bleeding volume and postoperative drainage volume were more than that of the control group ((69.5±6.4) mL vs (33.3±7.7) mL, (334.5±51.1) mL vs (236.8±44.3) mL), but the hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group ((7.1±3.1) d vs (15.5±4.7) d). The cost of hospitalization was lower than that of the control group ((13 689.7±1 204.2) yuan compared with (19 734.5±1 391.5) yuan), and the difference was statistically significant ( t values were 2.16, 3.71, -11.69, -4.68, -11.34, -6.01, -22.87, -9.14, 9.44, 20.78; all P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in inflammatory factors, stress response indicators, cell adhesion factor levels, number of lymph node dissection and postoperative complications (all P>0.05). Conclusions:Compared with CALND, MALND for breast cancer patients will not cause serious inflammatory reaction and stress reaction, and will not increase the risk of tumor blood micrometastasis and the incidence of complications, but will cause some damage to myocardial cells. Lipolysis and liposuction during MALND can increase intraoperative bleeding volume and postoperative drainage volume, and prolong the operation time while improving the quality of the operation field, However, it has obvious advantages in shortening hospitalization time and reducing hospitalization expenses.

Objective:To investigate the effects of preserving a large subfibular bone and ligament reinforcement to treat chronic ankle instability in children.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted to analyze the clinical data of qualified 43 children with chronic ankle instability and a large subfibular bone (the maximum diameter greater than 8 mm) who had been treated at Children's Osteopathy Hospital, Honghui Hospital, Xi'an Jiaotong University from May 2019 to February 2022. There were 29 boys and 14 girls with an age of (9.5±1.2) years. According to treatment methods, they were divided into group A (19 cases) where the subfibular bone was excised and the ligaments were reinforced and group B (24 cases) where the subfibular bone was preserved and the ligaments were reinforced. The talar anterior displacement and talar inclination angle at preoperation and immediate postoperation, and the ankle-hindfoot score of American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) and visual analogue scale (VAS) at preoperation and the last follow-up were recorded in both groups to make comparisons between the 2 groups and between preoperation and postoperation. Wound healing and complications were also recorded.Results:There was no significant difference in the preoperative general data between the 2 groups, showing comparability ( P>0.05). All patients were followed up for (11.6±5.8) months. In all patients, the talar anterior displacement and talar inclination angle at immediate postoperation were significantly improved compared with the preoperation, and the ankle-hindfoot AOFAS score and VAS at the last follow-up also significantly improved compared with the preoperation ( P<0.05). The talar anterior displacement at immediate postoperation in group B [5.0 (4.3, 5.0) mm] was significantly shorter than that in group A [6.0 (5.0, 6.0) mm] ( P=0.013). There were no significant differences between the 2 groups in the talar inclination angle at immediate postoperation, or in the ankle-hindfoot AOFAS score or VAS at the last follow-up ( P>0.05). Postoperative incision healing was good in all patients. Probably due to intraoperative pulling up of the incision, superficial peroneal nerve numbness occurred in 1 case but recovered spontaneously. The subfibula bones in group B healed within 1 year. Conclusion:For chronic ankle instability in children with a large subfibular bone, preservation of the subfibular bone and ligament reinforcement can better restore the ankle anteroposterior stability.

Gypenosides, structurally analogous to ginsenosides and derived from a sustainable source, are recognized as the principal active compounds found in Gynostemma pentaphyllum, a Chinese medicinal plant used in the treatment of the metabolic syndrome. By bioactive tracking isolation of the plants collected from different regions across China, we obtained four new gypenosides (1-4), together with nine known gypenosides (5-13), from the methanol extract of the plant. The structures of new gypenosides were elucidated by one-dimensional (1D) and two-dimensional (2D) nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra, complemented by chemical degradation experiments. Through comprehensive evaluation involving COL1A1 promoter assays and PP2Cα activity assays, we established a definitive structure-activity relationship for these dammarane-type triterpenoids, affirming the indispensability of the C-3 saccharide chain and C-17 lactone ring in effectively impeding extracellular matrix (ECM) deposition within hepatic stellate cells. Further in vivo study on the CCl₄-induced liver damage mouse model corroborated that compound 5 significantly ameliorated the process of hepatic fibrosis by oral administration. These results underscore the potential of dammarane-type triterpenoids as prospective anti-fibrotic leads and highlight their prevalence as key molecular frameworks in the therapeutic intervention of chronic hepatic disorders.

Objective:To evaluate the etiological diagnosis value of soft bronchoscopy in children with laryngeal stridor.Methods:The clinical data of 402 children with laryngeal stridor wheezing were retrospectively analyzed, which examined by soft bronchoscopy in Anhui Provincial Children′s Hospital from January 2016 to January 2019.Results:A total of 402 cases of laryngeal stridor were diagnosed by soft bronchoscopy, 317(78.8%) cases were diagnosed as congenital airway dysplasia, including 200(49.7%)cases of congenital laryngeal chondromalacia, which including 132 cases of single laryngeal chondromalacia and 68 cases with other respiratory tract dysplasia, and 117(29.1%) cases of respiratory dysplasia other than laryngeal chondromalacia; 46(11.5%) cases of laryngitis; 28(7.0%) cases of airway acquired stenosis and 11 (2.7%)cases of foreign body.Among 402 cases of children with laryngeal stridor who were diagnosed according to clinical feature, combined with chest X-ray, chest CT, CT angiography and color Doppler echocardiography as well as other imaging data, 335(83.3%) cases were congenital laryngeal chondromalacia, 16(4.0%) cases were other respiratory tract dysplasia (including six cases of subglottic and tracheal stenosis, five cases of laryngeal space occupying lesions, four cases of tracheobronchial malformation, and one case of subglottic hemangioma), 35 (8.7%)cases of laryngitis, acquired airway stenosis in 15 cases including 13 cases of congenital heart disease, one case of pulmonary artery sling, one case of mediastinal cyst, and one case of foreign body.Congenital laryngeal chondromalacia, other causes of respiratory dysplasia and foreign body detected by flexible bronchoscopy were not consistent with clinical examination( P<0.05). Conclusion:Congenital laryngeal chondromalacia is the main cause of laryngeal stridor, but it is often associated with other airway dysplasia.Soft bronchoscopy can provides etiological diagnosis for children with laryngeal stridor wheezing, especially in the diagnosis of respiratory tract dysplasia and airway foreign body.
