Objective:To investigate the current situation of knowledge, attitude and practice of medical personnel in areas with high incidence of fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome (SFTS) in Anhui Province, in order to provide a scientific basis for conducting systematic training for medical personnel.Methods:From July to August 2024, a multi-stage random sampling method was used to select medical personnel from village, township, county, and city level medical institutions in high incidence areas of SFTS in Anhui Province (Hefei City, Liu'an City, Chuzhou City, Xuancheng City) for an online questionnaire survey on their knowledge, attitude, and practice status. The survey included demographic data, knowledge, attitude, and practice related to SFTS, and a binary logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of SFTS knowledge qualification rate.Results:A total of 2 718 valid questionnaires were collected, with an effective response rate of 99.60% (2 718/2 729). Among them, 1 384 were males, accounting for 50.92%. The majority were medical personnel aged 41 to 50 years old, with undergraduate degrees, junior professional titles, working in township health centers or community health service centers, as clinical physicians, and with a working experience of no more than 10 years. They accounted for 31.97% (869/2 718), 50.48% (1 372/2 718), 35.54% (966/2 718), 38.52% (1 047/2 718), 62.33% (1 694/2 718), and 30.61% (832/2 718), respectively. The overall correct rates of medical personnel's relevant knowledge, attitude and practice were 77.52% (31 605/40 770), 94.53% (12 847/13 590) and 89.73% (12 194/13 590), respectively. There were statistically significant differences in the knowledge qualification of medical personnel of different genders, ages, education levels, professional titles, hospital levels, job positions, and years of work experience ( P < 0.05). The results of binary logistic regression analysis showed that professional title, hospital level, work position, and work experience were the influencing factors of knowledge qualification rate ( P < 0.05). Conclusions:Medical personnel have a relatively positive attitude and high level of practice towards SFTS, but their knowledge level still needs to be improved. It is recommended to provide targeted knowledge training for medical personnel in different positions to promote early detection, diagnosis, and treatment of SFTS.

Berberine is an antipyretic and detoxicating drug commonly used in clinical practice,and it is currently used for the routine treatment of gastrointestinal diseases such as bacterial gastroenteritis and diarrhea.However,several recent studies have shown that berberine can exert a therapeutic effect on the diseases such as autoimmune hepatitis,viral hepatitis,nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,and liver cancer by regulating the AMPK and TGF-β pathways and altering the composition of intestinal flora.This provides new drugs for the treatment of these diseases,expands the potential indications of berberine,and provides clues for the follow-up research and development of similar drugs.This article summarizes the therapeutic effect and mechanism of berberine on various liver diseases,in order to provide a reference for effective clinical application.

Gallstone disease is a common and frequently seen disease of digestive system, and is a common cause of inflammation of gallbladder and bile duct, biliary tract tumor and obstructive jaundice, however, its pathogenesis is not yet fully understood. Recent studies have revealed that intestinal flora and immunity play important roles in the formation of gallstones. This paper reviewed the relationship between the abundance and composition of intestinal flora, immuno - globulins, mucins and immune cells, as well as the interactions between intestinal flora and biliary immunity and gallstone formation for providing new ideas and methods for gallstone prevention and treatment.

Objective:To explore the association between polygenic risk score (PRS) and age at onset and early-onset risk of gastric cancer (GC).Methods:Gastric cancer cases from existing genome-wide association study were included, and 112 single nucleotide polymorphisms associated with GC risk were used to derive individual PRS. Analysis of variance and Pearson correlation test was used to depict the relationship between PRS and GC onset age. Cases diagnosed before 50 years old were defined as early-onset gastric cancer. Cox proportional hazard model was used to test the association between PRS and early-onset GC risk with early-onset age as the timescale and low genetic risk (PRS ≤20%) as the reference group.Results:A total of 8 629 cases, including 6 284 males (72.82%) and 2 345 females (27.18%), were included, and the mean age was (60.61±10.80) years old. The PRS was negatively correlated with age of GC onset ( r=-0.05, P<0.001). The mean age of gastric cancer cases with low, intermediate, and high genetic risk were (61.68±10.33), (60.53±10.79), (59.80±11.20), respectively. PRS was significantly associated with the risk of early-onset GC in a dose-response manner (intermediate genetic risk: HR=1.19, 95% CI: 1.03-1.39, P=0.022; high genetic risk: HR=1.44, 95% CI: 1.20-1.71, P<0.001). Conclusions:PRS may contribute to the risk of both GC and early-onset GC. PRS can be used as a measurable indicator for risk prediction for occurrence and early-onset of GC.

Enterovirus 71 (EV71) is a major agent of hand, foot and mouth disease that can cause a severe burden of disease to children. To identify an effective method for the control and prevention of EV71, we studied the effect of exposure to heat and ultraviolet (UV) light upon EV71 inactivation. We found that exposure to 50 degrees C could not inactivate the infectivity of EV71. However, exposure to 60 degrees C and 70 degrees C could inactivate EV71 effectively. EV71 could be inactivated after exposure to UV light at a distance between the sample and a lamp of 30 cm for 30 min or 60 min because viral genomic RNA was destroyed. However, fetal bovine serum (FBS) could attenuate the inactivation proffered by heat and UV light. Attenuation effects of FBS were correlated positively with FBS concentration. Hence, EV71 can be inactivated by exposure to heat and UV light, and our results could provide guidance on prevention of the spread of EV71.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of a new pelvic muscle gymnastic exercise in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence (SUI).Methods Prospectively,we randomly recruited 60 cases with mild and moderate SUI.We use ICI-Q-SF,pad Test and urodynamics to assess the degree of incontinence,volume of leakage,maximum urethral pressure and functional urethral length before and after intervention.Results The ICI-Q-SF score,volume of leakage,maximum urethral closure pressure and functional urethral length in study group before treatment were 11.6 ±4.2,(5.9 ±2.2) ml,(39.4 ± 12.5) cm H2O and (2.5 ±1.2) cm.The indicators in control group were 10.3 ±2.2,(5.8 ±1.3) ml,(41.3 ±8.9) cm H2O and (2.1 ± 0.5) cm respectively.There was no significant difference between the 2 groups (P ＞ 0.05).The ICI-Q-SF score,volune of leakage and maximum urethral closure pressure in study group after treatment were 7.7 ± 2.7,(1.8 ± 1.2) ml and (65.9 ± 8.9) cm H2O,which were significantly improved than the values of10.1 ±2.1,(5.7 ± 1.1) ml and (44.6 ±9.5) cm H2O in control group (P ＜0.05).Conclusions The new pelvic muscle exercise may play an important role in the treatment of mild and moderate SUI.Therefore,it could be recommended to the patients with mild and moderate SUI.

Objective To study the laws of heating and thermal field of heating seed arrays in different magnetic field intensity during the magnetic induction hyperthermia.Methods 3.0 cm×3.0 cm ×2.6 cm and 5.0 cm ×5.0 cm×2.6 cm of magnetic heating seed was implanted respectively in 10.0 cm×10.0 cm ×10.0 cm pure agar phantom.The regions was divided into one file per 5 Gs in the range of 60-120 Gs magnetic induction.The temperature measurement experiments were implemented in each sub-file.Muscle-agar mixture model was used in the magnetic induction 60 Gs and 90 Gs to implement GTV-heating simulation experiments and thermal field analysis.Results The pure agar phantom heating experiments show that the heating is of basically the same rule when seeds with various diameters were implanted in the magnetic thermal array.Along with the increase of magnetic induction,the final temperature of the focal point heated for 40 min increased accordingly.and time required for heating to 50℃ was shortened correspondingly.The thermal field analysis of muscle-a mixture agar mixture model showed that the implantation density of magnetic heating seed is closely associated with the temperature of the target area and thermal field in difierent magnetic field intcnsity.Conclusions The magnetic induction has a significant impact on heating of the seeds,as the magnetic modium,and this impact is trending downwards when the magnetic field reaches a certain intensity.Within a certain size,adequate magnetic heating seed density is necessary to achieve the desired temperature required for the temperature value.The heating seeds should be put in a certain order to heat the venue evenly,not in a simply order,but in line with the principle of outer dense and inner sparse.
