Objective To study the chemical composition of and identify its active components.Methods The chemical constituents of Dendrobium Primulinum were extracted using solvents,followed by separation through silica gel and gel column chromatography,with structural identification performed via spectral analysis.The in vitro activity screening of some compounds was conducted using the MTT assay.Results Seven compounds were isolated and identified from Dendrobium primulinum,namely 7-dihydroxy-2,4-methoxyphenanthrene(1),densiflorol B(2),3,4,7-trihydroxy-2-methoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene(3),thunalbene(4),phillygenin(5),3 β-hydroxy-5 α,8 α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-diene(6)、4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxy--cinnamaldehyde(7).Antitumor activity tests were performed on compounds 1 to 5,revealing that compound 1 exhibited strong inhibitory activity against the MCF-7/S cell line,with an IC50 of 5.13 μM.Conclusion Compounds 1 to 6 are reported for the first time from Dendrobium primulinum,while compound 7 is reported for the first time from this genus.

The National Excellent Course of Gynecology of Chinese Medicine is a main clinical subject of TCM,which puts emphasis on clinical application.The non-medical doctoral students are lack of the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical experience,and the existing classroom teaching has the problem of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine being out of line with the clinical application,which has become the hindering factors of TCM gynecology teaching.By designing and perfecting the process of preparation before class-classroom teaching-discussion teaching-clinical probation-after class feedback,the related teaching teachers better improve the non medical doctoral students' ability to put the traditional Chinese medicine gynecology basic knowledge into clinical practice,which is well received by the students.

Professor OUYANG Hui-qing's gradually formed her own teaching concept of traditional Chinese medicine through long-term teaching practice:the most important teaching aim is to cultivate talents of traditional Chinese medicine.Clinical practice together with classroom teaching can promote the growing knowledge of medical students.Clinical practices are necessary and should penetrate culture and academic tradition of traditional Chinese medicine.OUYANG Hui-qing's concepts on talents are:cultivating teaching faculties is the key to the development of the teaching team,the core of construction of the teaching and research section,and the basis of construction of the discipline.OUYANG Hui-qing's management concepts are:the dean of the teaching and research section is the practitioner of personnel training practice and the undertaker of teaching team development.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and toxicity of intraperitoneal chemotherapy combined with intravenous chemotherapy in treatment of cervical cancer.Methods The experimental group of 40 patients received systemic chemotherapy of docetaxel and cisplatin combined abdominal intraperitoneal high-frequency hyperthermia in the control group,40 patients received docetaxel plus cisplatin chemotherapy,The efficacy and toxicity were observed.Results The complete remission rate of observotion group was 82.5％,significantly higher than 62.5％ in control group.Effective rate in observation group was 92.5％ and also significantly higher than 75.0％ in control gronp.After 6 cycles of chemotherapy,the improvement of the experimental group was 85.0％ higher than 57.5 ％ in control gronp.The differemles between the two groups was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05); the main side effects during chemotherapy are gastrointestinal reactions,since the cells decreased,hair loss,the difference was not statistically significant(P ＞0.05).Conclusion The chemotherapy of docetaxel and cisplatin intraperitoneal chemotherapy can significantly improve the treatment of cervical cancer,without increasing side effects.

LUO Yuan-kai's idea on running the school, the school orientation, education and management and also the concept medical subject development is the most important part of his educational ideas, and it is the real practice and development of his educational ideas on higher Chinese medical education, and it is the practical support on how he became the famous Chinese medical educator and made his greatest educational achievement.

The internationalized significance of university scientific research lay in the development of university's functions and the richness of university's connotation,which helps to serve the social economic development,to realize the social service function:The function of the university's scientific research internationalization lies in following the international research front and the latest research tendency,promoting the innovation ability of the university scientific research,developing the scientific research troop and providing the platform for the scientific research talented youth,which helps to enhance the universities'international popularity.

With the empirical research methods,the author conducted detailed research into the school-running characteristics of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.From the connotational perspective,the school-running characteristics can be summarized as follows: the progressive autonomy of the scientific orientation,developing the advantaged academic disciplines,advocating classic and the applied characteristics and the doctor-teacher characteristics.

Teaching of clinical practice is the most important part of education of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine(TCM).We plan to make clinical rotation internships,standardize the whole process of internships,standardized management of clinical teaching,in order to achieve our objectives of TCM Clinical teaching.We hope to guide the medical students to link theory with clinical practice during clinical rotation internships,set up clinical thinking of intern,and practice the basic skills and operating specifications of intern.

This paper explores the problems of theory and practice of the system for all-round employment education on the basis of ideological and political education,the teaching of employment preparation,the culture of student's employment awareness and ability,the evaluation of employment education and the test approaches to employment education.
