Objective To discuss the application value of comfort medical mode in patients with uterine fibroids receiving interventional embolization therapy during hospitalization.Methods A total of 27 patients with uterine fibroids,who received interventional embolization at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University of China,were enrolled in this study.The patient's basic data,including age,the sum of the maximum diameter of the measurable uterine fibroids and the hemoglobin level at admission,were collected.After admission and before discharge,the self-efficacy scale score,Becker anxiety scale score,and positive and negative emotions scale score were determined in all the patients.According to the different medical management mode adopted during the hospitalization,the patients were divided into study group(n=14)and control group(n=13).Comfort medical mode guided by quantitative evaluation strategy was employed for the patients of the study group,while conventional management mode was adopted for the patients of the control group.SPSS 26.0 software was used for data analysis.Measurement data within group were analyzed by independent sample t-test,and measurement data between groups were analyzed by paired sample t-test,and P＜0.05 was defined as a statistically significant difference.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the basic data between the two groups,and no statistically significant differences in the self-efficacy scale score,Becker anxiety scale score,and positive and negative emotions scale score at admission existed between the two groups.In the study group,the self-efficacy score and positive emotion score at discharge were strikingly higher than those at admission(P＜0.001),and the anxiety degree and negative emotion score at discharge were obviously lower than those at admission(P＜0.001).In the control group,the scores of the above-mentioned scales at discharge did not differ from those at admission.Conclusion The comfort medical mode guided by quantitative evaluation strategy has better clinical effect in patients with uterine fibroids receiving interventional embolization therapy,it can improve patient's comfortableness degree during hospitalization period.

Objective:To investigate the current state of oral health knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)of plateau military personnels and to analyze the disease condition,aiming to explore new strategies for enhancing oral health.Methods:A question-naire was developed to survey 500 individuals at high altitudes(≥3 000 m)and 500 at low altitudes(≤1 000 m)regarding their oral health KAP,with 100 subjects randomly selected from each group for oral examinations.Logistic regression analysis was ap-plied to examine the correlation between KAP and disease status.Based on these findings,a survey of the oral health needs of mili-tary personnels was conducted in conjunction with their KAP.And an innovative training system,"Perception-Comprehension-Inte-gration"(PCI),was established to improve the competencies of primary healthcare providers,with its effectiveness being evaluated.Results:The high altitude group had significantly lower rates of overall oral health awareness(53.61％),positive attitude(55.00％)and positive practice(40.29％)compared with the low altitude group(P＜0.05);the incidence in high altitude group experiencing dental caries(73％),wedge-shaped defects(34％),pericoronitis(16％),gingival bleeding(74％),dental calculus(81％)and cheilitis(37％)were significantly higher than those in the low altitude group(P＜0.05).There was a significant nega-tive correlation between KAP scores and disease prevalence.The subjects in both groups showed a substantial demand(exceeding 70％)for oral health.The innovative PCI training system has markedly strengthened the health personnel's compre-hensive preventive and health care capabilities.Conclu-sion:The oral health status of plateau military personnels is in dire need of enhancement.And the PCI training sys-tem is poised to serve as a novel approach to tackling this critical concern.

Objective To observe changes of dynamic functional connectivity(dFC)of brain networks in different stages of Parkinson disease(PD).Methods Totally 52 early-stage PD patients(early PD group),36 late-stage PD patients(late PD group)and 38 healthy controls(HC group)were prospectively enrolled,and resting-state functional MRI were performed.The sliding window,independent component analysis and k-means clustering were used to extract dFC intensity and temporal properties,including fractional windows,dwell time and transition frequency.Results Network connectivity patterns within and between visual network(VIS),sensorimotor network(SMN),default mode network(DMN),cerebellar network(CB)and cognitive executive network(CEN)were altered in PD patients.Four dFC states were identified,in which connections between components in states Ⅰ and Ⅱ were compact,while in states Ⅲ and Ⅳ were sparse.The fractional window and dwell time of late PD group,early PD group and HC group successively increased under state Ⅱ,but successively decreased under state Ⅲ(all P＜0.05).Under state Ⅰ and Ⅳ,no significant difference of fractional window nor dwell time was found between early PD group and late PD group(both P＞0.05),and the above indexes under state Ⅰ were both lower than those in HC group(all P＜0.05),the fraction window under state Ⅳ was higher than that in HC group(both P＜0.05).Conclusion The temporal properties of dFC in PD patients were altered,characterized by increased tendency toward segregated states.Furthermore,fractional windows and dwell time were associated with PD disease stages,suggesting that dFC parameters might serve as novel biomarkers for assessing clinical progression of PD.

Objective:To observe the effects of warm acupuncture on post-stroke cognitive impairment (PSCI) based on the theory of intestinal flora.Methods:A randomized controlled trial was conducted. 60 patients with PSCI in the Department of Acupuncture and Neurology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from October 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the observation objects, and were divided into 2 groups by random number table, with 30 cases in each group. On the basis of cognitive rehabilitation training, the treatment group was given warm acupuncture treatment, and the control group was given routine acupuncture treatment. 2 groups were treated for 4 weeks as 1 course, and a total of 4 courses were treated. Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA) was used to assess patients' cognitive function before and after treatment, and mini-mental state examination (MMSE) was used to assess patients' intelligence level. The numbers of bifidobacteria and lactic acid bacteria in fecal samples were calculated, and plasma gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) levels were detected by ELISA to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:During the study, 1 case was lost in each of the two groups, and finally 29 cases were included in the curative effect statistics. The total effective rate was 79.3% (23/29) in the treatment group and 65.5% (19/29) in the control group, with statistical significance ( χ2=43.39， P<0.05). After treatment, MoCA score [(24.23±1.36) vs. (21.26±1.30), t=3.12] and MMSE score [(25.35±1.24) vs. (21.52±1.22), t=3.25] in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05); Bifidobacterium [(9.20±1.25) LgCFU/g vs. (7.23±1.21) LgCFU/g, t=2.98], Lactic acid bacteria [(8.24±1.12) LgCFU/g vs. (6.25±1.22) LgCFU/g, t=2.92], and the level of GABA [(283.80±83.54) mmol/L vs. (264.76±61.38) mmol/L, t=10.54] were higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion:Warm acupuncture and moxibustion can effectively regulate the number of intestinal beneficial bacteria in PSCI patients, increase the level of GABA, promote brain tissue repair and improve cognitive function.

Objective:To explore the influencing factors of clinical pregnancy outcomes in patients with hydrosalpinx undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET) after interventional embolization and whether residual hydrops has an adverse impact on pregnancy outcomes.Methods:Clinical data from 65 patients who underwent interventional embolization and IVF-ET for hydrosalpinx at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from March 2021 to October 2022 were collected retrospectively. The hydrops index was quantified by the ratio of the widest diameter to the pelvic transverse diameter of the intraoperative hydrops, and the patient′s age, body mass index(BMI), follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH), lutenizing hormine(LH), estradiol(E2), automated matetials hangling(AMH), endometrial thickness at the time of transplantation, the number of transplanted embryos, embryo type, and location of the hydrosalpinx were recorded. In addition, the clinical pregnancy outcomes of the first transplantation after embolization were followed. Two independent samples t-test, rank sum test and chi-square test were used to analyze the difference of the above indexes among different clinical pregnancy outcomes by SPSS 25.0. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves and Youden index were used to calculate the cut-off value of the water accumulation index. Results:Among 65 patients, the clinical pregnancy rate was 63.1%(41/65), among the 45 patients who underwent embryo transfer before embolization without success, the clinical pregnancy rate after embolization was 62.2%(28/45). Based on data analysis, it showed that IVF-ET clinical pregnancy outcomes were not associated with age, BMI, FSH, LH, E2, AMH, endometrial thickness at the time of transplantation, the number of transplanted embryos, embryo type, as well as location of hydrosalpinx( P>0.05), but associated with hydrosalpinx index( P<0.001). ROC curve analysis showed that the hydrops index could be used as a predictor of pregnancy outcome, and the area under the curve was 0.825, and the optimal cut-off value of the hydrops index was 12.925% based on the Youden index analysis result. Conclusions:Interventional embolization of hydrosalpinx may improve clinical pregnancy rates. When the hydrosalpinx is large enough, it could adversely affected IVF-ET clinical pregnancy, and further aspiration of hydrosalpinx should be performed prior to transplantation.

Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic evaluation process and the effectiveness and safety of intracavitary therapy for pelvic congestion syndrome (PCS).Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 38 patients admitted to Beijing Shijitan Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University from March 2019 to February 2022. Combined with the patient′s symptoms, PCS was diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound, computed tomography venography (CTV), and venography. The ovarian vein was embolized with controllable spring coil and polydocanol foam sclerosing agent. The patients were followed up 1, 3 and 6 months after operation.Results:The total surgical success rate of 38 patients was 100%, and the incidence of complications was 5.3%(2/38); Spring coils (2.8±0.3)per person; The dosage of hardener was (7.0±2.1)ml/person. The improvement rate of patient symptoms was 97.4%(37/38); After 1, 3, and 6 months of surgery, color Doppler ultrasound was reexamined and no recanalization was observed in the embolized ovarian veins; The diameter of the parauterine vein was (2.8±0.5)mm, which was significantly lower than the preoperative (7.5±1.9)mm ( P<0.05); The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score was significantly lower than the preoperative score [(2.12±1.87)points vs (7.58±0.82)points, P<0.001]. Conclusions:Process based assessment is helpful in identifying and diagnosing PCS patients who urgently need treatment; Endovascular treatment based on embolization of ovarian vein with controllable spring coil and foam sclerosing agent is minimally invasive, safe and effective.

Objective:To evaluate the role of Angiojet thrombus clearance device in the treatment of dialysis access thrombosis.Methods:The clinical data of 37 patients with Angiojet thrombus clearance due to hemodialysis thrombosis from May 2019 to May 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The clinical success rate was 100%, the mean operation time was (42±21) minutes. The time of aspiration was (35±18) s, and the average length of occlusion was (8±5) cm. All patients were treated with balloon dilation after aspiration. The average postoperative dialysis flow was (270±15) ml/min. The mean length of stay was (2.0±1.5) days. There were no surgically related deaths, no vascular rupture or bleeding, no major complications. Dilated local pseudoaneurysm formation was observed in 5 patients after dilation by angiography without special treatment. The mean follow-up time was 11 months. The primary patency rate was 85% and the secondary patency rate was 87% at 6 months post operatively.Conclusion:Angiojet thrombus removal device has the advantages of minimally invasive, short operation time and repeatability.

【Objective】 To compare the platelet apheresis donation rate via telephone and WeChat appointment in Shijiazhuang area during the COVID-19 epidemic, so as to give suggestions for optimizing blood donation appointment in major public events. 【Methods】 The number and appointment type of apheresis donors from January to March 2019(the control) vs January to March 2020(study group 1) vs January to March 2021(study group2) in Shijiazhuang area were collected. A total of 1 204 and 1 305 questionnaires were distributed to two study groups to analyze their acceptance of telephone and WeChat appointment. 【Results】 More turnout donors preferred WeChat appointment, relative to telephone calls, during January to March 2020 and 2021. But some inactive donors preferred appointment given by telephone calls. 【Conclusion】 Different appointment methods should be adopted to recruit blood donors according to the targets of blood centers, in the event of national or local COVID-19 epidemic.
