OBJECTIVE To systematically evaluate medication risk prediction models for hospitalized adult patients and provide references for their development and clinical application. METHODS Databases including PubMed， Embase， Web of Science， CNKI， Wanfang data， VIP and CBM were searched for studies on medication risk prediction models from their inception to May 2024. After screening the literature， extracting data， and evaluating the quality of the literature， descriptive analysis was performed on the results of the included studies. RESULTS A total of 13 studies were included， involving 12 models. Nine studies used Logistic regression algorithm for modeling， and the number of included predictive factors ranged from 3 to 11； the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve ranged from 0.65 to 0.865. The literature quality evaluation results showed that 10 studies had high risk of bias； 10 studies had high applicability risk. A total of 31 predictive factors were extracted， including 15 items of basic patient information， 3 test indicators， and 5 items of medication information， and 8 others. CONCLUSIONS The existing medication risk prediction models for hospitalized adult inpatients are mainly Logistic regression algorithm， with predictive factors mainly focusing on basic indicators such as demographics. The overall prediction performance of the models needs to be improved， and the overall risk of bias is relatively high.

Objective To investigate the application of operation plan based on injury stress sequence in the treatment of degree Ⅲ and Ⅳ ankle fractures with Lange-Hansen classification of pronation and external rotation.Methods From May 2019 to May 2022,80 eligible patients of degree Ⅲand Ⅳ ankle fractures with Lange-Hansen classification were selected prospectively and randomely divided into 2 groups:40 patients in the study group were treated with surgical reduction according to the sequence of injury stress,and the other 40 patients in the control group were treated with traditional reduction sequence.The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,fracture healing time,full weight-bearing time,Ankle dorsoextension Angle,plantar flexion Angle,and American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Association were compared between the two groups Society,AOFAS)Ankle and posterior foot function scores and complications.Results The surgical time[(44.80±5.12)min vs.(47.61±6.42)min]and surgical bleeding volume[(43.81±9.02)ml vs.(51.50±12.01)ml]between the study group and the control group were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).Before surgery,there had no significant differences in ankle joint dorsiflexion angle,plantar flexion angle,AOFAS ankle and hind foot function score in 2 groups(all P＞0.05).The ankle dorsiflexion angle at 3 months after surgery[(16.84±1.77)° vs.(15.50±1.65)°],plantar flexion angle at 3 months after surgery[(45.64±4.10)° vs.(42.58±3.86)°]and at 6 months after surgery[(52.38±3.03)°vs.(50.64±3.74)°],the maximum walking distance score[(3.50±0.64)vs.(3.16±0.60)],ground walking score[(2.06±0.56)vs.(1.72±0.48)]and ankle joint anteroposterior activity score at 3 months after surgery[(4.96±1.38)vs.(4.16±1.07)]of the study group were all higher than those in the control group(all P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in terms of fracture healing time,complete weight-bearing time,postoperative pain score,ankle joint function autonomous activity support score,abnormal gait score,maximum walking distance score at 6 months after surgery,ground walking score,ankle joint anterior and posterior activity score and surgical complications between 2 group(all P＞0.05).Conclusion According to the sequence of injury stress,surgical reduction for the treatment of grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ ankle fractures of Lange-Hansen classification of middle pronation and external rotation can shorten the operation time and promote the early recovery of joint function.

Objective:To systematically evaluate the experience and needs of parental care for premature infants during the transition from hospital to home.Methods:Qualitative studies on the experience and needs of parental care for premature infants transitioning from hospital to home were electronically searched in Cochrane Library, PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Scopus, PsycINFO, CINAHL, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, VIP, China Biomedical Medline Disc, and WanFang Data. The search period was from the establishment of the database to June 3, 2023. The retrieved studies were evaluated using the quality evaluation criteria for qualitative research of the Joanna Briggs Institute Evidence-Based Health Care Center. The qualitative research results were integrated using the method of aggregation integration.Results:A total of 14 articles were included, 39 research results were extracted, categorized into nine categories. These categories were integrated into three synthesized results, namely the dependency period (parents of premature infants coexisted with joy and concern, and relied on professional support from medical and nursing staff), shock period (parents of premature infants developed negative emotions, faced dual difficulties in home care and role switching, and needed internal and external professional support from the family), adaptation period (parents of premature infants actively responded to changes, sought peer support, and transitioned to the "new normal" of life) .Conclusions:The transition from hospital to home is a dynamic process. During the transition process, parents of premature infants undergo complex emotional experiences and role transitions, requiring support from healthcare professionals, family members, and peers. Medical and nursing workers should pay attention to the psychological changes and diverse needs of parents, provide professional support and guidance to help them adapt to the role of parents, and promote the healthy growth of premature infants.

Objective:To explore the perceived stress and coping experience of spouses of elderly people with long-term disability and empty nest.Methods:Using phenomenological research methods, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 19 spouses of disabled elderly people in a community in Beijing from February to June 2023, and data analysis was conducted using Colaizzi's 7-step analysis method.Results:The perceived stress and coping experience of spouses of long-term disabled empty nest elderly people were summarized into three themes and ten sub-themes, namely, the dynamic and variable stress perception of spouses (stress changed synchronously with the state of disabled elderly people, stress changed in a "U" shape, and pressure increased in a progressive manner), the challenges for spouses in long-term care of disabled elderly people (difficult in unifying opinions and views, incomprehensible inner emotions, difficulty in ensuring their elderly care, and coexistence of multiple roles and identities) and positive coping experiences and strategies of spouses (actively seeking external support, respecting the subjective wishes of disabled elderly people, and improving dyadic coping abilities) .Conclusions:Community nursing staff should support and guide spouses who undertake care work based on changes in perceived stress characteristics of long-term disabled empty nest elderly people. At the same time, it is necessary to understand the various challenges they face in long-term care, draw on positive coping experiences of spouses, so as to provide a basis for building a friendly family support system for home-based elderly care.

Objective:To evaluate the effect of non-pharmacological interventions on benefit finding of breast cancer patients by using network Meta-analysis.Methods:Randomized controlled trials on the effect of non-pharmacological interventions on the benefit finding of breast cancer patients were retrieved by computer from CNKI, VIP, Wanfang Date, China Biology Medicine disc, PubMed, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, EBSCO, Embase, Medline, Ovid, CINAHL and other databases. The retrieval time was from establishment of the databases to October 15th, 2023. Literature screening and data extraction were carried out independently by two researchers. The Cochrane Manual 5.1.0 randomised Controlled Trial Bias Risk Assessment Scale were used to evaluate the included literature. And the Stata 14.0 were used for Network Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 10 literatures were included. The results of Network Meta-analysis showed that cognitive behavior therapy was the best intervention in improving the benefit finding of breast cancer patients. The effects of different non-pharmacological intervention methods in descending order were cognitive behavior therapy, yoga, acceptance and commitment therapy, self disclosure and muscle stretching.Conclusions:Existing evidence suggests that cognitive behavioral therapy is most effective in improving benefiting finding in breast cancer patients, but more valuable evidence support and high-quality randomized controlled trial studies are needed to further validate.

Objective:To systematically integrate the real life experience of patients after liver transplantation, so as to discover the real thoughts and challenges of patients and provide a reference for the formulation of continuous nursing plan.Methods:Qualitative researches on real life experience of patients after liver transplantation were searched through PubMed, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Embase, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, WanFang Data, VIP and China Biology Medicine disc. The retrieval period was from the establishment of database to December 31, 2021. The Joanna Briggs Institute of Australia Qualitative Research Quality Evaluation criteria for Evidence-Based health care centers was used to evaluate the quality of studies. The results were integrated by integrating methods.Results:A total of 15 studies were included, 34 results were extracted, 7 categories were classified, and 4 integrated results were synthesized: subjective experience, physical-level experience, social-family-level experience and spiritual-life-level experience.Conclusions:Patients after liver transplantation face many challenges in psychological, physiological, social, and life. Hospitals, communities and families should pay attention to their problems and needs, provide support and help, so as to help patients cope with challenges smoothly, improve postoperative satisfaction and quality of life.

However, red-brown urine discoloration has been noted by some patients, which is associated with the reaction between N-acetyl-5-ASA and remaining hypochlorite in the disinfectant-containing water. This article reports a case of mesalamine-associated red-brown urine discoloration and reviews related literatures.
