International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2024;46(3):377-382
Objective:To analyze the medication and compatibility law of TCM compounds with national patents for the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS); To provide reference for the new TCM prescriptions for the treatment of PCOS.Methods:TCM compound patents for PCOS were retrieved from the China National Intellectual Property Administration's Chinese Patent Announcement Website from the establishment of the website to April 20, 2023. SPSS 25.0, IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0, and Cytoscape 3.8.0 were used to carry out frequency statistics, association rule analysis on the data, and a TCM core complex network and systematic clustering analysis were built.Results:126 compound patents were included, involving 392 kinds of Chinese materia medica, with a total frequency of 1 709 times. The medicinal property was mainly warm, the taste was mainly sweet, and the meridian was mainly liver meridian. High frequency drugs included Angelica Sinensis (46 times), Cuscutae Semen (44 times), Cyperi Rhizoma (42 times), Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata (41 times), Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (37 times), etc. Commonly used medicinal pairs included Poria-Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (support 16.67%, confidence 76.19%), Angelica Sinensis-Paeoniae Radix Alba (support 15.87%, confidence 80.00%), etc. The triple drug combinations were Cyperi Rhizoma-Pinelliae Rhizoma-Poria (support 12.70%, confidence 81.25%). The core prescriptions included "Poria, Pinelliae Rhizoma, Citri Rettculatae Pericarpium, Cyperi Rhizoma, Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Epimedii Folium, Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, Morindae Officinalis Radix, Gleditsiae Spina, Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma", etc. Potential prescriptions were "Hordei Fructus Germinatus, Setariae Fructus Germinatus, Sargentodoxae Caulis, Puerariae Lobatae Radix, Leonuri Fructus" and so on.Conclusion:The treatment of PCOS with TCM compounds with national patents mainly focuses on drying dampness and strengthening the spleen, tonifying kidney yang and nourishing kidney yin, promoting blood circulation.

Objective:To reevaluate the systematic reviews on application effect of high-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy in preterm infants. Methods:Systematic reviews or Meta-analysis on the use of high-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy in preterm infants were searched by computer from Cochrane Library, PubMed, Embase, CNKI and Wanfang databases. The retrieval period was from establishment of databases to December 6, 2022. Literature screening and data extraction were conducted independently by two researchers. A Measure Tool to Assess Systematic ReviewsⅡ and The Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation system were used to evaluate the methodological quality and evidence quality grading of the included literature, respectively. Results:A total of 13 systematic reviews were included, and the results showed that the methodological quality of 4 literatures was low, and that of 9 literatures was very low. The hierarchy of evidence of 112 outcome indicators was evaluated. The results showed that the evidence quality of 7 outcome indicators was extremely low, evidence quality of 78 was low, evidence quality of 26 was intermediate and 1 was high.Conclusions:High-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy is not sufficient to replace the role of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in respiratory support for premature infants, but it can reduce the incidence of nasal injury and the incidence of air leakage or pneumothorax in respiratory support after extubation. The methodological quality of systematic evaluation included in the study is low, and the credibility of evidence is insufficient. Clinical application needs to carefully adopt relevant evidence and further carry out more standardized and rigorous research.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2016;29(9):928-932
Objective Autoantibodies and corresponding immune complexes involved directly in the development of rheuma -toid arthritis ( RA) .The effect of anti-mutated citrulline vimentin antibodies contained immune complex ( AMCV-IC) on the function of fibroblast-like synoviocytes ( FLSs) is still unclear .The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of AMCV-IC in serum of RA pa-tients on the proliferation of RA-FLSs. Methods Serum samples of RA , SLE ( systemic lupus erythematosus ) and healthy people were collected from outpatients and hospitalized patients in Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region from March 2012 to March 2013 , including 20 RA patients ( 10 patients with serum AM-CV+and 10 patients with serum AMCV -) , 10 SLE patients and 10 healthy people .Serum AMCV of SLE patients and healthy people was negative .Serum IC was extracted by affinity chromatography with im-mobilized protein G and was divided into AMCV +-IC group,AMCV--IC group,SLE-IC group, and control group. The levels of AMCV were detected by ELISA .We cultivated RA patients'arthral FLSs in vitro .FLSs were stimulated with AMCV +-IC,AMCV--IC, SLE-IC and CON-IC (50,100,200,and 400μg/mL),respectively.And the effect of IC on RA-FLSs was detected by CCK-8. Results Compared with AMCV --IC group (1.37 ±0.86, 1.31 ±0.10),SLE-IC group (1.36 ±0.06, 1.38 ±0.03) and CON-IC group (1.08 ±0.02, 1.04 ±0.06),the A values of AMCV +-IC group (1.53 ±0.11, 1.58 ±0.05) were obviously higher after stimulating RA-FLSs with 50 and 100μg/mL IC for 24 h (P<0.05);Similarly, compared with AMCV --IC group (1.32 ±0.04, 1.38 ±0.07), SLE-IC group (1.31 ±0.10, 1.29 ±0.01) and CON-IC group (1.13 ±0.06, 1.03 ±0.09),the A values of AMCV +-IC group (1.53 ±0.16, 1.57 ±0.06) were obviously higher after stimulating RA-FLSs with 200 and 400μg/mL IC for 24 h (P<0.05). Meanwhile , the A values of AMCV --IC group and SLE-IC group were obviously higher than CON-IC group under different concentra-tions of IC(P<0.05). Conclusion AMCV+-IC can stimulate the proliferation of RA-FLSs more effectively compared with AM-CV--IC, SLE-IC and CON-IC under different concentrations of IC and involve in the pathogenesis of RA .
