Under the Healthy China strategy, the training of preventive medicine professionals should conform to the development of the times and the needs of public health. The article analyzed the problem of "disconnection between medical care and prevention" in teaching the course of Obstetrics and Gynecology for students majoring in preventive medicine, and proposed to strengthen the strategy of "integration of medical care and prevention". Guided by the concepts of "Comprehensive Health", with the cornerstone of cultivating morality and talents, the reform focused on enhancing the post competency of preventive medicine talents. Course content was optimized by reinforcing prevention-focused elements, student-centered teaching method innovation was advocated, and simulation-based training teaching system was established. Moreover, projects integrating science and education were used to improve faculty teaching capacity with tiered and diversified approaches. Course assessment methods were revised and "ideological and political education" was incorporated to establish the education concept of "emphasis on prevention and integration of medical care and prevention". The survey showed that these reform measures effectively improved the comprehensive clinical literacy of preventive medicine students in obstetrics and gynecology, which is of great significance for building a "integration of medical care and prevention" public health talent training model. In the future, the long-term effectiveness of course reform will be ensured from the perspectives of teaching resources, personnel investment, and policy support.

Objective:To analyze the cost-effectiveness of high-flux hemodialysis compared to low-flux hemodialysis in the treat-ment of End-Stage Renal Disease(ESRD)patients. Methods:Based on a literature review,a cost-effectiveness analysis model was established, using the Incremental Cost-Effectiveness Ratio(ICER)as the outcome indicator to evaluate the economic value of high-flux versus low-flux hemodialysis.One-way sensitivity analysis and probabilistic sensitivity analysis were conducted to further assess the robustness of the results. Results:In the treatment of ESRD patients, compared to low-flux hemodialysis, the ICER of high-flux hemodialysis was 234 882 yuan per QALY.The key factors influencing the model results were the cost discount rate,ef-fect discount rate, utility value of high-flux hemodialysis, and treatment costs. Conclusion:Compared to low-flux hemodialysis,high-flux hemodialysis demonstrates a cost-effectiveness advantage at a willingness-to-pay threshold of three times GDP per capita.

Objective:To analyze the current situation of medical consumables management policy in China, and to provide a reference for the refined management of medical consumables. Methods:Through the policy triangle model and policy tool theory,it comprehensively analyzes the reimbursement medical consumables catalogue and payment management policy of medical insurance in China, covering the policy background, content, process, and participant dimensions. Results:The use frequency of medical consumables policy tools is not balanced, the payment management rules need to be refined, and the participation of multi-stakeholders such as patients is lacking. Conclusion:It is necessary to further strengthen the foundational management of reimbursement medical consumables catalogue, improve the access mechanism of medical consumables for medical insurance, and explore the formulation of categorized payment standards and innovative payment mechanisms.

BACKGROUND:In consideration of the food safety and ecological safety of transgenic plants, the retention of marker genes is the primary safety issue affecting transgenic plants. OBJECTIVE:Based on the principle of immune caries prevention, our research team successfully constructed the plant anti-caries vaccine fusion gene expression vector pCAMBIA-E8-APB-DOCK8 for these two caries causing virulence factors surface protein and glucosyltransferase, which provides a basis for the research and development of transgenic plant vaccine. METHODS:In this study, the selective marker genes Km and GUS in the plant caries vaccine fusion gene expression vector pCAMBIA-E8-APB-DOCK8 were removed by DNA recombination technology through a series of steps such as DNA fragment separation, connection, transformation, clone detection, and sequencing. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The efficiency of marker gene removal was 99%.This study has laid a good experimental foundation for the safe production of transgenic plant vaccine against dental caries, and also provided ideas for the construction of other plant vaccine vectors.

Journal of Apoplexy and Nervous Diseases 2024;41(11):1004-1007
Cognitive impairment is the most common non-motor symptom with the highest disability rate in patients with Parkinson disease(PD).PD patients often experience cognitive impairment and frailty with the increase in age and the progression of the disease, which can seriously affect their quality of life. However, the research on the association be-tween PD cognitive impairment(PD-CI)and frailty is still in the exploratory stage. This study reviews the association be-tween PD-CI and frailty,in order to enhance the understanding of clinical healthcare workers, provide early intervention opportunities for PD-CI patients, delay their progression to PD dementia, and improve their quality of life.

Chinese Health Economics 2024;43(12):1-6,13
Patient-Reported Outcomes (PRO) is a subjective outcome measure based on the concept of"patient-centered",in which patients report their own health status, functional status, treatment feelings and other information, which is an effective supplement to traditional objective outcome indicators. Different from the traditional objective outcomes that can be directly observed,PRO studies a kind of unobservable and abstract characteristics (such as intelligence, pain, quality of life, etc.),so it needs to be guided by corresponding measurement theories to achieve accurate and stable measurement of relevant outcomes. At present, there are many international studies on the measurement theory of PRO,among which the international organization COnsensus-based Standards for the selection of health Measurement INstruments (COSMIN) has the most detailed and systematic research on the theory, which constructs a theoretical system based on the consensus of COSMIN according to the existing theories in the medical field. It aims to systematically introduce the theoretical system, hoping to provide references for the basic theoretical research of PRO in China.
