BackgroundCurrently, the incidence of depression among teenagers is on the rise, and the related academic problems are becoming increasingly serious. Short video addiction has a negative impact on teenagers' emotional issues and academic achievements. However, few studies have explored the relationship between this addiction and the learning burnout of teenagers with depression, and even fewer have focused on the role paths of impulsivity and coping disposition in this process. ObjectiveTo explore the relationship between short video addiction and learning burnout in adolescent patients with depression, as well as the pathway of impulsivity and coping disposition, so as to provide references for the intervention of learning burnout in adolescent patients with depression. MethodsA total of 191 adolescent patients who were hospitalized at The Affiliated Brain Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from December 2024 to April 2025 and met the diagnostic criteria for depression according to the International Classification of Diseases, tenth edition (ICD-10) were selected consecutively. The Short Video Addiction Measurement Scale (SVAMS), the Brief Barratt Impulsiveness Scale (BBIS), the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ), and the Adolescent Student Burnout Inventory (ASBI) were used for assessment. Pearson correlation analysis was employed to examine the correlations of the scores of each scale. Model 6 of the SPSS macro Process 4.2 was employed to analyze the chained mediation pathway of impulsivity and coping disposition between short video addiction and learning burnout. ResultsA total of 173 cases (90.58%) of adolescent patients with depression completed the valid questionnaire survey. Correlation analysis showed that SCSQ coping disposition score was negatively correlated with the SVAMS score, the BBIS score, and the ASBI score (r=-0.282, -0.341, -0.431, P<0.01), the SVAMS score was positively correlated with the BBIS score and the ASBI score (r=0.339, 0.262, P<0.01), and the BBIS score was positively correlated with the ASBI score (r=0.486, P<0.01). The pathway analysis showed that the direct effect of short video addiction on learning burnout was not statistically significant, but the total effect and the indirect effect were statistically significant. The effect values were 0.275 (95% CI: 0.207–0.343) and 0.193 (95% CI: 0.143–0.246), respectively, with the indirect effect accounting for 70.18%. Impulsivity and coping disposition both played independent mediating roles between short video addiction and learning burnout, with effect values of 0.122 (95% CI: 0.090–0.156) and 0.054 (95% CI: 0.032–0.079), accounting for 44.36% and 19.64% of the total effect, respectively. The chained mediation effect of impulsivity and coping disposition was significant, with an effect value of 0.017 (95% CI: 0.011–0.026), accounting for 6.18% of the total effect. ConclusionAlthough short video addiction does not directly affect learning burnout in adolescent patients with depression, it may indirectly influence learning burnout through independent and chain paths of impulsivity and coping disposition. Lipoatrophic diabetes(LD) is a rare and distinct form of diabetes characterized by notable clinical heterogeneity. It is often considered one of the manifestations of lipodystrophy syndrome(LDS). In clinical practice, LD is frequently misdiagnosed as type 2 diabetes; however, its management protocols and prognostic outcomes differ significantly from those of other diabetes subtypes. Therefore, timely and accurate diagnosis is of great clinical importance. This paper presents two detailed case reports of female patients with LD. Through an in-depth analysis of their clinical features, it also provides an comprehensive review of the key clinical manifestations of LDS, potential pathogenic mechanisms, and current approaches to genetic diagnosis. The aim is to enhance clinicans′ awareness of LDS and improve corresponding diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.

Objective:To explore the gene microarray of patients with ankylosing spondylitis in GEO database by using various bioinformatics methods, and to explore the possible targets and mechanisms of action. Methods:The GEO database was searched with "ankylosing spondylitis" the keyword, and the expression profile of genes related to AS was selected as the research object. Standard difference analysis, weighted co-expression analysis and gene set enrichment analysis were conducted to construct the disease set. GO and KEGG enrichment analysis were performed on the disease sets. The NCC algorithm identifies the first five key genes. THP-1 cells were implanted into RPMI-1640 culture medium containing 10% fetal bovine serum to multiply and construct the cell model of AS in vitro. The expression levels of 5 key genes were detected by qRT-PCR and Western blot. The experimental measurement data were expressed as mean± standard deviation, and the t test was used in comparison between the two groups. Results:One thousand six hundred and sixty seven disease genes were analyzed, functional annotation was mainly concentrated in 689 molecular components of cytoplasmic ribosomes, ribosomal subunits, ribosomes, cytoplasmic large ribosomal subunits, the structural composition of ribosomal REDOX enzyme activity, 1 002 molecular functions of NADH dehydrogenase activity, NADH dehydrogenase activity, and 5 764 molecular processes of mRNA catabolism and RNA catabolism The physical process involved 1 002 signaling pathways involved in Alzheimer′s disease, Prion disease, Parkinson′s disease, and the first 5 key genes were identified as RPS11, RPL4, RPL37A, RPS23, and RPS9. The experimental results were obtained by t test. The results showed that TNF-α mRNA ( t=5.59, P=0.001) and protein ( t=20.14, P<0.001) were significantly increased, indicating that LPS had induced inflammatory response in THP-1 cells, while RPL37AmRNA ( t=5.87, P=0.001), RPS11 mRNA ( t=3.88, P=0.008), RPS23 mRNA ( t=2.64, P=0.038), RPL37A protein ( t=3.18, P=0.030), RPS11 protein ( t=11.26, P<0.001), RPS23 protein ( t=5.64, P<0.001), increased, while RPS9 mRNA ( t=3.16, P=0.020), RPL4 mRNA ( t=2.54, P=0.044), RPS9 protein ( t=5.85, P<0.001) and RPL4 ( t=2.93, P=0.040) protein expressions decreased. RPL23 stimulated the joint synovial tissue to produce effect-T lymphocytes and release a large number of IL-2 and other inflammatory cytokines. RPS9 acts on the early stages of ribosomogenesis, and knocking down RPS9 reduced overall protein synthesis. RPL4 interacted with TTC22 protein to enhance the binding of WTAP mRNA to RPL4, which was associated with immune diseases. The nucleoprotein OGFOD1 catalyzed the hydroxylation of RPS23 and participated in the inflammatory process. The chromosome conformation confirmed the single nucleotide polymorphism function of IL23R genomic locus in AS disease. Conclusion:Ribosomal protein may be an important target for exploring the mechanism of AS inflammation.

China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(07):-
Professor YANG Zhao-min inherited the ancient doctors'experiences about point-prescription with the principle of 'inheriting the ancients without being formalistic in the ancients, bringing new ideas without losing contact with fountainhead of TCM'. He explored new ideas based on the ancient therapy, and summed his distinctive experience up as two types:simple recipe of acupuncture and moxibustion (single point, double points, three points) and compound recipe of acupuncture and moxibustion (more than fi ve points). Those were simple-clear-essential-new in composition and form, and effective therapy in clinic.
