Objective:
To investigate the incidence of human rhinovirus (HRV) infection in hospitalized patients in emergency department.
Methods:
A total of 94 emergency patients admitted to the emergency department from November to December of 2018 were enrolled in this study. The rhinovirus infection and related risk factors were analyzed.
Results:
HRV infection occurred in 17 out of 94 hospitalized patients in emergency department, the infection rate was 18.09%; Multiple HRV serotypes were prevalent from November to December of 2018, which were A9, A10, A16, A31, A73, B42 and C3. Elderly patients are at high risk of rhinovirus infection; Rhinovirus infection may increase the course of inpatients.
Conclusions
From November to December of 2018, multiple serotypes of HRV infections in the emergency department of Bengbu, Anhui, and HRV easily infected elderly inpatients.

Objective To investigate the medical demand and utilization of health services during sea training in a certain navy marine unit,so as to provide evidence for the superior authority in health support decision for proper distribution of medical resources. Methods Cluster sampling method was used in a questionnaire survey among the 2 276 navy marine personnel in a face-to-face interview. Results The 2-week morbidity and the rate of chronic diseases were prevalent disorders among the compulsory servicemen, the noncommissioned officers, regimental and below regimental officers, and statistical significance could be noted, when comparisons were made (P < 0.05).In the 2-week morbidity, training injury which mainly included bruise and jellyfish injuries was the most prevalent, accounting for 31.1%.Medical team was the main medical facility that the commissioned and the enlisted turned to for medical care, when they had 2-week disorders. Conclusions There was a great demand for medical service during sea training in a certain navy marine unit, and of all the disorders, training injury was the most prevalent disorder and accounted for the highest percentage. With this reason,it was suggest that more efforts should be made for the strengthening of basic medical service facility organic to navy marine units,so that medical support capacity of basic medical units could be enhanced. In addition, medical education on training injury should be intensified, scientific research on the prevention and treatment should be strengthened, and early intervention on training injury should be further emphasized,so as to increase the fighting capability of our navy marine personnel.
