Objective:To examine the interaction between interpersonal issues and eating behavior problems among college freshmen, and to identify core psychological factors and potential pathways that drive eating behavior. Methods:In October 2019, a total of 5 073 college freshmen from a university in Shanghai were recruited as participants. Their general demographic data were collected, and they were evaluated using the eating disorder examination questionnaire 6.0 (EDE-Q 6.0) and inventory of interpersonal problems-32(IIP-32).Descriptive analyses were performed using SPSS 24.0 software.A regularized partial correlation network was constructed using the graphical least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (GLASSO) in R(v4.2.3) software. A Bayesian network analysis (BNA) was conducted to build a directed network, aiming to identify core driving factors and key psychological mechanisms. Results:Regularized partial correlation network identified shape concern as the most central node, with the highest strength centrality(1.32) and expected influence(1.20). It showed the highest bridge strength with dominance/control (0.22, 0.21), linking the interpersonal and eating behavior modules. Directed network analysis indicated that low self-confidence was the upstream node influencing social inhibition and cold/ distant relationships, indirectly affecting eating disorder.Within the eating module, shape concern and weight concern predicted eating preoccupation and dietary restraint, forming a pathway structure from eating cognition to behavior. The network demonstrated good stability (CS-coefficient=0.75).Conclusion:Shape concern is the core mechanism underlying eating problems in college freshmen. Low self-confidence contributes indirectly via interpersonal dysfunction. Dominance/control and shape concern bridge interpersonal and eating domains, providing key targets for early prevention and intervention.

During the analysis of benziamidazole-class irreversible proton pump inhibitors,an unusual mass spectral response with the mass-to-charge ratio at[M+10]+intrigued us,as it couldn't be assigned to any literature known relevant structure, intermediate or adduct ion. Moreover, this mysterious mass pattern of[M+10]+has been gradually observed by series of marketed proton pump inhibitors, viz.omeprazole, pantoprazole, lansoprazole and rabeprazole. All the previous attempts to isolate the corresponding component were unsuccessful. The investigation of present work addresses this kind of signal to a pyridinium thiocyanate mass spectral intermediate(10),which is the common fragment ion of series of labile aggregates. The origin of such aggregates can be traced to the reactive intermediates formed by acid-promoted degradation. These reactive intermediates tend to react with each other and give raise series of complicated aggregates systematically in a water/acetonitrile solution by electrospray ioniza-tion.The structure of the corresponding pyridinium thiocyanate species of omeprazole(10a)has been eventually characterized with the help of synthetic specimen(10a').Our structural proposal as well as its origin was supported by in situ nuclear magnetic resonance, chemical derivatization and colorimetric experiments.

Objective:
To explore the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) protein during benzo(a)pyrene (BaP) induced carcinogenesis.
Methods:
This study, we firstly utilized immunofluorescence assay and Western-blot to examine EGFR expression of the BaP which was constructed previously by project team induced malignant transformation human bronchial epithelial cell (BTC) and the control (16HBE cell). Then, we selected 36 healthy SD rats, divided into two groups according to simple random method, 18 rats each group. The constructed rat lung neoplasm model induced by pulmonary injection of BaP (10 mg/ml of BaP solution in 0.2 ml corn oil), contrast group use 0.2 ml corn oil, lung tissue was collected and the EGFR expression of lung tissue was detected by immunofluorescence assay and Western blot. T analysis was used to test the different of EGFR between two groups.
Results:
Immunofluorescence analysis showed that the EGFR expression in BTC was significantly higher than 16HBE cell. Meanwhile, Western blot also was used to confirmed this result, the relative expression of EGFR protein in the rats of the model group the control group were 1.04±0.13 and 2.32±0.12, respectively, and the difference was statistically significance (

Objective To study the impact of methionine restriction (MetR) on mucosal histopathology, permeability and tight junction composition in a dextran sulfate sodium (DSS)-induced colitis model, and to explore its underlying mechanism. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:normal rats fed by a complete amino acid (AA group) diet, normal rats fed by MetR diet (MetR group),DSS treated rats fed by a complete amino acid (DSS + AA group) and DSS treated rats fed by MetR diet (DSS + MetR group),each group had 15 rats.Abdominal aorta blood sampling was taken at day 21 after DSS model been established to analyze blood routine examination, liver and kidney function and level of electrolyte.Morphological changes in colonic mucosa were evaluated and scored by light microscopy.Myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity was measured. The effect of MetR on mucosal permeability of colon strips was detected by Ussing chamber.Claudin2,occludin,claudin3,ZO-1 expression were quantified by Western blot. Results The early clinical manifestation in the DSS treated rats were loose stool or diarrhea, hematochezia positive and bleeding, and weight losing.HE observation showed prominent colitis in distal colon with manifestations of crypt abscess and infiltration of inflammatory cells.Although MPO activity and WBC account between the DSS + MetR and DSS + AA group did not significantly changed, treatment with MetR diet significantly decreased the extent and severity of epithelial injury of DSS + MetR group (10.55 ± 3.62 vs 15.00 ± 4.89,P =0.003).There were no significant difference in PCNA immunohistochemical result between the DSS + MetR group and DSS + AA group.Compared to the rats on AA diet, transepithelial electrical resistance(TEER) in DSS + AA group was obvious lower [(28.40 ± 6.78) Ω · cm2 vs (46.53 ± 4.03)Ω · cm2,P <0.05],and TEER in MetR group were obviously higher[(60.64 ± 8.40)Ω · cm2 vs (46.53 ±4.03)Ω · cm2,P <0.05].However,short-circuit current (Isc) in DSS + MetR group was obviously higher that of DSS + AA group [(35.01 ± 2.19) μA/cm2 vs (29.61 ± 1.19) μA/cm2,P <0.05].Western blot suggested that colon claudin2 expression was not found in colon epithelium of normal rats, and an obviously increase expression of claudin3 protein was found in the MetR group, compared to AA group; and an significantly increase in the abundance of claudin3 was found in the DSS + MetR group, but amount of claudin2 was decreased, compared with the DSS + MetR group. Conclusion The MetR diet has obvious therapeutic effect on ulcerative colitis model rats induced by DSS,and its mechanism may not by regnlating inflammatory cell infiltration and the way of promoting intestinal cell growth to alleviate inflammatory injury, but probably by changing the structure and function of tight junction protein and improve the intestinal mucosal barrier function, and promote the repair of damaged intestinal mucosa.
