Objective:To explore the longitudinal relationship between adolescents' future self-continuity and depression, providing insights into their future development. Methods:A total of 419 adolescents from a school in Shandong Province were selected, and two followed-up surveys were conducted at 6-month intervals in April (T1) and October (T2) of 2023 using the future self-continuity questionnaire and Beck depression inventory-Ⅱ. Cross-lagged analysis was performed using Mplus 8.0.Results:The scores of future self-continuity were 36.01±8.69 at baseline (T1) and 35.89±9.92 after six months (T2), while the scores of depression were 2.00(0, 14.00) and 1.00(0, 9.00), respectively. There was a negative correlation between future self-continuity and depression at both time points (T1: r=-0.195, T2: r=-0.239, both P<0.01). Adolescents' future self-continuity could predict depression six months later ( β=-0.098, P<0.01), and depression also could predict the level of future self-continuity six months later ( β=-0.114, P<0.01). Conclusion:There is an interactively influence effect between adolescents' future self-continuity and depression. While enhancing adolescents' future self-continuity level to alleviate depression, attention should also be paid attention to the impact of depression on their future self-continuity, which can help adolescents overcome the interference of depressive emotions and grow into a better future self.

To explore the application of humanistic care in children's fever clinics, the children's fever clinics of Guangzhou Women and Children's Medical Center conducted relevant research using narrative medicine as a guiding concept. This paper elaborated on the medical humanistic dilemmas and narrative care needs in children's fever clinics, and focused on exploring the practice paths of narrative medicine in pediatric with Chinese characteristics from five dimensions, including the cultivation of nursing staff's abilities of professional narrative and humanistic care, the establishment of health lectures featuring narrative patient education, the alleviation of medical anxiety for children and their families, related support of narrative nursing, and caring services. The aim was to improve the narrative care ability of nurses in children's fever clinics, develop methods for pediatric patients that can eliminate the fear of seeking medical treatment, and protect children's physical and mental health.A carrier of care, support, and emotional expression can be provided for parents. The foundation for nursing staff to achieve professional growth through narrative reflection can be laid. Thus,it can assist in establishing a life narrative community relationship between doctors and patients, and jointly explore the meaning of life.
4.Recent advance in relation between functional anatomy of cingulate gyrus and epilepsy symptom of cingulate gyrus
Chinese Journal of Neuromedicine 2021;20(11):1177-1181
The cingulate gyrus is an important part of the limbic system. According to anatomical position, it can be divided into anterior cingulate cortex, middle cingulate cortex and posterior cingulate cortex. The functional anatomy characteristics of cingulate gyrus are closely related to epilepsy symptoms of the cingulate. Therefore, the study summarizes the anatomical function, seizure symptoms and electrical stimulation results of cingulate gyrus, in order to provide help for the diagnosis of cingulate gyrus epilepsy.
5.Research progress in diagnosis and treatment of radioiodine-refractory differentiated thyroid cancer
China Oncology 2017;27(6):442-450
Surgery, selective radioiodine therapy and thyroid stimulating hormone suppressive therapy are the standard treatment modalities for differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC). After therapy, most DTC patients could get good prognosis. However, some patients with distant metastasis lose the ability to concentrate radioiodine at early time or during the treatment, and develop radioiodine-refractory DTC (RAIR-DTC). These patients progress quickly and have high mortality. Looking for effective treatments for these patients has been the hot spot in research of thyroid carcinoma. In this paper, we summarized the recent advances in the diagnosis and treatment of RAIR-DTC, hoping to early identify these patients and buy time for early intervention of other possible beneficial treatments such as targeted therapy and radiotherapy.

Objective To summarize the clinical effect of urethroplasty using acellular dermal matrix patch for the treatment of anterior urethral stricture caused by lichen sclerosus. Methods The clinical data was analyzed retrospectively from 15 patients with anterior urethral stricture caused by lichen sclerosus treated with aeellular dermal matrix patch. Results The patients were followed up for 8-40 months. The urethral silicone stent was removed 4 weeks after operation in 15 cases and all the patients voided well 2 months after operation. The urinary peak flow rates ranged from 17.6 to 41.7 ml/s(mean,28.6ml/s).Urethral stricture occurred in 2 patients 3 months after operation undergoing discontinuous dilatation within 3 to 6 months, the patients voided very well. Conclusion It is feasible, safe and relatively simple to use acellular dermal matrix patch for anterior urethral stricture caused by lichen sclerosus.
