Objective To explore the potential characteristics of self-management behavior in maintenance hemodialysis patients with hypertension and determine the influencing factors of different characteristics,so as to provide reference for improving self-management behavior.Methods A total of 192 maintenance hemodialysis patients with hypertension who received dialysis in The First Hospital Affiliated to Naval Medical University from May to September 2022 were enrolled by convenience sampling.A general information questionnaire,hypertension self-management behavior scale,Morisky medication adherence scale-8 items,and medication adherence self-efficacy scale-revision(MASES-R)were used to investigate the potential categories of self-management behavior in maintenance hemodialysis patients with hypertension,and the predictive indicators of each category were analyzed by latent profile analysis.Results Three latent categories of self-management behavior in maintenance hemodialysis patients with hypertension were identified:low self-management behavior,moderate self-management behavior,and high self-management behavior.Medication adherence and medication adherence self-efficacy were predictors of high self-management behavior.Monitoring blood pressure once daily was a predictor of moderate self-management behavior.Conclusion There is significant self-management characteristics among maintenance hemodialysis patients with hypertension.These characteristics and risk factors should be identified early to help patients improving their self-management.

Objective:To explore the health behavior of middle-aged and young stroke patients and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:From April to July 2023, convenience sampling was used to select 172 middle-aged and young stroke patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University as the research subject. A survey was conducted using the General Information Questionnaire, Health Behavior Scale for Stroke Patients, Health Belief Scale, and Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support. Spearman correlation was used to analyze the correlation between health behavior, social support, and health beliefs among middle-aged and young stroke patients. Multiple linear regression was used to analysis the influencing factors of health behavior among middle-aged and young stroke patients. A total of 172 questionnaires were distributed, and 8 questionnaires with missing items and short response times were excluded, and 164 valid questionnaires were collected, with a valid response rate of 95.34%.Results:Among 164 middle-aged and young stroke patients, the total score of the Health Behavior Scale for Stroke Patients was 64.50 (57.00, 80.75), and the average score of the items was 2.58 (2.28, 3.23). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that factors affecting the health behavior of middle-aged and young stroke patients were whether it was the first onset, the time required to reach nearby medical institution, health belief, and social support ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The health behavior of middle-aged and young stroke patients is above the medium level. In the process of intervening in the health behavior of middle-aged and young stroke patients, medical and nursing staff should pay attention to patients with recurrent stroke and poor access to medical services, while also improving patients' health belief and social support to promote patients' health behavior and reduce stroke recurrence.

Objective:To explore the status quo and influencing factors of self-management behavior in high-risk stroke patients, so as to provide a basis for improving their self-management behavior.Methods:From March to June 2023, convenience sampling was used to select 395 high-risk stroke patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University as the study subject. A survey was conducted on patients using the General Information Questionnaire, Self-management Behavior Scale for High-risk Stroke Patients, and Cerebral Apoplexy Knowledge Questionnaire. Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between self-management behavior and stroke knowledge. A total of 395 questionnaires were distributed, and unqualified questionnaires (such as regular or repetitive responses, conflicting options before and after) were excluded. Finally, 387 valid questionnaires were collected, with an effective response rate of 97.97%.Results:The score of the Self-management Behavior Scale for High-risk Stroke Patients for 387 high-risk stroke patients was (137.60±25.47), with a score indicator of 62.53%, which was at a moderate level. The score of the Cerebral Apoplexy Knowledge Questionnaire was (19.26±10.19), which was at a low level. The random forest algorithm showed that the importance order of influencing factors was stroke knowledge, number of ways to obtain health information, educational level, number of risk factors, frequency of physical examinations, medical insurance, age, work situation, and gender. The Lasso regression indicated that there were four influencing factors corresponding to the minimum error. The top four factors in importance were included in multiple linear regression, and the results showed that educational level, number of risk factors, number of ways to obtain health information, and stroke knowledge were the influencing factors of self-management behavior in high-risk stroke patients ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The self-management behavior of high-risk stroke patients was at a moderate level. Medical and nursing staff should strengthen stroke knowledge education, provide personalized education for different risk factors, and improve the self-management of the target population to reduce the incidence of stroke.

By referring to the relevant literature on the application of positive psychology in patients with cognitive impairment at home and abroad, this paper reviews the measurement tools, interrelationships and intervention status of positive psychology in patients with cognitive impairment, and explores the prospects of its application in this population. The aim is to provide a basis for nursing decision-making in patients with cognitive impairments.

The aging of the population has led to a sharp increase in the demand of the elderly for long-term care services. How to ensure the quality of long-term care services is a hot topic of widespread concern in society. In developed countries, long-term care services have been carried out early, a perfect service quality evaluation system has been formed, and the evaluation results have been effectively used. Long-term care services in China started late, there is no unified evaluation standard for the quality of long-term care services, and the evaluation indicators are diversified. It is necessary to explore a long-term care service quality evaluation system with Chinese characteristics based on foreign experience, covering the whole process of long-term care services. In addition, core indicators need to be selected to reflect the quality of long-term care services, strengthen the application of evaluation results, improve the effectiveness of long-term care service quality evaluation, and promote the sustainable development of long-term care in China.

Objective:To explore the construction of evaluation criteria for long-term care ability of the elderly suitable for China's national conditions.Methods:The evaluation criteria were initially established through literature research and field semi-structured interviews. Through the Delphi method, 15 experts were consulted and the evaluation criteria for the long-term care ability of the elderly were finally established.Results:The effective rate of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires was 100%, and the expert authority coefficients were 0.91 and 0.92 respectively. The evaluation criteria for long-term care ability of the elderly were established, including two first-level indicators of self-care ability and disease severity, four second-level indicators of abilities of daily living, mental state and social participation, perception and communication, and disease severity, as well as 39 third-level indicators including recumbent status, cognitive function, level of consciousness, illness and so on.Conclusions:The evaluation criteria for long-term care ability of the elderly are scientific and reliable, which can provide a reference for the classification of long-term care services for the disabled elderly in China.

Massive burns are catastrophic accidents, usually brings about serious injuries, vast social influence, and great difficulties in treatment. It can impose a big challenge on nursing managers with difficulty in nursing care quality assurance due to a surge of nursing workload within a short period of time and great pressure on nurses. In China, the nursing work mode for dealing with massive burns is to mobilize nursing manpower within the hospital or even outside the hospital by activating the emergency response plan. This mode, however, only ensures the adequacy of nursing staff, but not the professionalism of nursing specialty. In dealing with massive burns, the overseas nursing work mode pays more attentions to scientific transportation of patients, efficient triage, and quality control, which are more systematic and comprehensive. Based on the current status of medical treatment in China and our working experience in the Department of Burn Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University, this article reviewed and discussed the working mode from 2 perspectives, i. e. nursing human resource management and nursing quality control, with an aim to provide a reference for the optimization of the nursing work mode for dealing with mass burns in China.

Objective:To explore the methods and effects of quality control of geriatric nursing management in Shanghai, and provide basis for better quality control of geriatric nursing management.Methods:In 2014, Quality Control Center was established to formulate quality standards and evaluation systems through brainstorming, current situation investigation and expert consultation, gradually improve the quality control network system and establish an effective supervision mechanism.Results:The quality of geriatric nursing management in Shanghai was gradually improved, the proportion of nursing human resource allocation was increased, and the industry influence was gradually expanded.Conclusions:The Quality Control Center has achieved a steady improvement in the quality of geriatric nursing management through supervision of geriatric nursing management quality in the city. In the future, it is necessary to speed up the information construction of quality control, strengthen regional linkage radiation functions, explore long-term care quality standards and continuously improve management efficiency and service capabilities.

This article summarizes the research status of geriatric nursing models abroad, understands the advanced long-term care model for the aged abroad, and analyzes the research trends of long-term care model for the aged in China so as to provide a reference for further optimizing long-term care model and management strategies for the aged in China.

Shanghai takes the lead in setting up the quality control center of geriatric nursing management in China, and carries out quality control and management for geriatric medical and nursing institutions in Shanghai. In order to give full play to the quality control function, Shanghai Geriatric Nursing Management Quality Control Center has carried on the linkage with all districts and built the city and district two-level linkage quality control network system, which obtains the good practice effect and realizes the full coverage of "the horizontal to the border, the vertical to the bottom" for elderly nursing management quality control in Shanghai.
