Soybean mosaic virus (SMV), one of the major viral diseases of Pinellia ternata (Thunb.) Breit., has had a serious impact on its yield and quality. The construction of viral infectious clones is a powerful tool for reverse genetics research on viral gene function and interaction between virus and host. To clarify the molecular mechanism of SMV infection in Pinellia ternata, it is particularly important to construct the SMV full-length cDNA infectious clone. Therefore, the infectious clone of Soybean mosaic virus Shanxi Pinellia ternata isolate (SMV-SXBX) was constructed in this study by Gibson in vitro recombination system, and the healthy Pinellia ternata leaves were inoculated by Agrobacterium infiltration, further through mechanical passage and RT-PCR, confirming that the 3' end of the SMV-SXBX infectious clone had a stable infectivity when it contained 56-nt of poly(A) tail. This method is not only convenient and efficient, but also avoids the instability of SMV infectious clones in Escherichia coli. The construction of SMV full-length infectious cDNA clones laid the foundation for further study on the molecular mechanism of SMV replication and pathogenesis.

2.Successful treatment of hand-foot syndrome caused by crizotinib with external use of traditional Chinese medicine: report of 2 cases
Yuying PEI ; Nuo LI ; Liqun JIA ; Yanni LOU
Adverse Drug Reactions Journal 2020;22(8):481-483
Two patients (patient 1, a 60-year-old female; patient 2, a 62-year-old male) received oral targeted drug crizotinib (250 mg twice daily and 500 mg once daily, respectively) for anaplastic lymphoma kinase-positive non-small cell lung cancer. Both patients developed skin reactions of their hands after half a year of treatment, which were aggravated as the treatment continued. Symptoms of patient 1 presented as large red patches on the hands, forearms, and neck, with mild epidermis hypertrophy and desquamination, accompanied by obvious tenderness. Symptoms of patient 2 presented as chapped, ulcerated, and erosive skin on the fingertips and palms, accompanied by obvious pain. The 2 patients were given soaking treatment with compound granules of traditional Chinese medicine consisting of raw Astragalus, Carthamus, Radix Arnebiae, Geranium, and Radix Angelicae Sinensis, and their symptoms were obviously improved after 4 and 5 weeks, respectively.

Objective To study the influence of aerobic exercise and relaxation therapy on quality of life and symptoms of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods A total of 116 female breast cancer patients in our hospital were divided into study group and control group by random number table. The control group took routine nursing intervention, and the study group applied aerobic exercise and relaxation therapy on the basis of the control group. And the symptoms, quality of life and emotions before and after intervention were compared. Results After intervention, the psychological symptoms, hormone related symptoms, the digestive system symptoms and self-image disorder symptoms scores in the study group were lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05),the physiological status, functional status,emotion,social/family conditions and additional attention scores were higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Aerobic exercise and relaxation therapy for patients with breast cancer chemotherapy has a significant effect, and it can effectively improve the quality of life and symptoms,so it is suitable for clinical promotion.
