Objective:To investigate the reliability and validity of the knee-ankle isometric strength measurement and reha-bilitation training evaluation system for measuring lower limb muscle strength.Method:The same tester used the above-mentioned system to perform two maximum isometric muscle strength tests on 40 college students at an interval of one week. The intraclass correlation coefficient(ICC),standard error of measurement(SEM)and minimum true change(MDC)were calculated to evaluate the reli-ability.Pearson correlation analysis and paired sample t test were used to evaluate the validity of the test re-sults and the external load criterion data.Result:The ICC of test-retest were 0.97-0.99(P<0.01),SEM were 1.74-11.09Nm,SEM%were 6.05%—13.78%,MDC were 4.82-30.73 Nm,MDC%were 16.76%—38.20%.The test results were highly positively correlated with the external load criterion data(r=0.99-1.00,P<0.01),and there was no significant differ-ence(P>0.05).Conclusion:The knee-ankle isometric strength measurement and rehabilitation training evaluation system has good reliability and validity, and can conveniently and effectively measure the multi-angle knee and ankle mus-cle strength and display it in real time.

Objective To investigate the role of peripheral CD14+monocyte-macrophages in the recognition of phosphorylated antigen by γδ T cells and its relationship with treatment outcome. Methods Three kinds of γδ TCR tetramers were used to stain PBMC collected from patients with tuberculosis ( TB) and neonatal umbilical cord blood samples. The proportions of various TB-specific antigen presenting cells (APC) in peripheral blood were analyzed, and their relationships with treatment outcome were assessed based upon clinical data. Results CD14+monocyte-macrophages both in tuberculosis patients′ peripheral blood and neonatal umbilical cord blood were the strongest binding cells to CD277 antibody and γδ TCR tet-ramers. The median (P50) of CD14+monocyte-macrophages reached the highest peak after taking anti-tu-berculosis treatment for about one month and patients′condition was improved obviously during this period. Conclusion This study elucidated that CD14+monocyte-macrophages accounted for the largest proportion of APC when γδ T cells recognized phosphorylated antigens, which provided reference data for further study on the mechanism of γδ T cells restrictively recognizing phosphorylated antigen and their significance in innate and adaptive immunity.

Objective To research the relationship between hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and serum free estriol 3 (FE3) and explore its impact on pregnancy outcome. Methods Clinical data of 117 hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and 165 normal pregnant women were retrospectivly analyzed.Chemiluminescence immunoassay determination of maternal serum FE3 also had been conducted. Then analyzing the correlation between hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and FE3 and its impact on pregnancy outcomes. Results LDL cholesterol and the level of creatinine of observation group were significantly lower than the control group(t =3.129,9.372,all P < 0.05),while blood pressure, triglycerides,HDL,and 24-hour urinary protein content were significantly higher than control groug(t =7.361,2.398,2.833,all P < 0.05).The FE3 level of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (t =2.913,P < 0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between the FE3 level of normal pregnant women and their gestational age (r =0.937,P < 0.05).The probabilities of premature birth, premature rupture of membranes, postpartum hemorrhage, and neonatal asphyxia of observation group were significantly higher than amtrol group (x2 =3.912,3.879,4.267,6.935,all P < 0.05).Conclusion There is a significant correlation between hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and FE3,which has an important significance on monitoring the health status of pregnant women and the fetal-placental function.
