In order to strengthen the business linkage and data sharing among member units of the municipal chest pain center, improve the efficiency of acute chest pain patient treatment, in 2023, Haikou People′s Hospital as the leading hospital of the chest pain center deploied a chest pain center information platform. The platform consisted of a data collection layer, a data center layer, a service layer, and an application layer through the network. It implemented unified data standards and data security measures, realized real-time interaction and sharing of the entire process of chest pain patient treatment data (comprehensive files of chest pain patients), and enhanced the collaborative treatment capabilities of various member units of the city chest pain center. As of March 2024, the information platform of Haikou Chest Pain Center had covered 32 medical institutions and shared treatment data of 12 105 patients. From April 2023 to March 2024, the average time from the completion of the first electrocardiogram report of chest pain center patients to their diagnosis was about 3.8 minutes, which was significantly reduced about 75% compared to before the platform application (April 2022 to March 2023), so the treatment efficiency of chest pain patients was effectively improved. The construction practice of this chest pain center information platform could provide references for the informationization construction of chest pain centers in other regions of China.

Objective:To investigate the current smoking status and smoking abstinence self-efficacy of stroke smoking patients, to clarify the factors associated with the smoking abstinence self-efficacy in stroke patients, and to provide a theoretical basis for subsequent targeted interventions and guidance for smoking cessation.Methods:A total of 196 stroke patients admitted to the Neurology Department of Tianjin Huanhu Hospital from September to December in 2021 were surveyed adopted cross-sectional survey method by the General Information Questionnaire, the Fagerstrom Test for Nicotine Dependence, the Tobacco Hazard Perception Score, and the Smoking Abstinence Self Efficacy Scale. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the factors associated with patients' smoking abstinence self-efficacy.Results:The overall score of self-efficacy for smoking in stroke patients was (20.78 ± 6.47), and the scores of each dimension in descending order were habit/addiction, negative/emotional and positive/social situations. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that occupation, nicotine dependence score and cognition score of tobacco harm were the influencing factors of smoking abstinence self-efficacy, which could explain 37.4% variation of smoking abstinence self-efficacy.Conclusions:The self-efficacy level of smoking patients with stroke needs to be improved, and helping patients to improve their perception of tobacco harm and reduce their nicotine dependence can improve their self-efficacy level to increase the success rate of smoking cessation, thus reducing or even quitting the health risks caused by smoking behavior.

Objective:To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of untreated 16-25 years old people living with HIV-1 (PLWH) in Dehong on the China-Myanmar border during 2009 to 2017, by using molecular network method and to provide references for precise prevention and reduction of the spread of HIV-1 in Dehong.Methods:Screening people living with HIV-1, collecting blood sample and separating plasma, extracting RNA were performed to amplify HIV-1 pol sequence, construct molecular network by HIV-TRACE program and conduct statistical analysis. Results:Among the 573 infected persons in the group, 319 were Chinese (55.67%), 254 were Burmese (44.33%); 351 were males (61%), and 222 were females (39%); 404 had heterosexual transmission (HET, 70.51%), 110 people injected drugs (PWID, 19.20%), 51 men had sex with men (MSM, 8.9%); genotypes included 252 unique recombinant forms (43.98%), and 222 had circular recombinant forms (39.02%), 76 had HIV-1 C (13.26%) and 23 HIV-1 B (4.01%) infection. The 83 molecular networks constructed through HIV-TRACE involved 250 PLWH, 49% were the China-Myanmar mixed network (41/83). Myanmar citizens were at high risk of accessing the China-Myanmar mixed network ( AOR=2.676, p=0.002). Chinese male PWID network assortativity is 0.34, Myanmar male PWID was 0.14, MSM was 0.12. Conclusions:There is a continuous risk of cross-border transmission of HIV-1 in Dehong on the China-Myanmar border; attention should be paid to the mixed transmission of MSM and Myanmar male PWID populations with other transmission routes.

BACKGROUND: A number of clinical trials addressing olfactory ensheathing cells for the treatment of chronic spinal cord injury have been conducted in the world, but the efficacy and safety are still controversial. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of olfactory ensheathing cell transplantation for chronic spinal cord injury, and to further compare its short-and long-term efficacy. METHODS: PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMBASE, CNKI and WanFang databases were searched at July 23, 2018 for retrieval of clinical trials addressing olfactory ensheathing cells in the treatment of chronic spinal cord injury. Types and cases of adverse events during the safety trial should be recorded in detail. In the enrolled studies, American Spinal Injury Association scale was used to assess the motor, light touch, and pinprick scores of spinal cord injury patients before and after cell transplantation. The follow-up time was recorded. Systematic evaluation of efficacy data was performed using Review Manager 5.3. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Both short-and long-term follow-up data showed that the neurological function of patients was significantly improved after olfactory ensheathing cell transplantation (P < 0.05) , and the results were homogeneous (I2 < 50％ and P> 0.1). However, the long-term efficacy was not as good as the short-term efficacy, which may be related to chronic rejection and olfactory ensheathing cell survival. The overall adverse event rate was 8.99％, and no complications associated with olfactory ensheathing cells occurred. These findings show that olfactory ensheathing cell transplantation is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic spinal cord injury, but it is still necessary to explore more minimally invasive approaches to reduce surgical complications. In addition, a large number of high-quality experiments and clinical trials are warranted to confirm factors affecting the long-term efficacy of olfactory ensheathing cell transplantation.

Objective To evaluate the accuracy and feasibility of time-resolved immunofluorometric assay (TRI FA) for detection of HBsAg based on Abbott automated chemiluminescence immunoassay(CMIA),so as to carry out this project in primary hospitals,and provide reference for individual antiviral strategy and prediction of therapeutic effect.Methods Serum of 157 patients infected with hepatitis B virus were detected with CMIA and TRIFA,specimens with HBsAg titers exceeding the detection limit were firstly diluted,then performed quantitative analysis.HBsAg levels were divided into 4 groups:≤100 IU/mL,101-1 000 IU/mL,1 001-20 000 IU/mL,and ＞ 20 000 IU/mL,quantitative correlation between two methods was analyzed.Results The linear regression equation of two methods was Y=2.323X-896.3,correlation coefficent r=0.943,P＜0.001.CMIA was as a reference,4 groups were divided for analysis,results showed that when detected specimens was at low concentration of HBsAg,TRIFA value was low compared with CMIA method,while detected specimens was at high concentration of HB sAg,CMIA value was high,two reagents had good consistency in the detection of different concentrations of HBsAg(both P＜0.05),when concentration was at 1 001-20 000 IU/mL,consistency was the best.Conclusion The accuracy of two reagents in the quantitative detection of HBsAg is similar,and the best correlation of detection value is 1 000-20 000 IU/mL.TRIFA assay has wide application for its low-cost and easy to be operated,which is especially suitable for primary hospitals.

OBJECTIVE: To determine whether time-resolved immunofluorescence assay (TRIFA) shares the similar accuracy and specificity with automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay (CMIA) in analyzing HBeAg levels in hepatitis B.
 METHODS: A total of 157 serum samples were collected from outpatients with infection of HBV in Xiangya Hospital, Central South University. CMIA and TRIFA were used to analyze HBeAg quantitation and HBeAg/HBeAb qualitative detection, respectively.
 RESULTS: The linear regression equation for the two methods was Y=0.72779X-4.0551 (r=0.712, P<0.001). Compared with the CMIA, the sensitivity and specificity in detection of HBeAg by TRIFA were 89.89% and 100%, respectively, and the coincidence rate of HBeAg was 94.27% by two assays. Similarly, the sensitivity and specificity in detection of HBeAb by TRIFA were 100% and 95.45%, respectively. The coincidence rate was 97.45% by two assays.
 CONCLUSION TRIFA has similar accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity with CMIA in quantitative detection of HBeAg, and their coincidence rate in detection of HBeAg/HBeAb is high.

Objective To explore the effects and influences of meridian stretch stocking for prevention of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis ( LEDVT ) after gynecological pelvic surgery. Methods A total of 210 patients,who conducted pelvic surgery at Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Wuhan Third Hospital from April 2010 to February 2013, were randomly divided into routine group (Group A), the common stretch stocking group ( Group B) and meridian stretch stocking group ( Group C) , 70 cases in each group,according to their check-in time. The patients of Group A followed routine nursing methods, and the patients of Group B complied with normal stretch stocking while the patients of Group C adopted meridian stretch stocking. The usage of stretch stockings was on the basis of conventional nursing methods and applied immediately after the surgery. Then a series of comparisons were made in terms of lower extremity venous blood flow velocity, foot dorsum skin temperature and the incidence of LEDVT, coagulation and fibrinolytic function, etc. Results Group C possessed the lowest LEDVT incidence in three groups and the differences were statistically significant (χ2 =6. 667,P<0. 05). Meanwhile Group C had the fastest posterior divisions superficial vein and popliteal fossa vein blood flow velocity with statistical significance compared with the other two groups (P<0. 01). The lower limb dorsal skin temperature of Group C was higher than that of Group A and Group B after two and four hours′ surgery ( P<0. 01). There was no statistical difference in blood coagulation and fibrinolytic function of the three groups (P>0. 05). Conclusions Meridian stretch stocking can advance venous blood flow velocity, improve lower limb dorsal skin temperature and reduce LEDVT incidence of patients with gynecological pelvic surgery.

Objective To study the influence factors of infertility by analysis of semen sample and reference for clinical treat-ment.Methods 3 527 cases of semen sample were collected from Jan 2012 to Jun 2014.All samples were analysed by SQA-V analyzer and compared with 80 cases of normal semen.Results There were 358 normal samples (10.2%)and 3 169 ab-normal samples (89.8%).Among the abnormal samples low sperm motility had the highest ratio (2.7%)while abnormal pH had the lowest ratio (61.5%).All the indexes had significance difference to normal sample expect pH value (t=0.065, P =0.969).Among them,the comparison of rate had statistical significance(χ2 =3.214~24.712,P <0.05).The compari-son of mean also had statistical significance(t=2.523~15.324,P <0.05).Conclusion Infertility male almost has abnormal index of semen volume,liquefaction time,sperm motility,sperm density,sperm morphology,sperm viability.Accurately sperm analysis can provide objective basis to clinical diagnosis and treatment.

Objective To explore the correlations of between expectations and anxiety and depression of cervical cancer patients. Method Herth hope index,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self rating depression scale(SDS)and self-made general information questionnaire were used to investigate the levels of hope,anxiety and depression as well as the correlations between them.Results The overall level of hope in cervical cancer patients was(36.89±4.21)in a moderate to high level. The scores on hope level and keeping intimate relationships with other in the group of patients,aged above 50 years,married,with high school education or above and monthly income of 1,500 yuan were significantly higher than those of the other group patients.The incidences of anxiety and depression were 47.83%and 52.17%, respectively. The general hope level and its three dimensions was negatively related to the anxiety and depression(P<0.01).Conclusions The hope of cervical cancer patients are at moderate to high level and are negatively correlated between anxiety and depression.Improving the hope level of cervical cancer patients can effectively improve patients bad feelings.
