Objective To assess the accuracy and consistency of point-of-care testing(POCT)technology in detecting D-dimer(DDI),Procalcitonin(PCT),and N-terminal pro B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)in whole blood samples,as well as to validate its feasibility for rapid clinical diagnosis. Methods From July 8 to August 22,2022,a total of 104 paired DDI whole blood and plasma samples,496 paired PCT whole blood and serum samples, and 77 paired NT-proBNP whole blood and serum samples were collected. The consistency and accuracy of test results between whole blood and plasma/serum samples were assessed using the Mann-Whitney U test, regression analysis, relative sensitivity, relative specificity,Youden's index, and Kappa value. Results The test results of DDI,PCT,and NT-proBNP in whole blood and plasma/serum samples demonstrated excellent consistency, with correlation coefficients of r2=0.951 2,r2=0.942 8,and r2=0.991 6,respectively,and all P-values exceeding 0.05.At the medical decision levels, for DDI(0.55 μg/mL),the relative sensitivity,rela-tive specificity,Youden index, and Kappa value were 94.3%,94.1%,0.88,and 0.87,respectively.For PCT(0.5 ng/mL and 2.0 ng/mL),the relative sensitivities were 97.4%and 89.0%,the relative specificities were 95.8%and 98.3%,the Youden indices were 0.93 and 0.87,and the Kappa values were 0.93 and 0.89,respectively.For NT-proBNP(125 pg/mL),the relative sensitivity was 94.1%,the relative specificity was 100%,the Youden index was 0.94,and the Kappa value was 0.87.These findings confirm the high accuracy of whole blood sample testing and the strong concordance between the two methods. Conclusions This study confirmed the efficacy of POCT technology for detecting DDI,PCT,and NT-proBNP in whole blood samples. The results showed a high level of consistency compared to traditional plasma/serum methods, thereby reinforcing the clinical applicability of POCT for rapid diagnosis.

Objective To investigate the spontaneous activity of brain neurons in patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) under resting state. Methods Forty-eight OCD patients and 50 age-, gender- and year of education-matched normal controls were enrolled. All the subjects underwent 3.0 T fMRI to acquire resting state brain image. The brain regions with significant differences in amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation (ALFF) between patients and controls were analyzed. Whole-brain functional connectivity (FC) were analyzed using the brain regions with significant differences as seed points, and the correlation between brain regions with significant differences in ALFF and FC analysis and obsessive-compulsive symptoms was analyzed. Results Compared to the control group, the ALFF of left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex increased in patients with OCD (t=4.305, P<0.001). Compared to the controls, the analysis of whole-brain FC (based on MNI template) with the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex as the regions of interest showed that the FC strength between the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex and right orbital inferior frontal cortex (t=3.897, P<0.001), left anterior cingulate cortex (t=3.370, P<0.001), right anterior cingulate cortex (t=4.299, P<0.001), left middle cingulate cortex (t=3.220, P<0.001), right middle cingulate cortex (t=4.607, P<0.001) enhanced; the FC strength between the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex and the left opercular part of inferior frontal gyrus (t=-4.630, P<0.001) weakened in patients with OCD. The FC between the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex and the left opercular part of inferior frontal gyrus was negatively correlated with obsessions score(r=-0.369, P=0.014), compulsions score (r=-0.392, P=0.009) and total score (r=-0.393, P=0.008) of the Yale-Brown obsessive compulsive scale (Y-BOCS). Conclusion In patients with OCD, spontaneous neural activity of the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex is enhanced in resting state, and the FC with multiple brain regions is abnormal. The FC strength between the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex and the left opercular part of inferior frontal gyrus is associated with obsessive-compulsive symptoms.

Objective To evaluate the effect of uterine-reserved in the pelvio floor reconstruction, and select the best surgery for patients. Methods Through the observation and follow-up for 14 cases of uterine-reserved (experimental group) and 17 cases of uterine-removed (control group), to compare the information during the surgery, postoperative recovery, and quality of life of the two groups. Results The operation time, blood loss, postoperative discharge time, antibiotics application time and hospitalization time in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(P < 0.05). The paruria, abdominal distention in experimental group [14%(2/14), 14%(2/14)] were significantly lower than those in control group [53% (9/17), 24% (4/17)] (P < 0.05), and sexual satisfaction was significantly higher in experimental group than that in control group [71% (10/14) vs. 47% (8/17)] (P < 0.05). There were no significant difference in pelvic pain, constipation of the two groups (P> 0.05). The POP-Q scores were normal after the operation both the two groups, each group beforeand after surgery compared the POP-Q score, were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusions Uterine-r eserved in the pelvic floor reconstruction can maintain the structural stability of the pelvic floor, and has the advantage of shorter operation time, less bleeding, more rapid recovery. Recent results are similar with hysterectomy, can reduce the risk of perioperative period to the elderly women.

ObjectiveTo discuss the influence of community health education on the life style of patients with primary hypertension. MethodsIn the form of lectures, consultation, playing video tape and delivering materials in health education, the community health education concerning psychological nursing, proper food program, timely and reasonable sport, monitoring of blood pressure and timely taking medicine was carried out in 268 patients with hypertension. The effect also was observed using t test and χ2 test. ResultsThe differences between the effect of blood pressure control in patients with hypertension before and after education had statistical significance. The changes of life style before and after education also had statistical significance. ConclusionsAfter the community health education, the patients with primary hypertension will know more about the hypertension, which is beneficial for them to form a healthy life style to improve the effect of blood pressure control.
