Objective:To explore the application effectiveness of Artificial Intelligence Generated Content(AIGC)in immuno-logy education and optimize teaching models to enhance students'clinical thinking and self-directed learning abilities.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the current application status of AIGC among 105 university teachers.Taking"TypeⅠHypersensitivity"as an example,integrating AI tools to generate dynamic case scenarios and multimodal resources.Teaching effective-ness was evaluated through classroom practices and student questionnaires.Results:88.32%of teachers recognized AIGC's role in im-proving preparation efficiency,and 61.54%of students reported significantly improved learning outcomes.However,71.43%of teach-ers expressed concerns about increased student dependency,and 55.84%of teachers emphasized challenges in content quality control.Conclusion:AIGC effectively enhances teaching interactivity and personalized learning.Future efforts should focus on optimizing con-tent authority,establishing ethical guidelines,and promoting the development of human-AI collaborative educational models.

ObjectiveTo examine the inhibitory effects of berberine compounds， including columbamine， on acetylcholinesterase from the perspectives of drug-target binding affinity and kinetics and explore the blood-brain barrier （BBB） permeability of these compounds in different multi-component backgrounds. MethodThe median inhibitory concentration （IC₅₀） of acetylcholinesterase by berberine compounds including columbamine was measured using the Ellman-modified spectrophotometric method. The binding kinetic parameters （K_off） of these compounds with acetylcholinesterase were determined using the enzyme activity recovery method. A qualitative analysis of the ability of these components to penetrate the BBB and arrive at the brain tissue in diverse multi-component backgrounds （including medicinal herbs and compound formulas） was conducted using ultra performance liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry （UPLC-HRMS）. ResultBerberine compounds， including columbamine， exhibited strong inhibition of acetylcholinesterase， with IC₅₀ values in the nanomolar range. Moreover， they displayed better drug-target binding kinetics characteristics （with smaller K_off values） than the positive control of donepezil hydrochloride （P<0.01）， indicating a longer inhibition duration of acetylcholinesterase. Berberine components such as columbamine could penetrate the BBB to arrive at brain tissue in the form of a monomer， as well as in the multi-component backgrounds of Coptis and Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex medicinal extracts and the compound formula Huanglian Jiedutang. ConclusionThese berberine compounds such as columbamine exhibit a strong inhibitory effect on acetylcholinesterase and can arrive at brain tissue in multi-component backgrounds. In the level of pharmacological substance， this supports the clinical efficacy of compound Huanglian Jiedutang in improving Alzheimer's disease， providing data support for elucidating the pharmacological basis of compound Huanglian Jiedutang.

ObjectiveTo identify the prototypical components and metabolites absorbed into blood and cerebrospinal fluid of Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus（SCF） based on sequential metabolism combined with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. MethodBlood and cerebrospinal fluid samples of integrated metabolism， intestinal metabolism and hepatic metabolism were collected from male SD rats after gavage and in situ intestinal perfusion administration， and ultra-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole/electrostatic field orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometry（UPLC Q-Exactive Orbitrap MS） was used to analyze and compare the differences in the spectra of SCF extract， blank plasma， administered plasma， blank cerebrospinal fluid and administered cerebrospinal fluid with ACQUITY UPLC BEH Shield RP18 column（2.1 mm×100 mm， 1.7 µm）， the mobile phase was acetonitrile（A）-0.1% formic acid aqueous solution（B） for gradient elution（0-7 min， 95%B； 7-12 min， 95%-35%B； 12-17 min， 35%-15%B； 17-20 min， 15%-12%B； 20-22 min， 12%-5%B； 22-23 min， 5%B； 23-25 min， 5%-95%B； 25-28 min， 95%B）. And heated electrospray ionization（HESI） was used with positive and negative ion modes， the scanning range was m/z 100-1 500. The prototypical constituents and their metabolites absorbed into blood and cerebrospinal fluid of SCF were identified according to the retention time， characteristic fragments， molecular formulae and the information of reference substances. ResultA total of 42 chemical components were identified in the extract of SCF， including lignans， flavonoids， amino acids， tannins， and others， of which lignans were the main ones. A total of 27 prototypical components and 14 metabolites were identified in plasma samples from different sites. A total of 15 prototypical components and 9 metabolites were identified in cerebrospinal fluid. The main metabolic reactions involved in the formation of metabolites were mainly demethylation， methylation， demethoxylation and hydroxylation. ConclusionThrough the systematic identification of the prototypical components and metabolites of SCF in rats， it provides data support for further better exploring the material basis of SCF in the treatment of central nervous system diseases.

Objective:To investigate the effects of probiotics on intestinal flora, intestinal function, and T lymphocyte level in patients with cervical cancer after radiotherapy.Methods:A total of 92 patients with cervical cancer who underwent pelvic radiotherapy in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from September 2020 to February 2022 were included in this study. They were randomly divided into control and experimental groups ( n = 46/group). The patients in the experimental group took probiotics during radiotherapy, while the patients in the control group did not take probiotics during radiotherapy. The amount of intestinal flora, D-lactic acid, diamine oxidase, and T lymphocyte subset levels pre- and post-radiotherapy were compared between the two groups. Urinary lactulose (L) and mannitol (M) concentrations were determined in each group. Urinary excretion ratios of L to M were calculated. Results:After 10, 15, and 20 times of radiotherapy and after all radiotherapies, the amount of Escherichia coli and Enterococcus in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( F = 128.60, 224.99, all P < 0.05). The amount of Bifidobacteria and Lactobacilli in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( F = 2 065.46, 948.23, both P < 0.05). After 10, 15, and 20 times of radiotherapy and after all radiotherapies, plasma D-lactic acid level in the experimental group was (9.34 ± 1.63) μg/L, (9.15 ± 1.36) μg/L, (8.68 ± 1.06) μg/L, and (8.05 ± 0.82) μg/L, respectively. After 10, 15, and 20 times of radiotherapy and after all radiotherapies, plasma diamine oxidase level in the experimental group was (86.34 ± 20.25) μg/L, (84.28 ± 17.45) μg/L, (80.40 ± 13.35) μg/L, and (76.85 ± 10.87) μg/L, respectively, and urinary excretion ratio of L to M in the experimental group was (1.84 ± 0.16), (1.55 ± 0.12), (1.26 ± 0.09), (0.98 ± 0.06), respectively, all of which were significantly lower than those in the control group ( F = 121.60, 31.73, 417.84, all P < 0.05). After 10, 15, and 20 times of radiotherapy and after all radiotherapies, CD4 + level in the experimental group was (39.80 ± 4.90)%, (40.92 ± 5.30)%, (42.52 ± 6.14)%, (43.83 ± 6.55)%, respectively, CD4 +/CD8 + was (1.52 ± 0.25), (1.63 ± 0.22), (1.71 ± 0.39), (1.83 ± 0.22), respectively, all of which were significantly higher than those in the control group ( F = 58.69, 31.07, all P < 0.05). Conclusion:Probiotics can improve the status of intestinal flora and intestinal barrier function in patients with cervical cancer after radiotherapy, and simultaneously improve the cellular immune function of patients.

Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of radioactive 125I seed implantation in the treatment of unresectable early-stage non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), in order to provide data for clinical practice and relevant research. Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on the data of 39 patients with early-stage NSCLC who received CT-guided radioactive 125I seed implantation from Dec 2010 to Dec 2018 in multiple hospitals.The seed implantation process consisted of preoperative planning and design, CT-guided puncture, seed implantation, and postoperative evaluation and dose verification.The efficacy and complications of the treatment were analyzed.The clinical efficacy was evaluated by adopting the Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) (v1.1) and the adverse reactions were evaluated using the Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (CTCAE v4.0). Results:All the patients were 70 years old on average (51-85). The median lesion diameter was 2.7 cm (1.1-6.0 cm), the median seed activity was 0.7 mCi (0.6-0.8 mCi), while the median follow-up duration was 29 months (3-97 months). Meanwhile, the 1-, 3-, and 5-year overall local control rates were 89.5%, 79%, and 79%, respectively, and the 1-, 3-, and 5-year overall survival rates were 100%, 74.8%, and 49.9%, respectively.Local recurrence and distant metastasis were the main causes of failure, accounting for 17.9% (7 cases) each.The incidence of pneumothorax was 56.4% (22 cases), among which nine cases (23.1%) required invasive closed thoracic drainage.Only 1 case of grade-2 radiation pneumonia (2.6%) was observed, with no other adverse reactions such as dermatoses, esophagitis, or myelitis being discovered.As indicated by univariate analysis, the patients with KPS scores of 80-90, pathological type of adenocarcinoma, T stage of T 1-2, and D90>180 Gy exhibited better local control ( χ2=6.202, P<0.05). Meanwhile, high D90 was also associated with a higher survival rate ( χ2=6.907, P<0.05). Conclusions:Radioactive 125I seed implantation is a safe and effective treatment for unresectable early-stage NSCLC.In cases where external beam radiotherapy is not available, radioactive 125I seed implantation can be considered as one of the treatment options.Pneumothorax is the most common complication of radioactive 125I seed implantation, and adenocarcinoma (pathological type) and higher values of D90 are predictors of better local control.

Objective To calibrate contact parameters of liver tissue discrete element model. Methods Based on MATLAB image processing technology, the accumulation angle of liver tissues was measured. The ‘Hertz-Mindlin with JKR’ contact model was used to simulate the accumulation angle of liver tissues. The orthogonal experiment was designed with the coefficient of rolling friction and the energy of JKR surface as factors. The parameters of the contact model were calibrated by batch processing, and the optimal parameter combination was verified by secondary simulation calibration. Results The accumulation angle obtained by the physical test was 11.2°±0.86°. In the orthogonal experiment, the accumulation angle of the 6th set of parameter combinations was 11.8°, and the relative error was 5.1%. The simulation test and the physical test had a high similarity in accumulation angle and shape. The sequence of factors affecting the accumulation angle was the JKR surface energy between the tissue particles and the stainless steel plate > the rolling friction coefficient between the tissue particles and the stainless steel plate > the JKR surface energy between the tissue particles and the tissue particles=the rolling friction coefficient between the tissue particles and the tissue particles. Conclusions The optimization parameter could be used to further conduct the discrete element simulation between the tissue particles and the pulverizer, so as to reveal the accumulation and flow state of the tissue particles under the action of myoma pulverizer.

In laparoscopic surgery, an electric fibroid morcellator must be used to remove large tissue specimens from a small abdominal incision. Of course, there are some complications in the use, in order to follow the principle of no tumor, the doctor used the laparoscopic pouch in clinical operation to reduce the risk of spreading potential tumor tissue. There are various kinds of pouches, which are classified according to their existing state before use, it can be classified into two categories:overlapping and non-overlapping. The advantages and disadvantages of different bags and pockets are also analyzed. It provides a theoretical basis for technological innovation and equipment improvement.

Objective? To investigate the effects of nursing quality improvement in chest pain center on patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). Methods? A total of 93 patients with STEMI who received routine nursing care from July to December 2016 (n=30) and optimized quality nursing care from January to July 2017 (n=63) in the First Affiliated Hospital of He＇nan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled to the study. The patients＇ gender, age, and 18-lead ECG completion time, Door-To-Balloon time (D2B), myocardial injury marker report time, and their hospitalization days (d), were compared between the two groups. Results? The differences in the indicators including sex,age and 18-leads ECG completion time were not statistically different (P＞0.05). However, the differences in hospitalization time, D2B time, and myocardial injury marker report time had statistical significance (P＜ 0.05). Conclusions? The optimizing project of nursing quality management, including the optimization of nursing document writing, specialized instrument operation process and ward management index, can reduce patients＇ hospital stay, D2B time, and myocardial injury marker report time, hence improve the overall treatment quality for the patients.

Objective To explore the relationship between functioning mechanisms of self-efficacy and perceived social support in stress and maladjustment among intensive nurses .Methods A total of 446 intensive nurses were assessed by general information questionnaire , General Self-efficacy Scale(GSES), Perceived Social Support Scale ( PSSS ) , General Maladjustment Scale ( Gm ) , and Chinese Nurse Stressor Scale ( CNSS ) . Results The scores of Gm were positively correlated with the scores of CNSS (r =0.466,P <0.05), and negatively correlated with the scores of GSES and PSSS ( r=-0.205,-0.333,respectively;P<0.05).Self-efficacy had an obvious effect on mediating between stress and maladjustment ( P <0.05).Perceived social support had an obvious effect on mediating and moderating between stress and maladjustment ( P <0.05). Conclusions Self-efficacy among intensive nurses can mediate the effects of stress on maladjustment .Perceived social support can mediate and adjust the effects of stress on maladjustment .
