Objective : To investigate the prevalence of negative emotions in hospitalized youth patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM) and its correlation with coping strategies and psychological resilience. Methods : 141 youth T2DM patients who met the research standards were selected. Blood glucose related indicators, blood pressure, body mass index(BMI), diabetes chronic complications screening results and other data were collected. The basic information and disease related information questionnaire, self-rating depression scale(SDS), self-rating anxiety scale(SAS), diabetes distress scale(DDS), medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ) and Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC) were completed. Results: Among 141 hospitalized youth T2DM patients, 37.6% were combined with depression, 32.6% were combined with anxiety, and 35.5% were combined with diabetic distress(DD). Univariate analysis showed that systolic blood pressure(P<0.01), educational level, and the form of hospitalization expenses(P<0.05) were significantly correlated with depression. Marital status(P<0.01), family residence, blood glucose monitoring methods, and the last fasting blood glucose(P<0.05) were significantly correlated with anxiety. BMI, whether it was first diagnosed or treated(P<0.01), gender, occupation, disease course, weekly blood glucose monitoring frequency, and the presence of chronic complications(P<0.05) were significantly correlated with DD. In multivariate analysis, systolic blood pressure(P<0.01), educational level, and the form of hospitalization expenses were significantly correlated with depression, marital status(P<0.05) was significantly correlated with anxiety; BMI and weekly blood glucose monitoring frequency(P<0.01) were significantly correlated with DD. SDS, SAS, total scores and dimensions of DDS were negatively correlated with the total score and dimensions of CD-RISC(rs=-0.182--0.467, P<0.05 or 0.01), and positively correlated with the yielding coping strategies(rs=0.177-0.271,P<0.05 or 0.01). SAS,total scores and dimensions of DDS were positively correlated with avoiding coping strategies(rs=0.237-0.419,P<0.05 or 0.01). The total and dimensions of CD-RISC were positively correlated with facing coping strategies(rs=0.215-0.349,P<0.05 or 0.01),and negatively correlated with yielding coping strategies(rs=-0.234--0.325,P<0.01). Conclusion More than 30% of hospitalized youth T2DM may experience negative emotions such as depression,anxiety,and DD. The occurrence of negative emotions in such patients may be related to disease management or socio-economic issues such as systolic blood pressure,educational level,hospitalization expenses,marital status,BMI,and frequency of blood glucose monitoring,as well as decreased psychological resilience and negative coping strategies.

Objective:To explore the longitudinal effect of learning stress on learning burnout in vocational college students, and the mediating role of academic procrastination.Methods:A total of 1 212 vocational college students were selected, and two follow-up surveys were conducted at 12-week intervals in September (T1) and November (T2) of 2024 using the basic situation questionnaire, the burnout inventory-student survey, the learning pressure questionnaire and the brief academic procrastination scale. SPSS 26.0 software was used to compare the demographic characteristics of students' depersonalization using t test and single factor analysis of variance. Bootstrap was used to analyze the relationship among learning stress, academic procrastination and learning burnout. Results:The scores of learning stress at T1 and T2 for vocational college students were 14.47±3.52 and 14.52 ±3.50, the scores of academic procrastination at T1 and T2 were 27.14±9.07 and 27.21±9.04, and the scores of learning burnout T1 and T2 were 39.38±8.76 and 39.69±8.79.The t-test showed that the score of learning burnout at T1 of students aged 18 and below (36.70±8.72) was lower than students aged 18 above (40.15±8.63, t=-5.81, P<0.01). The score of learning burnout for liberal arts students at T1(40.82±8.54) was higher than that of science students (37.68±8.72, t=6.31, P<0.01). Single factor analysis of variance showed that the score of learning burnout for grade 1 students at T1(35.19±8.45) was lower than that of grade 2 students (41.33±7.98) and grade 3 students (38.92±9.88), and learning burnout score of grade 2 students at T1 was higher than that of grades 3 students ( F=61.59, P<0.01). The score of learning burnout for high-achieving students at T1(36.23±8.34) was lower than that of middle-achieving students (39.82±8.52) and low-achieving students (45.42±9.14), and the score of learning burnout for middle-achieving students at T1 were lower than that of low-achieving students ( F=36.53, P<0.01). Bootstrap test showed that academic procrastination T2 played a partial mediating role in the relationship between learning stress T1 and learning burnout T2 (effect size=0.04, 95% CI=0.03-0.07). Academic procrastination T1 played a partial mediating role in the relationship between learning stress T1 and learning burnout T2 (effect size=0.05, 95% CI=0.04-0.07). Conclusion:Learning stress can directly affect learning burnout in vocational college students, and also can indirectly affect learning burnout through the mediating effect of academic procrastination.

Objective To explore the value of combined detection of lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2),neuron specific enolase(NSE)and S-100 calcium binding protein β(S-100β)in the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of acute cerebral infarction(ACI)in patients with carbon monoxide poisoning(CMP).Methods A total of 102 patients with CMP complicated with ACI admitted to the hospital from Jan-uary 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the study group,meanwhile,102 patients with simple CMP were enrolled as the control group.Patients in the study group were followed up for 6 months after discharge,ac-cording to the follow-up results,they were grouped into good prognosis group(60 cases)and poor prognosis group(42 cases).The serum levels of Lp-PLA2,NSE and S-100β were detected by enzyme-linked immunosor-bent assay(ELISA).The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was applied to analyze the value of the combination of serum Lp-PLA2,NSE and S-100β in the early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of patients with CMP and ACI.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of Lp-PLA2,NSE and S-100β in the study group were obviously higher(P<0.05).The ROC curve analysis results showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of the combined detection of serum Lp-PLA2、NSE、S-100β for the diagnosis of CMP complicat-ed with ACI was greater than the AUC of single detection of each indicator(P<0.001).Compared with the good prognosis group,the levels of Lp-PLA2,NSE and S-100β in the poor prognosis group were obviously higher(P<0.05).The results of ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of the combined detection of ser-um Lp-PLA2、NSE、S-100β for the prognosis of patients with CMP complicated with ACI was greater than the AUC of single detection of each indicator(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of Lp-PLA2,NSE and S-100β in serum of patients with CMP complicated with ACI is high,and the combined detection of the three has certain value in the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation for patients with CMP complicated with ACI.

Objective Explore the comprehensive emotion adjustment pattern that combines non-contact physiological and psychological detection methods in fasting and low metabolism scenarios.This study aims to verify the accuracy of non-contact physiological and psychological detection algorithms and evaluate the effectiveness of multimodal emotion adjustment schemes for addressing negative emotional states such as depression and anxiety.Methods Deploy non-contact physiological and psychological detection algorithms and emotion adjustment plans to build a multimodal emotion adjustment system.Collect physiological and psychological data from volunteers participating in the 15-days complete fasting human low metabolism experiment of"Green Star Travel Ⅷ".Utilize finger clip oximeters and scales to verify the accuracy of existing non-contact physiological and psychological methods within the system.Design an emotion adjustment experiment featuring four groups:sound adjustment,acupoints adjustment,magnetism adjustment,and combination adjustment.Compare the volunteers'scale scores before and after the adjustments to verify the effectiveness of the system's emotion adjustment capabilities.Results The experimental results demonstrate that the average difference in the Bland-Altman plot for the non-contact heart rate detection model is ﹣0.497 bpm,with 95.3%of the error values falling within the 95%consistency interval.The non-contact psychological detection model achieved an accuracy rate of over 80%in identifying stress,anxiety,and depression,and an accuracy rate of over 70%in identifying fatigue and anger.Following emotion adjustment,the stress levels of the subjects significantly improved(P?

As China's manned space missions gradually develop towards long-term residence and deep space exploration,astronauts will face increasingly severe psychological challenges.As a psychological adjustment method involving multiple disciplines such as music,psychology,and medicine,music therapy has the advantages of being convenient to implement,cost-effective,and highly personalized.This paper integrates the concept of music therapy and explores the research progress of music therapy in regulating psychological states in aspects such as physiology,emotional regulation,cognitive ability,and interpersonal relationships.Combined with the mechanism of action of music therapy and the practical situation in the field of manned spaceflight,it aims at the future development trends and problems to be solved,to construct a music therapy system for astronauts during on-orbit flight and ground daily training.This will help astronauts achieve healthy physical and mental development and promote the completion of missions.

Objective:To investigate the prevalence and mortality of dementia and assess the impact of geriatric syndromes (GS) on the risk for dementia and death in elderly population in Beijing.Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conducted in the elderly population aged ≥65 years and selected by a multi-stage sampling in Beijing during 2013-2015. Cognitive function was screened using the Chinese Revised Version of the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE). Then, neurological examination and psychiatric assessment were performed for those with the MMSE score lower than the cut-off value. The information about GS prevalence was also collected. The study also collected death records for all individuals from baseline until December 31, 2019. Based on the age and gender distribution from Beijing data of the 2010 Six th National Population Census, the dementia prevalence in the study population was directly standardized. Logistic regression analysis was used to evaluate the association of different forms of dementia with GS, and Cox proportional hazards regression model was used to estimate the hazard ratio ( HR) and 95% CI of death. Results:During 2013-2015, a total of 2 935 individuals completed dementia assessments, of which 167 were diagnosed with dementia. The standardized prevalence of dementia was 5.9% (95% CI: 5.0%-17.4%). The individuals with Alzheimer's disease (AD) and vascular dementia (VaD) accounted for 58.7% and 28.1% of total individuals with dementia, respectively. Aging, lower education level, urinary incontinence, and fall were risk factors for AD, while disability of activity of daily life dependence, hypertension, and stroke were found to be risk factors for VaD. After a median follow-up of 5.44 person-years, 399 deaths were recorded. The 5-year mortality risk was 2.87 (95% CI: 1.92-4.17) times and 4.93 (95% CI: 3.23-7.53) times higher for the elderly individuals with AD and VaD, respectively, compared to non-demented individuals. After adjusting for demographic, GS, and cardiovascular risk factors, the mortality risk in the elderly individuals with AD showed no significant difference compared with non-demented individuals ( HR=1.32, 95% CI: 0.89-1.97), while the mortality risk in those with VaD was 2.46 (95% CI: 1.49-4.05) times higher than that in non-demented individuals. Conclusions:The prevalence of dementia in Beijing increased significantly in the context of population aging, especially the prevalence of AD. The presence of GS increased the risks for AD and VaD, as well as the risk for death. Close attention needs to be paid to GS management in dementia prevention in elderly population.

Background and purpose:Currently,for patients with mid-to-low locally advanced rectal cancer and potentially resectable T4bM0 colon cancer,guidelines recommend neoadjuvant therapy strategies to enhance the response rate and increase the likelihood of conversion surgery.Among these patients,ypⅢ stage colorectal cancer(CRC)is assessed using the Union for International Cancer Control(UICC)/American Joint Committee on Cancer(AJCC)TNM staging system for postoperative pathological features.However,neoadjuvant therapy can lead to lymph node regression in the surgical area,resulting in an insufficient number of detected lymph nodes(less than 12),preventing classification according to conventional TNM staging.Thus,TNM staging often fails to predict the prognosis of ypⅢ patients who have undergone neoadjuvant therapy.This study aimed to evaluate the prognostic value of the positive lymph node ratio(LNR)in ypⅢ stage CRC patients treated with neoadjuvant therapy.Methods:Retrospective data was collected from ypⅢ stage CRC patients who received neoadjuvant therapy and underwent radical surgery at Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center between 2008 and 2018.Collect clinical pathological characteristics such as age,gender,primary tumor location,tumor differentiation grade,pathological staging,and whether the patient has relapsed or died during follow-up at the time of surgery.Inclusion criteria:CRC patients who have received neoadjuvant therapy and surgery and have been confirmed to be stage Ⅲ by postoperative pathological examination.Exclusion criteria:① Preoperative imaging examination or intraoperative exploration reveals distant organ metastasis;② History of malignant tumors in the past;③ Multiple primary CRC.This study was approved by the medical ethics committee of Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center(ethics number:050432-4-2108*).The R software survminer package(surv_cutpoint algorithm)was used to calculate the optimal cutoff value for LNR relative to disease-free survival(DFS),and patients were divided into low and high LNR groups accordingly.Clinical pathological characteristics and DFS were compared between the two groups.COX proportional hazards regression models were employed to identify adverse pathological features,and survival plots along with prediction models for DFS were generated using the survival and rms packages.Results:A total of 489 patients were included,comprising 289 males and 200 females,with a median age of 56 years(23-80 years)and a median follow-up time of 1 062 d.During the follow-up period,164 patients(33.5%)died.In the entire cohort,204(41.7%)patients had fewer than 12 lymph nodes detected.The optimal cutoff value for LNR was 0.29,classifying 317 patients into the low LNR group(LNR≤0.29)and 172 patients into the high LNR group(LNR＞0.29).The high LNR group exhibited shorter DFS compared to the low LNR group[hazard ratio(HR)=2.103,95%CI:1.582-2.796,P＜0.000 1].Multivariate COX regression indicated that LNR was an independent prognostic factor for DFS(HR=1.825,95%CI:1.391-2.394,P＜0.001).The inclusion of LNR in a multicategory DFS nomogram prediction model effectively assessed DFS in stage Ⅲ CRC patients who had undergone neoadjuvant therapy.Conclusion:LNR is an independent prognostic factor for ypⅢ stage CRC patients,showing good predictive power for DFS when combined with other adverse pathological features.Therefore,incorporating LNR as a supplement to TNM staging can improve the accuracy of CRC prognosis assessment.

OBJECTIVE To explore the potential targets and mechanisms of the modified Baihe dihuang decoction （MBD/ BDD） applied in post-stroke depression （PSD）. METHODS Network pharmacology was used to mine the potential targets and key pathways of MBD/BDD in the treatment of PSD. PSD model rats were induced by focal cerebral ischemia surgery combined with chronic unforeseen mild stress， and then were randomly divided into PSD model group， MBD/BDD group （12.6 g/kg， by raw drug）， and fluoxetine hydrochloride （FLX） group （positive control， 2.3 mg/kg）； a blank control group was also set up， with 8 rats in each group. Each administration group was given a corresponding medication solution by gavage once a day for 21 consecutive days. The intervention effect of MBD/BDD on depression-like symptoms in model rats was evaluated by open field and forced swimming tests. The brain tissues of rats in each group were dissected and total RNA was extracted for transcriptome sequencing and bioinformatics analysis. The mRNA and protein expressions of genes with significant changes and common neurotrophic factors were verified based on the above results. RESULTS A total of 131 MBD/BDD antidepressant-related target genes were obtained （such as IL1B and AKT1， etc.）， which were closely related to neural active ligand-receptor interactions and cyclic adenosine monophosphate signaling pathway. MBD/BDD could significantly prolong or increase the total time spent and distance traveled in the central grid of qiangzhe@cqtcm.edu.cn PSD model rats， and significantly shorten the cumulative immobility time （P＜0.05）. After treatment with MBD/BDD， the number of genes that changed in rat brain tissue was much higher than that in the FLX group， and there were significant differences in gene profiles among the PSD model group， MBD/BDD group， and FLX group. There were 1 351 differentially expressed genes （DEGs） between the MBD/BDD group and the PSD model group， of which 178 were significantly down-regulated and 1 173 were significantly up-regulated （P＜0.05）. Above 1 351 DEGs were involved in neuronal differentiation， chemical synaptic transmission regulation. They were significantly enriched in axonal guidance， cholinergic synapses and neuroactive ligand-receptor interactions. The top 30 genes in terms of up-regulation in the brain tissue of rats of MBD/BDD group were all associated with neuronal proliferation， development， differentiation， and migration. After MBD/BDD intervention， the expressions of Fezf2， Arx， Ostn， Nrgn genes， brain-derived neurotrophic factor and tyrosine kinase receptor B protein in brain tissue of rats were significantly increased （P＜0.05）. CONCLUSIONS The anti-PSD effect of MBD/BDD may be related to the up-regulation of the expression of genes related to neuronal proliferation， development， differentiation and migration， as well as the promotion of neural structural and functional repair.

Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of enzyme therapy in late-onset Pompe disease (LOPD) patients, so as to provide reference for the treatment and prognosis of LOPD.Methods:The effect of α-glucosidase (GAA) on a patient diagnosed with LOPD in the Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University was observed and analyzed. Besides, literature related to enzyme therapy in LOPD patients were searched in PubMed, Web of Science, Medline databases. Twenty-one studies containing clinical data from 910 LOPD patients related to enzyme therapy were finally included for analysis.Results:The patient developed muscle weakness since he was 16 years old. The GAA activity in peripheral blood was 0. Electromyography suggested myogenic lesions in both lower extremities. Compound heterozygous mutations of GAA gene were found by next- generation sequencing. Muscle biopsy revealed characteristic vacuolar changes. After eight years of diagnosis, the patient was given enzyme therapy for 18.5 months, 20 times in total. The symptoms of muscle weakness were slightly improved in the early stages of treatment without obvious adverse reactions. Most of the 910 LOPD patients were stabilized or had improved muscular and (or) respiratory function following treatment with GAA.Conclusion:GAA treatment is effective and well tolerated. In patients with advanced severe LOPD, enzyme replacement therapy remains effective even years after onset.
