Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2025;31(26):3608-3613
Objective:To explore the research hotspots in the application of wearable devices for postoperative patient rehabilitation, and to analyze the current status and future trends of development in this field. Methods:Literature related to the application of wearable devices in postoperative rehabilitation was retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection, using the keywords "wearable devices" and "postoperative", covering the period from July 2014 to July 2024. High-frequency keywords were extracted using the Bibliographic Item Co-occurrence Matrix Builder (BICOMB), and a word-article matrix was constructed. Cluster analysis was conducted using gCLUTO software. Results:A total of 546 English-language articles were retrieved, of which 423 met the inclusion criteria. A total of 38 high-frequency keywords were extracted. The number of publications on wearable devices in postoperative rehabilitation has shown an overall upward trend over the past decade. The United States ranked first in publication volume (164 articles). Cluster analysis identified four major research themes: application of wearable devices for monitoring physical activity and sleep in postoperative patients; remote monitoring of vital signs and evaluation of long-term rehabilitation benefits under technological support; feasibility and safety assessment of wearable devices in knee and hip joint rehabilitation; and monitoring of physiological indicators and rehabilitation evaluation after cardiac surgery. Conclusions:Research on the application of wearable devices in postoperative rehabilitation is in a growth phase. Various types of wearable technologies provide real-time, continuous, and precise physiological and recovery data for medical staff, thereby contributing to enhanced rehabilitation outcomes. In the future, deeper integration between wearable devices and postoperative rehabilitation technologies should be encouraged. Additionally, stronger policy and funding support for wearable technologies will be crucial to advancing their clinical adoption in the field of rehabilitation.

Objective:To observe the effects of palmitic acid(PA)and static pressure on the expression of receptor activator of NF-κB ligand(RANKL)and osteoprotegerin(OPG)in human periodontal ligament cells(HPDLCs)cultured from the subjects of differ-ent ages. Methods:The effects of PA with the dose(μmol/L)of 10,100,200,250,300,400 and 500 respectively on the prolif-erative activity of HPDLCs cultured in vitro from the subjects aged 12-45 years were determined by CCK-8 method.200 μmol/L PA was selected to treat HPDLCs,and the static pressure of 200 Pa was applied in the in vitro culture.Under different conditions(PA group, static pressure group,PA+static pressure group and blank control group),The expression of RANKL and OPG in HPDLCs was determined by ELISA before and after the treatment at 3,6,12,24,36,48 and 72 h respectively, and the OPG/RANKL ratio was calculated. Results:PA inhibited the proliferation of HPDLCs of all ages(P<0.05),and the proliferation activity of HPDLCs decreased gradually with the increase of PA concentration, patient age and treatment time.Under static pressure,PA up-regulated the expression of RANKL protein,down-regulated the expression of OPG protein and the ratio of OPG/RANKL(P<0.05),but RANKL protein expression decreased and OPG protein expression and the ratio of OPG/RANKL increased with age. Conclusion:Combined treatment of PA and static pressure can synergistically promote remodeling of periodontal bone. The expressions of RANKL and OPG is closely related to age of the subjects.

Objective:To construct an early rehabilitation management model for postoperative kinesiophobia patients after total knee arthroplasty (TKA) based on a topic-oriented quality control circle method, aiming to improve the quality of early rehabilitation management. Methods:Using a convenience sampling method, 120 TKA patients with kinesiophobia treated in the Department of Orthopedics at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January to April 2022 and September to December 2022 were selected. The patients from January to April 2022 were set as the control group, and those from September to December 2022 were set as the observation group, with 60 patients in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation management after TKA surgery, while the observation group received the early rehabilitation management model based on the 10 steps of the topic-oriented quality control circle (topic selection, activity planning, clarification of the topic, goal setting, countermeasure formulation, pursuit of optimal strategies, etc.) in addition to the routine management. The differences between the two groups were compared in terms of kinesiophobia score, knee function score, pain score, early rehabilitation assessment rate, effective analgesia rate, and 24-hour ambulation rate. Results:After the intervention, the observation group showed significantly lower knee pain scores (2.89±0.66) and kinesiophobia scores (23.27±4.87) compared to the control group, with a significantly higher knee function score (74.47±7.40), all differences were statistically significant (all P<0.01). Additionally, the observation group had a significantly higher early rehabilitation assessment rate, effective analgesia rate, 24-hour ambulation rate, early rehabilitation compliance rate, earlier time for the first ambulation, shorter hospital stay, and reduced costs compared to the control group, with all differences showing statistical significance (all P<0.01) . Conclusions:The application of the topic-oriented quality control circle to construct and implement an early rehabilitation management model for postoperative kinesiophobia patients after TKA can effectively improve the quality of early rehabilitation management, reduce kinesiophobia levels, enhance knee joint function, and alleviate the economic burden.

In recent years, immunotherapy has become another important treatment for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) after surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and targeted therapy. As an emerging non-invasive tool, PET/CT radiomics provides a new way for precise diagnosis and treatment of NSCLC by quantitatively analyzing the metabolic and structural characteristics of tumors, demonstrating significant promise for applications in NSCLC immunotherapy. This article aims to review the research progress of PET/CT radiomics in NSCLC immunotherapy and to explore its potential value in predicting biomarkers, therapeutic efficacy, adverse effects, and evaluating prognosis.

Objective To investigate the relationship between sleep disorders and coronary heart disease through big data combined with Mendelian randomization analysis. Methods Data from 2005 to 2018 National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey in the United States were utilized.Logistic regression analysis was employed to evaluate the association between sleep disorders and coronary heart disease, while analyzing relevant influencing factors.A two-sample Mendelian randomization approach was implemented using Genome-Wide Association Studies to establish causal relationships. Results Logistic regression analysis demonstrated a significant association between sleep disorders and coronary heart disease(P<0.001),with the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio serving as a mediating factor in this relationship(P<0.001).Mendelian randomization analysis revealed a positive correlation between sleep disorders and coronary heart disease(OR=1.030,95%CI:1.01-1.04).Conclusion Sleep disorders can increase the risk of coronary heart disease by activating inflammatory factors.
