Objective:This study aims to initially establish a scoring system for comprehensively reflecting the severity of intracranial atherosclerotic lesions and to explore the correlation between this score and atherosclerotic risk factors as well as stroke events.Methods:This study retrospectively analyzed patients who underwent head and neck computer tomography angiography(CTA)examinations and had head MRI examinations within one month before or after the CTA examination from January 2021 to August 2024 in Beijing Hospital.An intracranial atherosclerosis disease score(ICADS)system was constructed based on the degree and number of vascular stenosis.The relationship between ICADS and atherosclerotic risk factors was explored by grouping patients according to the quartile of ICADS.Patients were divided into acute stroke group and non-acute stroke group to compare differences in ICADS and cerebrovascular disease risk factors between the two groups, and to investigate the correlation between stroke events and ICADS.Results:There were statistically significant differences in the proportions of patients with hypertension and diabetes among different ICADS groups.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that hypertension( B=1.17, 95% CI: 0.20-2.14, P<0.05)and diabetes( B=2.75, 95% CI: 1.85-3.64, P<0.001)were risk factors for higher ICADS.The ICADS was higher in the acute stroke group than in the non-acute stroke group(9 vs.6, P<0.001), and a higher ICADS was identified as a risk factor for stroke( OR=1.10, 95% CI: 1.07-1.14, P<0.001). Conclusions:ICADS can comprehensively reflect the severity of intracranial atherosclerotic lesions and is correlated with stroke events, making it useful for clinical screening of high-risk patients for stroke.

Respiratory diseases(e.g.,lung inflammation and pulmonary fibrosis)are a serious threat to human health.Mitochondria,organelles unique to eukaryotic cells,not only have important functions in energy production,biosynthesis,and the maintenance of intracellular homeostasis but also act as diverse signaling organelles involved in inflammation,proliferation,differentiation,cell repair,and other processes.The mitochondrial quality control system involves mitochondrial biogenesis,dynamics,and autophagy.Certain pathological mechanisms of respiratory diseases,such as oxidative stress and inflammation,are closely related to the dysregulation of mitochondrial quality control systems.This paper summarizes the progress of research into mitochondrial quality control dysregulation in respiratory diseases(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,pulmonary fibrosis,acute lung injury,asthma,and bacterial pneumonia)to explore new ideas for the prevention and treatment of respiratory diseases.

Objective:To explore the effect of precision nursing based on evidence-based concept in the perioperative period of patients with total knee arthroplasty (TKA) .Methods:From January 2018 to December 2020, 200 TKA patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected as the study subject by convenience sampling. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to simple random sampling with 100 cases in each group. The control group adopted routine nursing, while the observation group conducted precise nursing based on evidence-based concept on the basis of the control group. The incidence of postoperative complications and knee function between the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference ( P<0.05) . At one, three and six months after operation, the knee function score of New York Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) in both groups showed an upward trend. The HSS scores of the observation group at one, three, six months after operation were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.01) . Conclusions:The precision nursing based on the evidence-based concept has a definite effect in the perioperative nursing of patients with TKA, which can reduce complications and improve the knee function.

Objective:To explore the effect of stabilizing muscle training on cervical function and quality of life in continuous nursing care of patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019, a total of 98 patients with cervical spondylosis in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected by convenience sampling method, and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method. In the course of treatment and follow-up, 15 cases were lost in the two groups, and 42 cases were included in the control group and 41 in the observation group. The control group was given routine continuous nursing after discharge, and the observation group was given stabilizing muscle training on the basis of routine continuous nursing. The scores of Japanese Orthopedic Association (JOA) and Neck Disability Index were compared before intervention, 3 months after intervention and 6 months after intervention between the two groups. The scores of Short Form 36 Health Survey Questionnaire (SF-36) were compared after intervention between the two groups.Results:The results of repeated measurement ANOVA of JOA score and NDI score before intervention, 3 months and 6 months after intervention showed that there were interaction, inter group and time effects, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.01) . After the intervention, the scores of SF-36 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:In the continuous nursing of patients with cervical spondylosis, the application of stabilizing muscle training is more conducive to relieve muscle tension, improve symptoms, and improve the quality of life of patients.

Objective To investigate the awareness of osteoporosis and to evaluate the effect of related health education among Beijing community residents.Methods Total 1 000 patients,who visited in 4 community health service centers in Beijing from June to December 2011,were selected as study participants.The questionnaire survey on the awareness of osteoporosis was conducted in all participants,and the items of questionnaire included the risk factors,symptoms,prevalence of osteoporosis,the recommended daily calcium intake and risk of falls.Five hundred participants in 2 health service centers were designated as intervention group and 500 in another health service centers as control group.In intervention group the health education of osteoporosis was conducted every 2 to 3 months and the outpatient follow-up was provided every 2 months;the contents of health education included the clinical manifestation,prevention and control of osteoporosis,and the preveution of fall.In control group only the general outpatient consultation and referral were provided.The second questionnaire survey was conducted 2 years after intervention,the results were compared with baseline and the intervention effect was evaluated.Results Before intervention,58.0％ (580/1 000) participants had exercise,43.1％ (431/1 000) participants took calcium supplement and vitamin D,and 12.1％ (121/1 000)took medication following doctor's advance.The rates of fall prevention and administration of calcium vitamin D in intervention group before intervention [27.8％ (139/500) and 38.7％ (194/500)] were lower than those in control group [33.8％ (308/500) and 47.5％ (237/500)].After two-years of intervention the adoption rate of health behavior in intervention group was improved markedly,the highest one was diet control [increased by 38.4％ (192/500)] and the lowest one was medication [increased by 17.3％ (87/500)].Compared to control group the diet control rate in intervention group was significantly higher [74.0％ (370/500) vs.23.6％ (108/457),x2 =261.887,P=0.000].In addition,unhealthy behaviors were also reduced:55.0％ participants reduced caffeine consumption and 72.2％ participants reduced sodium intake in intervention group.Conclusion The awareness of osteoporosis among Beijing community residents is not satisfactory,but intervention focusing on osteoporosis prevention education is effective to change their behavior.
