ObjectiveTo investigate the efficacy of ovarian tissue cryopreservation and autologous transplantation in preserving fertility and ovarian endocrine function in patients with cervical cancer. MethodsA 26-year-old patient with stage ⅡA1 cervical cancer underwent ovarian tissue harvesting and cryopreservation during cancer surgery. Following complete remission of the cancer， autologous ovarian tissue transplantation was performed. Follow-up monitoring included assessment of menopausal symptoms， hormone levels， and follicular development. ResultsSix months after transplantation， follicle-stimulating hormone levels decreased to 6.60 U/L， and estradiol levels increased from ＜10.00 ng/L to 89.00 ng/L. At 10 months after transplantation， ultrasound monitoring confirmed follicular development and physiological ovulation in the transplanted ovarian tissue. By 15 months after transplantation， follicle-stimulating hormone levels remained stable at 7.24 U/L， and estradiol levels further increased to 368.00 ng/L. Over 2 years after transplantation， the patient successfully gave birth to a healthy baby through assisted reproductive technology. ConclusionThe restoration of endocrine and ovulation functions in the transplanted cryopreserved ovarian tissue， followed by successful pregnancy， demonstrates the clinical success of ovarian tissue transplantation.

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effects of resistance combined with aerobic chrono-exercise on the common carotid artery elasticity and hemodynamics. 24 healthy young men (21.96±0.43 years old) underwent a single acute resistance combined with aerobic exercise intervention at eight time periods (6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, and 20 o'clock). The axial flow velocity and diameter waveforms of the common carotid artery were measured, and the hemodynamics were calculated using the classical hemodynamic theory before exercise, immediately after exercise, 10 min and 20 min after exercise. The results showed that during exercise recovery, systolic and mean pressures decreased more markedly after exercise at 8 o'clock (P < 0.05); At 20 min post-exercise, arterial stiffness index and pressure-strain elastic modulus after exercise at 6 o'clock were reduced compared with the resting state, but were significantly elevated after exercise at 20 o'clock (P < 0.05). Immediately after exercise, the pressure rise was higher after exercise at 6 o'clock and the mean wall shear stress was higher after exercise at 20 o'clock (P < 0.05). These results suggest that resistance combined with aerobic chrono-exercise produces different effects on common carotid artery hemodynamics in young men. A single acute session of resistance combined with aerobic exercise at 8 o'clock is more effective in lowering blood pressure. Exercise at 6 o'clock is beneficial to improve arterial elasticity but is not recommended for young male individuals with cardiovascular disease risks because of the excessive increase in blood pressure immediately after exercise. Exercise at 20 o'clock is more effective in improving wall shear stress but is accompanied by elevated arterial stiffness indices and pressure-strain elastic modulus. These results provide a scientific basis for healthy young men in choosing the time of exercise by exploring the common carotid artery elasticity and hemodynamic-related indices.

Objective To investigate the biological effects of Pasteurella multocida(Pm)culture supernatant and Pm-derived outer membrane vesicle(OMV)on bladder cancer cells.Methods Pm was cultured and its supernatant was collected.The effects of the supernatant on proliferation,migration and invasion of bladder cancer cell lines(T24 and 5637)were assessed by cell counting kit 8(CCK-8),wound healing assay,and Transwell migration and invasion assays with phosphate-buffered saline(PBS)and brain heart infusion(BHI)broth as controls.Pm-OMV were isolated from the supernatant via ultracentrifugation,and the remaining components of the supernatant served as control.The effects of Pm-OMV on proliferation,migration and invasion of T24 and 5637 cells were assessed by CCK-8 and Transwell migration and invasion assays.Apoptosis was analyzed by flow cytometry.A nude mouse xenograft tumor model was established.After intratumoral multi-point injections of Pm-OMV or PBS,the tumor growth was evaluated and the effects of Pm-OMV on proliferation and apoptosis of bladder cancer cells in vivo were verified by Ki67(a proliferation marker)immunohistochemical staining and TUNEL assay.Results Pm culture supernatant significantly inhibited the proliferation,invasion,and migration of T24 and 5637 cells in vitro compared with PBS and BHI controls(all P＜0.01).Pm-OMV not only inhibited the proliferation,invasion,and migration of T24 and 5637 cells,but also induced the apoptosis,and the differences were significant compared with the remaining components of the supernatant(all P＜0.05).The nude mouse subcutaneous tumor transplantation experiment further confirmed that Pm-OMV inhibited the proliferation of bladder cancer cells and promoted apoptosis in vivo,and the differences were significant compared with the PBS control(all P＜0.05).Conclusion Pm-OMV can inhibit the proliferation,invasion,and migration of bladder cancer cells and promote the apoptosis.It provides an experimental basis for studying the mechanism of microbial regulation of tumor progression and for developing new treatment strategies for bladder cancer.

Objective To investigate the association of digit ratio with single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)at three loci(rs17576,rs3918249,rs9509)of matrix metallopeptidase 9(MMP-9)gene.Methods A total of 804 Ningxia Han youths(399 males and 405 females)were used as the study subjects.A digital camera was used to take frontal photographs of the hands,and image analysis software was used to mark the anatomical points and measure the lengths of each finger of both hands(2D,3D,4D,5D);Multiplexed PCR was used to detect the three polymorphic sites of the MMP-9 gene,SPSS 25.0 and R Studio software were used for data analysis and plotting.Results The 2D/3D(P＜0.05)and 2D/4D(left,P＜0.01,right,P＜0.05)of both hands,2D/5D(P＜0.01),3D/5D,4D/5D(P＜0.05)of the right hand,and 3D/4D(P＜0.05)of the left hand in female youths of Ningxia Han were significantly higher than those in males,Differences in genotypes and allele frequencies at all 3 loci of the MMP-9 gene were not statistically significant between genders(P＞0.05).Right hand 2D/4D was significantly associated with genotypes at the rs17576 and rs3918249 loci in male youths(P＜0.05).Conclusion MMP-9 gene SNPs(rs17576 and rs3918249)may be associated with the formation of 2D/4D of Ningxia Han male youths.

Objective To study the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution characteristics of overweight/obese patients in Shanghai region and to investigate the correlation of TCM constitution with body composition.Methods Relevant data were collected from the patients with complete information of TCM constitution and human body composition analysis who visited the specialized outpatient clinic of acup-moxibustion catgut embedding therapy in the Department of Endocrinology,Shanghai Tenth People's Hospital from August 2020 to December 2022.The patients were divided into a normal body mass group(BMI＜24 kg/m2),an overweight group(24 kg/m2≤BMI＜28 kg/m2)and obesity group(BMI≥28 kg/m2),and then the distribution of TCM constitution types in the three groups of patients were analyzed.After that,the correlation between TCM constitution and body composition were explored with multiple regression analysis.Results(1)A total of 315 patients were included,of which 43 patients had normal body mass,85 patients were overweight and 187 patients were obese.(2)The TCM constitution types in descending order of the composition ratio in the normal body mass group and in the overweight group were spleen deficiency constitution,liver stagnation constitution,damp-heat constitution,yang deficiency constitution,and yin deficiency constitution,in the obese group were spleen deficiency constitution,yang deficiency constitution,damp-heat constitution,liver stagnation constitution,and yin deficiency constitution,and in the overweight/obese group were spleen deficiency constitution,damp-heat constitution,yang deficiency constitution,liver stagnation constitution,and yin deficiency constitution.No statistically significant differences of the distribution of TCM constitution types were shown between normal body bass population and overweight/obese population(P＞0.05).In both normal body mass population and overweight/obese population,the single body constitution type was common,and biased constitution was rare,and there was no statistically significant difference when comparing between the two groups(P＞0.05).(3)The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the basal metabolism of all patients was positively correlated with yang deficiency constitution and was negatively correlated with damp-heat constitution,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.01).It is indicated that if the score of yang deficiency constitution rose by one point,the basal metabolism would increase by 0.54 kcal,and if the score of damp-heat constitution decreased by one point,the basal metabolism would decrease by 1.005 kcal.Conclusion In Shanghai region,obesity may be the main indication of the variation of the body constitution.In addition to spleen deficiency constitution,the proportions of yang deficiency constitution,damp-heat constitution and liver stagnation constitution are also higher in obese patients.In terms of the correlation between TCM constitution and body composition,basal metabolism is positively correlated with yang deficiency constitution and is negatively correlated with damp-heat constitution.Therefore,for the patients with yang deficiency constitution and damp-heat constitution,the influence of the basal metabolism level on the development of the disease should be taken into account.

Objective:To search, evaluate and summarize the best evidence summary of perioperative accelerated rehabilitation nursing for patients undergoing hip and knee arthroplasty, so as to provide reference for clinical perioperative nursing.Methods:Evidence-based nursing methods were used to search for relevant databases such as BMJ Best Practice, UpToDate, PubMed, CINAHL, and CNKI, etc.. The search period was from December 2010 to December 2022. Four researchers independently evaluated the quality of the guidelines, and two researchers independently evaluated the quality of expert consensus and system evaluation. Finally, the included literature was summarized.Results:A total of 12 pieces of literature, 3 guidelines, 5 expert consensus and 4 systematic reviews were included. From 13 aspects of preoperative education, preoperative optimization, anesthesia management, perioperative blood management, perioperative pain management, perioperative fluid management, perioperative temperature protection, infection prevention, thrombus prevention, postoperative nausea and vomiting, postoperative drainage, functional exercise, and perioperative rehabilitation promotion, 35 pieces of the best evidence for hip and knee replacement patients to accelerate rehabilitation nursing in the perioperative period was summarized.Conclusions:This study summarizes the best evidence of accelerated rehabilitation nursing in the perioperative period of hip and knee arthroplasty, aiming to build and standardize the accelerated rehabilitation nursing scheme in the perioperative period of hip and knee arthroplasty, so as to provide reference for clinical perioperative nursing.

Objective To observe the effect of multi-modal hand hygiene(HH)intervention on HH compliance,as well as the relationship between HH compliance and the healthcare-associated(HA)case infection incidence.Methods From 2014 to 2022,the infection control team in a tertiary first-class hospital implemented multi-modal HH intervention for health care workers(HCWs).The changing trend of HH monitoring data,the correlation be-tween HH compliance rate and HA case infection incidence were analyzed retrospectively.Results The consump-tion of HH products in the wards showed a stable upward trend;HH compliance rate increased from 64.98％in 2014 to 85.01％in 2022(P＜0.001),and HA case infection incidence decreased from 1.21％to 0.83％(P＜0.05).HH compliance rate was negatively correlated with HA case infection incidence(r=-0.369,P=0.027).HH compliance rates in different regions and job posts in each quarter were increased(P＜0.001).For 5 different HH moments in each quarter,HH compliance rate fluctuated slightly before sterile manipulation and after touching patient;presented rising trend after touching surroundings around patient,and decreased before touching patient and after touching patient's body fluid since 2020(P＜0.001).Conclusion Multi-modal HH intervention can im-prove the HH compliance of HCWs,improving their HH awareness is conducive to reducing HA case infection incidence.

Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) diseases are common clinical conditions. The number of patients with TMJ diseases is large, and the etiology, epidemiology, disease spectrum, and treatment of the disease remain controversial and unknown. To understand and master the current situation of the occurrence, development and prevention of TMJ diseases, as well as to identify the patterns in etiology, incidence, drug sensitivity, and prognosis is crucial for alleviating patients′suffering.This will facilitate in-depth medical research, effective disease prevention measures, and the formulation of corresponding health policies. Cohort construction and research has an irreplaceable role in precise disease prevention and significant improvement in diagnosis and treatment levels. Large-scale cohort studies are needed to explore the relationship between potential risk factors and outcomes of TMJ diseases, and to observe disease prognoses through long-term follw-ups. The consensus aims to establish a standard conceptual frame work for a cohort study on patients with TMJ disease while providing ideas for cohort data standards to this condition. TMJ disease cohort data consists of both common data standards applicable to all specific disease cohorts as well as disease-specific data standards. Common data were available for each specific disease cohort. By integrating different cohort research resources, standard problems or study variables can be unified. Long-term follow-up can be performed using consistent definitions and criteria across different projects for better core data collection. It is hoped that this consensus will be facilitate the development cohort studies of TMJ diseases.

Objective To explore the possibility of rhabdomyolysis and related organ damage in new recruits training in high temperature and high humidity environment by comparing the effects of different training environments on the laboratory indicators and electrocardiogram.Methods A total of 250 new recruits from a unit in Beijing and another 250 ones from a unit in Hainan were recruited and assigned into conventional environment group and high temperature and high humidity environment group,respectively.All of them were male,with an average age of 21.36±2.59 years.Before and in 4 weeks after training in the same subjects,their general information,blood and urine indicators,and electrocardiogram were collected.All data were statistically analyzed.Results The incidences of inflammatory reaction,myocardial injury,muscle injury,liver injury,and kidney injury were 45.76％,3.39％,12.71％,25.42％,and 12.71％,respectively,in the high temperature and high humidity environment group,which were all significantly higher than those in the conventional environment group(P＜0.05).The former group had an incidence rate of 6.78％,5.93％,8.47％,6.78％,and 2.54％,respectively,in sinus bradycardia,atrial premature beats,unspecific ST-T changes,left ventricular hypertension and short PR interval,and all of the rates were higher than those of the conventional environment group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The incidences of inflammatory reaction,myocardial injury,muscle injury,liver injury,kidney injury,and ECG abnormalities are more common in new recruits after military training in high temperature and high humidity environment.
