Irritable bowel syndrome （IBS） is a functional bowel disorder characterized primarily by abdominal pain and altered defecation habits. In recent years， traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has made progress in multiple aspects of IBS research and treatment， including syndrome distribution， development of TCM formulas， clinical efficacy evaluation， external therapies， and psychosocial regulation. However， it still faces challenges such as over-reliance on symptomatic manifestations rather than biomarkers for diagnostic criteria， and the lack of high-quality evidence-based data supporting the efficacy of TCM formulas in treating IBS. This paper proposed that TCM diagnosis and treatment of IBS should adhere to the strategy of integrating the holistic concept with syndrome differentiation and treatment， combining TCM external therapies such as acupuncture， moxibustion and acupoint application）， and emphasizing individualized diagnosis and treatment for psychosomatic abnormalities. Future research should integrate multi-omics technologies， artificial intelligence and other methods to deepen the understanding of the pathogenesis of IBS and the mechanisms of TCM formulas， so as to promote the standardization and internationalization of TCM in the diagnosis and treatment of IBS.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yinhuo Guiyuan moxibustion as an adjunc-tive therapy to Yaotongning Capsules in treating kidney deficiency-related lumbago in patients with stage 3-4 chronic kidney disease.Methods Sixty patients with stage 3-4 chronic kidney disease admitted from Janu-ary 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received basic treatment interventions during the study period.The control group re-ceived Yaotongning Capsules orally,while the observation group received additional Yinhuo Guiyuan moxibus-tion therapy.Clinical efficacy,pain scores,renal function indicators,satisfaction scores,and adverse reaction rates were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group(93.33％)than in the control group(73.33％,P＜0.05).At the 4th,8th,and 12th weeks of treatment,the VAS scores of both groups were lower than baseline values,with the observation group dem-onstrating significantly lower scores compared to the control group at the same time points(P＜0.05).After treatment,both groups showed reductions in BUN,Scr,and 24hUP levels,with the observation group showing lower levels than the control group(P＜0.05).The observation group demonstrated higher satisfaction scores than the control group(P＜0.05).No significant difference was found in adverse reaction rates between groups(x2=0.218,P=0.640).Conclusion Yinhuo Guiyuan moxibustion combined with Yaotongning Cap-sules is effective in treating stage 3-4 chronic kidney disease patients,effectively alleviating low back pain,improving renal function indicators,enhancing treatment satisfaction,with lower incidence of adverse reac-tions.

Objective To compare the positioning errors and the motion of acromioclavicular joint in breast cancer patients with integrated cervicothoracic thermoplastic membrane and breast bracket fixation,and to provide reference for accurate irradiation of upper and lower clavicular region.Methods Sixty-three pa-tients with breast cancer who were treated in the radiotherapy center of the hospital from November 1,2021 to August 9,2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the integrated cervicothoracic thermo-plastic membrane group(n=32)and breast bracket group(n=31)according to different positioning meth-ods.The translation errors of left and right direction(X),head and foot direction(Y)and ventral and dorsal direction(Z)and the rotation errors of sagittal plane(Rx),cross section(Ry)and coronal plane(Rz)of the two groups were analyzed,and the movement amplitude and three-dimensional displacement of acromioclavic-ular joint were measured respectively.Results Compared with the breast bracket group,X translation errors[(0.18±0.14)cm vs.(0.15±0.12)cm]and Z translation errors[(0.19±0.14)cm vs.(0.16±0.14)cm]of the cervicothoracic thermoplastic memberane group were greater,Z translation error[(0.21±0.17)cm vs.(0.22±0.21)cm]and Rx rotation error of cervical and sternoclavicular joints[(0.93±0.87)° vs.(1.08±0.92)°]were smaller,Rz rotation error[(1.00±0.94)° vs.(0.95±0.86)°]was greater,and the motion ΔX of acromioclavicular joint[(0.18±0.15)cm vs.(0.25±0.21)cm]was smaller,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Integrated cervicothoracic thermoplastic membrane can be used as a solu-tion for prophylactic irradiation of breast cancer in the upper and lower clavicular region and for radiation leak-age in the presence of metastasis.

Chronic gastritis is a chronic inflammation of the gastric mucosa caused by various etiologies and can be categorized into chronic non-atrophic gastritis and chronic atrophic gastritis.Chronic atrophic gastritis is a common disorder of the digestive system characterized by gastric mucosal gland atrophy,mucosal thinning,and basal layer thickening.The development of intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia on this basis is recognized as a precancerous lesion of gastric cancer and represents a key stage in the"inflammation-cancer transformation"of chronic gastritis.However,universally recognized and effective treatment strategies for this"inflammation-cancer transformation"process are lacking in clinical practice.This study integrates Correa′s cascade reaction with clinical practice,summarizing the pathogenesis of the"inflammation-cancer transformation"of chronic gastritis as weakness of the middle jiao and blood stasis.It suggests that the"inflammation-cancer transformation"process involves the pathological development of spleen and stomach deficiency,transportation and transformation dysfunction,turbid phlegm,blood stasis,and the gradual formation of cancerous toxins,with spleen and stomach weakness as the core mechanism and phlegm and blood stasis as the crucial pathological link.Based on an in-depth exploration of the deficiency of the middle jiao and blood stasis,supported by pharmacological research and clinical experience,this paper proposes the therapeutic approach of strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi,expelling phlegm and activating blood.It discusses the related prescriptions in preventing and treating the"inflammation-cancer transformation"of chronic gastritis.This study aims to provide new perspectives and insights for the prevention and treatment of chronic gastritis with traditional Chinese medicine,offering a novel framework for clinical treatment.

This study systematically analyzed the clinical applications of photobiomodulation(PBM)therapy in Parkinson disease(PD)patients using a scoping review methodology,with the aim of summarizing treatment protocols,outcome measures,and therapeutic effects to provide references for subsequent clinical research and treatment.A comprehensive search was conducted across Web of Science,PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,CNKI,and Wanfang,ultimately including 13 studies.The results indicate that PBM therapy can effectively improve motor symptoms,non-motor symptoms,and brain structure in PD patients,serving as a beneficial supplement to conventional treatments.However,there remains a scarcity of large-sample randomized controlled trials(RCTs),along with significant variations in the selected treatment parameters.Therefore,further investigations with larger sample sizes and extended durations are required to validate its therapeutic efficacy.

Based on the sampling survey data of 11 164 medical researchers in China, this paper analyzed the understanding, attitude and compliance of medical researchers on scientific research ethics in China. The survey found that although most medical researchers claim to have more understanding of scientific research ethics, the level of understanding of scientific research ethics is not optimistic; the channels to scientific research ethics knowledge are diversified, but the standardized training channels are insufficient; most researchers held the positive attitude toward following the ethical norms, but those male, youth under 35, with senior professional titles, or from northeast China held negative attitude relatively; more than half of the researchers claimed that the supervision of research ethics in China was basically in place, but some people said that the violation of scientific research ethics was common, and some researchers reported that there was a phenomenon of "direct seal consent and reply" in ethical review. Compared with medical institutions, enterprises and universities are the weak links of scientific research ethics training, education and review. Based on the above actuality, it puts forward policy suggestions to strengthen the scientific research ethics training and ethics review requirements.
