Objective:To compare the differences in the evaluation of hemolysis performance of cellulose hemostatic materials using different detection methods and test media, and to explore a m ore reasonable testing plan for such products. Methods:Hemolysis tests were conducted on cellulose hemostatic materials using the absorbance measurement hemolysis method and hemoglobin concentration measurement hemolysis method in accordance with YY/T 1651.1-2019 standard. We compared the changes in hemolysis rate,pH value, and osmotic pressure under different experimental media. Results:Under the same experimental method, compared to SC,the hemolysis results using PBS as the extraction medium are smaller, and the changes in pH and osmotic pressure are closer to the normal range of human body changes. Conclusions:The changes in pH and osmotic pressure may be one of the reasons for the high hemolysis rate of cellulose hemostatic materials.Choosing PBS with buffering effect as the leaching medium may be more suitable for evaluating the hemolysis performance of cellulose hemostatic materials.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of facilitated percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)with half-dose recombinant staphylokinase(r-SAK)in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)who are expected to undergo PCI within 120 minutes. Methods From October 2021 to August 2022,a total of 200 STEMI patients in eight centers were included and randomly assigned in a 1﹕1 ratio to either r-SAK group or control group.Patients received loading doses of aspirin and ticagrelor and intravenous heparin and were randomized to receive an intravenous bolus of either 5 mg r-SAK or normal saline prior to PCI.The outcomes were set as ST-segment resolution(STR)at 60-90 minutes after PCI,the proportion and transition of pathological Q waves on the 5th day after PCI,and the proportion of high-sensitivity cardiac troponin T(hs-cTnT)peaking within 12 hours of onset. The safety outcome was major bleeding events defined as Bleeding Academic Research Consortium(BARC)≥type 3 bleeding during hospitalization. Results Compared with the control group, the r-SAK group had a higher proportion of STR≥70%within 60-90 minutes after PCI(58.3%vs.40.3%,P=0.009);a lower proportion of pathological Q waves(59.1%vs.74.1%,P=0.040);a lower rate of Q wave progression(14.8%vs.43.2%,P<0.001);a higher rate of Q wave disappearance(12.5%vs.3.7%,P=0.027);and a higher proportion of hs-cTnT peaking within 12 hours of symptom onset[31/40(77.5%)vs.17/33(51.5%),P=0.027].Regarding the safety outcome,no significant difference in BARC≥type 3 bleeding was found between the two groups during hospitalization(P>0.05).Conclusions For STEMI patients who were expected to undergo primary PCI within 120 minutes of symptom onset, the facilitated PCI with half-dose r-SAK significantly increased the proportion of STR≥70%at 60-90 minutes after PCI,reduced the formation of pathological Q waves, and shortened the time to peak hs-cTnT,without increasing the risk of bleeding, which should be an alternative reperfusion strategy worthy of further study.

Objective To design an electric ice blanket system for prehospital emergency care of patients of heat sroke disease. Methods The electric ice blanket system consisted of a cooling host and cooling accessories. The cooling host had its chassis made of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS),which was equipped externally with an lithium battery and a DC power adapter, and integrated internally a cooling system,an internal circulation pump,an external circulation pump and a main control system;the cooling accessories included a cooling blanket,a cooling cap and a cooling vest, which had the inner layer made of thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)elastomer and the outer layer made of Oxford cloth or polyester fiber. The system was compared with the existing subcooling therapeutic apparatus on the market in terms of cooling effect with a water bag simulation cooling experiment. Results The cooling experiment showed that the system was comparable to the existing subcooling therapeutic apparatus on the market in terms of cooling effect while behaved well in size and weight. Conclusion The system developed has a high cooling effect and advantages in portability and compatibility to the environment without power supply, which can be used for the early treatment of patients of heat stroke disease.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2025,46(9):16-21]

Objective To explore the differences in coronary-based and lesion-based fat attenuation index(FAI)in patients with coronary artery disease(CAD)across different risk stratifications, and to compare the diagnostic efficiency of coronary-based and lesion-based FAI in stable CAD patients with myocardial ischemia. Methods The patients with CAD,who underwent preoperative coronary CT angiography(CCTA)and invasive coronary angiography(ICA)with coronary fractional flow reserve(FFR)measurement between Apr 2019 and Oct 2022 in Zhongshan Hospital,Fudan University, were retrospectively collected. There were 57 cases of acute coronary syndrome(ACS)patients and 206 cases of stable CAD patients included following inclusion criteria. The coronary-based and lesion-based FAI were measured, and the differences in these indices were recorded and analyzed among ACS patients, ischemic and non-ischemic groups of stable CAD patients(FFR=0.8 as the threshold).ROC curves were utilized to assess the diagnostic efficiency of coronary-based and lesion-based FAI for myocardial ischemia in stable CAD patients. Results The coronary-based FAI and lesion-based FAI in ACS patients were significantly higher than those in stable CAD patients[coronary-based FAI:(-72.40±6.83)HU vs.(-76.82±9.01)HU,P<0.001;lesion-based FAI:(-65.65±4.79)HU vs.(-77.48±8.64)HU,P<0.001].Among stable CAD patients, the lesion-based FAI in the ischemic group was significantly higher than that in the non-ischemic group[(-69.28±5.65)HU vs.(-80.10±7.75)HU,P<0.001].The diagnostic efficiency of lesion-based FAI for predicting myocardial ischemia in stable CAD patients was superior to coronary-based FAI(AUC:0.892 vs.0.525,Z=9.803,P<0.001).Conclusion Coronary-based and lesion-based FAI tended to be higher in ACS patients than in stable CAD patients, suggesting a potential for stratifying CAD patients with different risks.Lesion-based FAI showed some promise in evaluating myocardial ischemia among stable CAD patients.

Degenerative cervical myelopathy(DCM)is a group of diseases caused by cervical spine degeneration that compresses the spinal cord.It is a major cause of spinal cord dysfunction in adults, and its incidence is increasing globally. In the late stage,DCM could lead to paralysis due to spinal cord injury, which makes rapid, effective, and accurate medical diagnosis clinically significant.Deep learning(DL)technology can assist physicians in the rapid and accurate diagnosis of DCM by analyzing and processing a large amount of imaging data to extract features of the affected regions. In recent years,DL algorithm models have been leveraged for DCM-related research, which has become a focal point of intelligent medical development. In this review, domestic and international literature is surveyed, and the research progress and application of DL technology in the auxiliary diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of DCM are systematically summarized, aiming to provide a reference for intelligent diagnosis in clinical practice.

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic autoimmune disease characterized by synovial inflammation, joint destruction, and functional impairment. Angiogenesis plays a key role in the pathological progression of RA with dysfunction of endothelial cells to promote synovial inflammation, sustain pannus formation, subsequently leading to joint damage. Colquhounia Root Tablets (CRT), a Chinese patent drug, has shown a satisfying clinical efficacy in treating RA, while the underlying mechanism by which CRT inhibits RA-associated angiogenesis remains unclear. In this study, we applied a research approach combining transcriptomic data analysis, bio-network mapping, and
