Objective:To explore the characteristics of nail fold microcirculation in hemodialysis patients and its correlation with cardiovascular events. Methods:The clinical data of 185 patients undergoing regular hemodialysis in Dongguan Donghua Hospital from January 2017 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, there were 76 cases of cardiovascular events (cardiovascular events group) and 109 cases of no cardiovascular events (non-cardiovascular events group). The nail fold microcirculation detector was used to detect the nail fold microcirculation of the first row of capillaries in the nail fold dermal papilla of the left ring finger. The nail fold microcirculation indexes and morphology integral, flow integral, loop integral, total integral were recorded. The general information and laboratory indexes (peripheral venous blood) were recorded. The value of total integral of nail fold microcirculation in predicting the cardiovascular events in hemodialysis patients was evaluated using the receiver operating characteristics (ROC) curve. Results:The age, proportion of hypertension, proportion of diabetes, C-reactive protein (CRP), alkaline phosphatase and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-ProBNP) in cardiovascular events group were significantly higher than those in non-cardiovascular events group: 58 (44, 69) years vs. 49 (40, 63) years, 97.4% (74/76) vs. 83.5% (91/109), 43.4% (33/76) vs. 24.8% (27/109), 9.02 (2.73, 11.70) mg/L vs. 3.76 (1.28, 11.70) mg/L, 82 (75, 97) U/L vs. 72 (59, 82) U/L and 2 652 (1 020, 5 359) ng/L vs. 1 894 (780, 4 601) ng/L, the creatinine and triglyceride (TG) were significantly lower than those in non-cardiovascular events group: (961.95 ± 277.11) μmol/L vs. (1 058.93 ± 284.66) μmol/L and (1.73 ± 1.02) mmol/L vs. (2.27 ± 2.02) mmol/L, and there were statistical differences ( P<0.01 or <0.05). There were no statistical differences in gender composition, dialysis age, dialysis time, dialysis pathway, blood routine, serum iron, serum ferritin, total iron binding capacity, serum potassium, serum calcium, serum phosphorus, parathyroid hormone, urea nitrogen, albumin, total cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol between two groups ( P>0.05). There was statistical difference in erythrocyte aggregation between two groups ( P<0.05); there were no statistical differences in the number of vascular loops, diameter of input branch, diameter of output branch, length of loop, diameter of loop top, blood flow rate, clarity, condition of cross loop, condition of malformed loop, shape of nipple and subpapillary venous plexus between two groups ( P>0.05). The morphology integral and total integral in cardiovascular events group were significantly higher than those in non-cardiovascular events group: 1.8 (1.1, 3.1) scores vs. 1.4 (0.8, 2.5) scores and 4.2 (2.4, 6.1) scores vs. 3.1 (1.8, 5.2) scores, and there were statistical differences ( P<0.05); there were no statistical differences in flow integral and loop integral between two groups ( P>0.05). ROC curve analysis result showed that the area under the curve of the total integral of nail fold microcirculation for predicting cardiovascular events in hemodialysis patients was 0.590 (95% CI 0.506 to 0.673), the best cut-off value was 2.85 scores, the sensitivity was 69.7% and the specificity was 45.9%. Conclusions:The nail fold microcirculation disorder is more serious in hemodialysis patients with cardiovascular events. Hepatocellular carcinoma is a malignant tumor with a high incidence and morta-lity, which adversely affects the life quality of patients. For hepatocellular carcinoma, surgical trea-tment is advocated to stop the proliferation and metastasis of tumor cells by removing the diseased tissue and prolong the survival time. At the same time, the combination of scientific nursing services during surgery can ensure the smooth completion of surgery, reduce the occurrence of complica-tions, and promote early recovery of patients. The authors review the application and progress of dual-linked collaborative care model in patients undergoing liver cancer surgery, with the aim of providing reference for clinical research on the nursing plan for patients undergoing liver cancer surgery.

Objective:To explore the effect of "ten needles in the stomach" on sleep perception of patients with spleen-gastric damp-heat insomnia based on the theory of "stomach discord, then sleep restlessness", to provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods:The study subjects were 300 patients with insomnia from the sleep department and outpatient department of Shijiazhuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. According to the random number method, they were divided into the stomach ten needle group, the diazepam group, and the stomach ten needle plus diazepam group, with 100 in each group. Among them, the stomach ten needles group received "stomach ten needles" acupuncture treatment, the diazepam group was given diazepam therapy, and the stomach ten needles plus diazepam group was given diazepam combined with "stomach ten needles" acupuncture treatment. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) scores, the self-rating disease symptom scale (SCL-90) scores, nighttime polysomnography (PSG) monitoring indicators, and the mean sleep latency (MSL) values were compared before and after treatment in the three groups. The difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups were observed. Results:The total effective rate was 94.0% (94/100) in the combined group, 77.0% (77/100) in the diazepam group, and 85.0% (85/100) in the stomach ten needle group. There were significant differences among the three groups ( χ2=11.56, P<0.01). After treatment, the daytime dysfunction, hypnotic drugs, sleep disturbance, sleep efficiency, sleep time, sleep time, sleep quality score and total score of the combined group were significantly lower than those in the diazepam group and the stomach ten needle group ( F=5.70, 3.65, 5.23, 6.37, 3.66, 6.19, 7.54, 6.40, all Ps<0.01); The scores of SCL-90 and MSL were significantly lower than those in the diazepam group and stomach ten needle group ( F=8.97, 7.53, all Ps<0.01). In the combined group, NWAK [(1.36 ± 0.87) times vs. (2.69 ± 1.15) times, (2.11 ± 1.05) times, F=5.88], SOL [(13.62 ± 5.85) min vs. (25.06 ± 9.42) min, (19.78 ± 7.63) min, F=6.49], N1/TST [(5.69 ± 1.09)% vs. (12.65 ± 2.58)%, (8.49 ± 2.45)%, F=5.13], N2/TST [(51.07 ± 10 2.06)% vs. (58.36 ± 2.18)%, (55.61 ± 2.04)%, F=9.86] were significantly lower than those in the diazepam group and stomach ten needle group ( P<0.01), SE [(90.33 ± 2.89)% vs. (85.39 ± 2.75)%, (87.53 ± 2.69)%, F=8.36], TST [(449.32 ± 23.65) min vs. (421.66 ± 25.33) min, (431.26 ± 25.98) min, F=8.26], REM/TST [(23.87 ± 4.52)% vs. (14.52 ± 3.87)%, (18.36 ± 3.25)%, F=5.34], N3/TST [(18.69 ± 2.02)% vs. (10.31 ± 1.64)%, (14.89 ± 1.74)%, F=7.69] were significantly higher than those in the diazepam group and stomach ten needle group ( P<0.01). Conclusion:Based on the "stomach discord, sleep restlessness" theory, the ten needles on the stomach can treat insomnia and improve psychological state and sleep quality, with the functions of clearing the damp and heat of the middle joker, regulating the lifting and lowering of qi in the middle.

Objective:To explore the mediating role of social support between mindfulness and perceived pressure in young and middle-aged patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) .Methods:From January to September 2021, the convenient sampling method was adopted to select 350 patients with inflammatory bowel disease who were treated in 5 ClassⅢ Grade A hospitals in Shanghai. The general information questionnaire, Mindful Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS) , Social Support Ratings Scale (SSRS) and Chinese Perceived Stress Scale (CPSS) were used for survey. Pearson correlation analysis was used to test the correlation between variables. AMOS 22.0 was used to establish the structural equation model, the maximum likelihood method was used to fit and modify the data and the Bootstrap method was used to test the mediation effect. A total of 350 questionnaires were distributed in this study and 324 valid questionnaires were recovered, with an effective recovery rate of 92.57%.Results:The total score of perceived stress in young and middle-aged IBD patients was (27.81±3.86) . Social support, mindfulness and perceived stress were negatively correlated ( r=-0.306, -0.220, P<0.01) . Social support played a partial mediating role between mindfulness and perceived stress, accounting for 55.13% of the total effect. Conclusions:The perceived stress level of young and middle-aged IBD patients is relatively high, which is not optimistic. Mindfulness affects perceived stress in young and middle-aged IBD patients through social support. Clinical workers need to pay attention to condition of mindfulness and social support of patients and take targeted psychological interventions to reduce their perceived stress.

Transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) is a non-invasive low-current brain stimulation technique, which is mainly based on the different polarity of electrode stimulation to make the activation threshold of neurons different, thereby regulating the excitability of the cerebral cortex. In this paper, healthy subjects were randomly divided into three groups: anodal stimulation group, cathodal stimulation group and sham stimulation group, with 5 subjects in each group. Then, the performance data of the three groups of subjects were recorded before and after stimulation to test their mental rotation ability, and resting state and task state electroencephalogram (EEG) data were collected. Finally, through comparative analysis of the behavioral data and EEG data of the three groups of subjects, the effect of electrical stimulation of different polarities on the three-dimensional mental rotation ability was explored. The results of the study found that the correct response time/accuracy rate and the accuracy rate performance of the anodal stimulation group were higher than those of the cathodal stimulation and sham stimulation groups, and there was a significant difference (

Cognitive enhancement refers to the technology of enhancing or expanding the cognitive and emotional abilities of people without psychosis based on relevant knowledge of neurobiology. The common methods of cognitive enhancement include transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) and cognitive training (CT). tDCS takes effect quickly, with a short effective time, while CT takes longer to work, requiring several weeks of training, with a longer effective time. In recent years, some researchers have begun to use the method of tDCS combined with CT to regulate the cognitive function. This paper will sort out and summarize this topic from five aspects: perception, attention, working memory, decision-making and other cognitive abilities. Finally, the application prospect and challenges of technology are prospected.
