OBJECTIVE To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of 6 kinds of GLP-1RAs in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） patients with overweight or obesity， and to provide evidence-based reference for clinical practice. METHODS A comprehensive search was conducted in PubMed， Embase， Web of Science， the Cochrane Library， CNKI， VIP， Wanfang Data， and CBM from the inception to December 1， 2025. Randomized controlled trials （RCTs） were screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data extraction and risk of bias assessment were performed on the included studies. Network meta-analysis was conducted using Stata 17.0 software. RESULTS A total of 29 eligible RCTs were included， involving 7 404 patients. Six GLP-1RAs were evaluated： semaglutide， liraglutide， exenatide， dulaglutide， polyethylene glycol loxenatide， and beinaglutide. In terms of glycemic control， semaglutide had the highest probability of ranking first in reducing glycated hemoglobin （HbA1c） and fasting plasma glucose levels， followed by polyethylene glycol loxenatide. In terms of weight management， semaglutide showed the highest probability of ranking first， followed by liraglutide and exenatide. Regarding safety， dulaglutide had the highest probability of ranking first in reducing the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse events； none of the GLP-1RAs significantly increased the risk of severe hypoglycemia. Subgroup analysis revealed that liraglutide 1.8 mg， qd and exenatide extend-release 2.0 mg， qw demonstrated superior efficacy in reducing HbA1c and body weight compared with other doses/dosage forms of the same agents. CONCLUSIONS For T2DM patients with overweight or obesity， semaglutide offers the greatest benefits in glycemic control and weight reduction， while dulaglutide demonstrates superior gastrointestinal tolerability. Liraglutide 1.8 mg， qd and exenatide extend-release 2.0 mg， qw show relatively better overall efficacy in glycemic control and weight reduction among the same agents.

OBJECTIVE To explore the improvement effect and mechanism of salidroside on radiation-induced parotid gland injury in rats. METHODS Rats were randomly assigned into normal group， radiation group， salidroside low-dose （salidroside-L， 50 mg/kg） group， salidroside high-dose （salidroside-H， 100 mg/kg） group， and salidroside-H+inhibitor （100 mg/kg salidroside+0.1 µmol/kg H-89） group， with 10 rats in each group. Except for the normal group， rats in the other groups were subjected to radiation exposure to establish a model of radiation-induced parotid gland injury. Rats in each group were intraperitoneally injected with the corresponding drug or normal saline， once a day， for 40 consecutive days. After the last administration， the levels of reactive oxygen species （ROS）， cyclic adenosine monophosphate （cAMP）， superoxide dismutase （SOD）， and amylase in serum were detected； the pathological changes of parotid gland tissue were observed； the apoptosis rate of parotid gland tissue cells， the expression levels of B-cell lymphoma-2 （Bcl-2） and its associated X protein （Bax）， mRNA expression levels of interleukin-6 （IL- 6） and tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α）， the protein expression levels of type Ⅲ collagen （Col Ⅲ）， vasoactive intestinal peptide （VIP）， and the phosphorylation level of protein kinase A （PKA） in parotid gland tissue were determined. RESULTS Compared with normal group， the levels of ROS， amylase， apoptosis rate， Bax expression level， mRNA expression levels of IL-6 and TNF- α， and protein expression level of Col Ⅲ in the radiation group were significantly increased， while the levels of cAMP， SOD， Bcl-2 expression level， VIP protein expression level and PKA phosphorylation level were significantly decreased （P＜0.05）. Compared with radiation group， the above indicators in the salidroside-L group and salidroside-H group were significantly improved （P＜0.05）， and the improvement in the salidroside-H group was more significant （P＜0.05）； inhibitor H-89 significantly reversed the changes in the above indicators of the salidroside-H group （P＜0.05）. CONCLUSIONS Salidroside can effectively alleviate radiation-induced parotid gland injury in rats， and its mechanism may be related to the activation of the VIP-cAMP pathway.

Objective:To explore the potential role of mRNA m7G modification in the pathogenesis of human adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction (AEG).Methods:Pathological tissue specimens from four AEG patients who underwent surgical treatment at the People′s Hospital Affiliated to Jiangsu University between 2018 and 2019 were selected. Tumor tissues and adjacent normal tissues were collected from these patients. RNA was extracted from both tissue types and subjected to m7G methylated RNA immunoprecipitation sequencing (m7G-MeRIP-seq) to analyze the patterns of m7G modification, the characteristics of differential m7G modification sites, the differentially expressed mRNA, and the correlation between m7G modification and mRNA expression levels. Differential m7G-modified genes ( MSH6, BRCA1, and SOX9) were further validated using methylated RNA immunoprecipitation quantitative PCR (MeRIP-qPCR), while the expression of METTL1 and WDR4 genes was examined by real-time quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR). This study was approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of the People′s Hospital Affiliated to Jiangsu University (Ethics No. 20150083). Results:① m7G-MeRIP-seq analysis revealed that m7G modifications in both AEG and adjacent normal tissues were predominantly located in the GC-rich region surrounding the internal start codon of mRNA. Differential m7G modification sites between the two groups were closely associated with cancer-related genes. ② mRNA library analysis showed that differentially expressed mRNA were predominantly upregulated in AEG tissues and downregulated in adjacent normal tissues. ③ Cross-analysis indicated that genes with hypermethylation tended to exhibit upregulated expression, while genes with hypomethylation were typically downregulated in AEG tissues. ④ MeRIP-qPCR validation confirmed that the mRNA expression of MSH6, BRCA1, and SOX9 were significantly upregulated in AEG tissues compared to adjacent normal tissues (AEG vs. normal, P<0.05). ⑤ RT-qPCR results demonstrated that the mRNA expression levels of METTL1 and WDR4 were also upregulated in AEG tissues (AEG vs. normal, P<0.000 5). Conclusion:These findings suggest that mRNA m7G modification plays a significant role in the development of AEG. Furthermore, proteins as METTL1 and WDR4 may facilitate AEG progression by regulating mRNA m7G modification. Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of needle-free and needle-based injections of recombinant human interferon (IFN) -α2a in the treatment of palmoplantar warts.Methods:Patients aged 6 to 75 years with palmoplantar warts were prospectively enrolled from the Department of Dermatology, Zhongda Hospital, Southeast University between March and September 2023, and baseline data were collected. The patients were randomly and equally divided into a needle-free injection group and a needle-based injection group by using a random number table method, and received needle-free and needle-based injections of recombinant human IFN-α2a once every 2 to 3 weeks, respectively, with a maximum of 4 treatment sessions. Efficacy was assessed based on changes in wart size and skin lines under a dermoscope. Pain degrees and adverse reactions were recorded, and patients were followed up for 6 months after the end of treatment. Chi-square test was used to compare the cure rates, recurrence rates, and incidence rates of adverse reactions between the two groups. Logistic regression analysis was employed to identify factors related to the clearance of palmoplantar warts.Results:A total of 160 patients with palmoplantar warts were included, with 80 patients in each group. In the needle-free injection group, there were 45 females (56.2%) and 35 males (43.8%) ; their ages ( M[ Q1, Q3]) were 27 (23, 40) years, and the duration of disease ( M[ Q1, Q3]) was 12 (3, 24) months; warts were located on the hands in 12 cases (15.0%), on the feet in 60 cases (75.0%), and on both sites in 8 cases (10.0%) ; warts measuring ≤ 1 cm in diameter were observed in 71 cases (88.8%), and those measuring > 1 cm were observed in 9 cases (11.3%). In the needle-based injection group, there were 37 females (46.2%) and 43 males (53.8%) ; their ages were 28 (22, 39) years, and the duration of disease was 6 (2, 12) months; warts were located on the hands in 23 cases (28.7%), on the feet in 55 cases (68.8%), and on both sites in 2 cases (2.5%) ; warts measuring ≤ 1 cm in diameter were observed in 67 cases (83.8%), and those measuring > 1 cm in diameter were observed in 13 cases (16.3%). There were no significant differences in gender distribution, age, wart diameters, prior treatment status, or number of warts between the two groups (all P > 0.05). The duration of disease was longer in the needle-free injection group than in the needle-based injection group ( P = 0.041), and the dose of interferon was lower in the needle-free injection group than in the needle-based injection group ( P < 0.001). After treatment, 44 patients (55.0%) were cured in the needle-free injection group, and 39 (48.8%) in the needle-based injection group, with no significant difference in the cure rates between the two groups ( χ2 = 0.63, P = 0.429). Among patients with multiple warts, 54.8% (23/42) were cured in the needle-free injection group, and 47.4% (18/38) in the needle-based injection group, with no significant difference in cure rates between the two groups ( χ2 = 1.28, P = 0.509). The most common adverse reaction was fever or flu-like symptoms (186 instances), which resolved spontaneously in 141 instances and resolved after treatment with oral ibuprofen in 45 instances; the incidence rate of flu-like symptoms was significantly lower in the needle-free injection group (57 instances, 21.6%) than in the needle-based injection group (129 instances, 53.3%; χ2 = 54.63, P < 0.001). The pain score was significantly lower in the needle-free injection group (3.65 ± 1.25 points) than in the needle-based injection group (5.16 ± 1.17 points, t = -7.90, P < 0.001). The logistic regression analysis showed that the duration of disease, lesion sites, patient age, and previous treatment history had no impact on the efficacy in either the needle-free injection group or the needle-based injection group (all P > 0.05) . Conclusions:The efficacy of needle-free and needle-based injections of interferon was similar in the treatment of palmoplantar warts, whereas needle-free injections resulted in less pain and a lower incidence of interferon-related adverse reactions. None of the duration of disease, lesion sites, patient age, or prior treatment status showed significant impact on the efficacy in the two groups.

Objective To explore the application value of simultaneous multi-slice(SMS)technique in diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)for evaluating brain glioma.Methods Thirty-four brain glioma patients were prospectively enrolled,and brain conventional DTI and SMS-DTI were acquired.The subjective scores of image quality,signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)and contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR)were compared between SMS-DTI and conventional DTI,so were the numbers of whole brain fiber bundles,tumor relative fractional anisotropy(rFA)and relative mean diffusivity(rMD)obtained based on SMS-DTI and conventional DTI.Results Among 34 patients,there were 23 cases of high-grade glioma and 11 cases of low-grade glioma.No significant difference of subjective scores of image quality,tumor edge clarity nor magnetic susceptibility artifacts was found between SMS-DTI and conventional DTI(all P＞0.05).SNR and CNR on SMS-DTI were both lower than those on conventional DTI(both P＜0.05).No significant difference of the numbers of whole brain fiber bundles,rFA nor rMD of gliomas with different pathological grades was detected based on SMS-DTI compared with those on conventional DTI(all P＞0.05).Conclusion SMS applicated in DTI for evaluating brain gliomas was able to shorten acquisition time under the condition of ensuring image quality and quantitative analysis accuracy.

OBJECTIVE To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of compound danshen preparations combined with conventional chemical drug treatment for peptic ulcer (PU),providing evidence-based guidance for clinical treatment of PU. METHODS Related clinical randomized controlled trials were collected from CNKI,VIP,Wangfang data,CBM,PubMed,Embase and Web of Science from their establishment date to September 30,2023. The qualities of included literature were evaluated by Cochrane Systematically Evaluator Manual 5.1.0. Meta-analysis,sensitivity analysis and publication bias analysis were conducted with RevMan 5.3 software. RESULTS Totally 26 pieces of literature were included with total of 2451 cases,including 1243 cases in trial group (compound danshen preparations+conventional chemical drug treatment) and 1208 cases in the control group (conventional chemical drug treatment). In terms of effectiveness,trial group had significant advantages in ulcer healing rate[OR=4.66,95％CI (3.53,6.15),P<0.00001],HP eradication rate[OR=1.90,95％CI (1.12,3.22),P=0.02],and pain relief rate[OR=3.91,95％CI (2.31,6.61),P<0.00001]than control group,while ulcer recurrence rate[OR=0.22,95％CI (0.15,0.32),P<0.00001]and serum levels of pepsinogen (PG)Ⅰ[SMD=-1.92,95％CI (-2.25,-1.58),P<0.00001],PGⅡ[SMD=-3.88,95％CI (-4.35,-3.41),P<0.00001]and G-17[SMD=-3.44,95％CI (-3.87,-3.00),P<0.00001]were significantly lower than control group. In terms of safety,the main adverse reactions were abdominal discomfort,headache,dizziness,dry mouth,facial flushing,etc. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups[OR=1.08,95％CI (0.75,1.54),P=0.69]. Subgroup analysis of ulcer healing rate and HP eradication rate based on dosage form showed that HP eradication rate in the compound danshen pellet group was not significantly improved compared to the control group,with consistent results for the remaining outcomes. The sensitivity analysis showed that above results were stable. There was less possibility of publication bias in this study. CONCLUSIONS Compared with conventional chemical drug treatment alone,the combination of compound danshen preparations can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of PU patients with similar safety.

Objective Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) has gradually been used in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD).The efficacy and adverse reactions of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on general anxiety disorder are assessed in the review.Methods Searched databases such as Pubmed,Cochrane library,OVID,CNKI,VIP by computer,and researched published randomized controlled trials (RCTs) focused on repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on general anxiety disorder.Meta-analysis was conducted by RevMan 5.3 software.Results A total of 10 RCTs were included,involving 732 general anxiety disorder patients.The were divided into two subgroups,one group is effect observation,the other group is the improvement of curative effect in the treatment process.The effectiveness of intervention of rTMS follow up is better than that of the control group (WMD =-5.02,95％ CI=-6.84--3.20,P＜0.01).The intervention of rTMS group can early ameliorate the symptom of anxiety.The results of low frequency and high frequency rTMS intervention is (WMD =-1.34,95％ CI=-1.97--0.71,P＜0.01;WMD =-2.65,95％ CI=-3.51--1.79,P＜0.01).The adverse reactious of the intervention of rTMS group is less than that of the control group(WMD =-7.04,95％ CI=-11.64--2.43,P＜0.01).Conclusion rTMS intervention in the treatment of GAD patients at the end of the treatment and short-term follow-up efficacy is better,rTMS intervention after the onset of rapid intervention,the intervention group adverse reactions are rare.
