To analyze the standard establishment approach and compilation rationale for metallic pharmaceutical packaging standard development in the 2025 edition of the Pharmacopeia of the People's Republic of China.This article systematically explained the background and process of establishing the guiding principles for metallic materials and containers used in pharmaceutical packaging in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia through basic information,relevant domestic and international standards,the establishment of key quality attributes of metallic pharmaceutical packaging materials,and the construction of metallic pharmaceutical packaging material standards.The newly established guidelines,the Pharmacopeia of the People's Republic of China 9625,prioritized product critical quality attributes(CQAs)and real-world applicability.This dual emphasis on rigidity and adaptability enhances drug safety,meets the regulatory requirements,and promotes the globalization and scientific advancement of China's pharmaceutical packaging industry.

Background Decline in cognitive function is considered a hallmark of schizophrenia,and transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS)has developed as a promising tool for cognitive enhancement.Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of tDCS on improving cognitive functioning in patients with schizophrenia,so as to provide references for clinical intervention of cognitive function in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A computer-based systematic search was conducted on September 12,2023 through CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed,CINAHL and PsycINFO databases,and randomized controlled trials relevant to the efficacy of tDCS for management of cognitive function in patients with schizophrenia were collected.The risk of bias was assessed using the Cochrane Risk of Bias Tool for Randomized Trials(RoB 2.0).Results A total of 17 articles were included,including 953 patients with schizophrenia.TDCS has an improvement effect on cognitive functions such as information processing speed,attention,working memory,executive function and learning ability in patients with schizophrenia.Conclusion tDCS may have an effect on improving cognitive deficits in patients with schizophrenia.

After ischemic stroke, the key to reduce the mortality and disability rate is to restore the blood supply of brain tissue as soon as possible. However, the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury (CIRI) caused by blood flow restoration is also an important cause of brain tissue structural damage and dysfunction. Studies in recent years have shown that the activation of mitophagy at CIRI stage can reduce the volume of cerebral infarction and protect neurons from CIRI, while excessive or insufficient mitophagy can aggravate CIRI. This suggests that inducing moderate mitophagy may be a potential therapeutic target for neuroprotection after stroke. However, the neuroprotective mechanism of mitophagy has not yet been fully elucidated. This article reviews the neuroprotective mechanism and potential application of mitophagy in stroke, and discusses some problems of mitophagy as a therapeutic target for stroke.

Medications are the main means for the treatment of mental illness, and it is of great significance to be familiar with the adverse reactions of psychotropic drugs for the formulation and optimization of treatment plans.The prolongation of the QT interval corrected by heart rate(QTc interval)is one of the most common cardiotoxic reactions after taking psychotropic drugs and may lead to torsade de pointes and increase the risk of sudden cardiac death.The elderly population is more prone to QTc interval prolongation.In this review, we focus on the relationship between common psychotropic drugs and QTc interval prolongation and influencing factors in the elderly population, so as to help clinicians avoid risk in drug selection.

Objective:To analyze the mechanism of Chaiqin Qingning capsule in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection by network pharmacology.Methods:Baicalin, radix bupleuri and artificial bezoar were selected as the main ingredients of Chaiqin Qingning capsules. The active ingredients were screened in Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform (TCMSP) and Chinese Traditional Medicine Integrated Database (TCMID) databases, and the target prediction and analysis were carried out through Drugbank and TCMSP databases. Genecards, Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man (OMIM) and MalaCards databases were used to screen out the genes related to upper respiratory tract infection. Omicshare platform was employed to gene ontology (GO) enrichment analysis of the targets. Uniprot database and Cystoscope software were used to construct protein interaction network. The network diagram of " compound-target-action pathway" was constructed with Cytoscape software to analyze the biological function and metabolism pathway of the key targets of Chaiqin Qingning capsule.Results:A total of 20 pharmacodynamic compounds in Chaiqin Qingning capsules were extracted, corresponding to 215 targets. 102 genes related to upper respiratory tract infection. A total of 18 common target genes were obtained by intersecting the corresponding targets of the compounds with disease-related targets. There were 986 protein interactions among 56 targets in the interaction network of Chaiqin qingning capsule in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection, of which 673 were ≥0.9, which was a highly reliable interaction. According to the analysis of topological parameters, 18 genes were identified as the target of Chaiqin Qingning capsule in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection. Using GO analysis and Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes (KEGG) signaling pathway enrichment analysis, it was found that Chaiqin Qingning capsule may exert the pharmacological effect in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection by regulating biological processes and related signaling pathways such as immune system, inflammatory response, cell apoptosis and proliferation process.Conclusions:Through multiple components, multiple targets and multiple pathways, Chaiqin Qingning capsule can affect immune system activation, stress response, inflammatory factor release, apoptosis process, cell proliferation, intracellular oxidation metabolism and other signal pathways and pathophysiological process, thus playing a role in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection.

Objective To study the effects of binary cardiac rehabilitation (CR) composed of hospital-based and home-based CR in patients after acute myocardial infarction (AMI) evaluated by six-minute walking distance (6MWD). Methods A total of 38 post-MI patients were divided into two groups, namely conventional CR group (n=20) and binary CR group (n=18). In the first seven days, CR training was carried out in all 38 patients in our hospital, and then 20 patients were kept at CR training in the hospital (hospital-based CR group), whereas the remaining 18 patients (binary CR group) got tele-monitored walking training at home for eight weeks (binary model). Before discharge from hospital based CR or after 8 weeks CR at home, all patients received Cardiopulmonary Exercise Testing and Six-minute Walk Test, and the data of patients' body mass index (BMI),thyroid function, serum lipid metabolism and echocardiography were collected before and after CR. Results After CR, BMI and low density lipoprotein (LDL) decrease in both groups compared with those before CR[hospital-based group: BMI, (25.99±3.36)kg/m2 vs. (23.04±3.72) kg/m2,P＜0.05; LDL, (3.40±1.38) mg/dl vs. (2.04±0.73)mg/ dl,P＜0.01; binary group: BMI, (24.84±2.70) kg/m2 vs. (22.88±2.56) kg/m2,P＜0.05; LDL, (3.40±1.01) mg/dl vs. (92.11±0.37) mg/dl,P＜0.01]. After 8 weeks CR at home or hospital based CR until discharge, the anaerobic threshold (AT), maximum rate of oxygen consumption (VO2max),metabolic equivalent (MET) and 6MWD improved significantly in both groups compared with those at 7 days after CR in hospital [Hospital-based group: AT, (12.37±1.53) mL/(kg. min) vs. (14.77±1.57) mL/(kg. min); VO2max (17.87± 1.66 mL/(kg. min) vs. (20.73±2.14) mL/(kg. min); MET (5.02±0.36) vs. (6.09±0.53); 6MWD (500±53.36) m vs. (582.5±57.6) m,P＜0.01; Binary group: AT, (12.56±1.11) mL/(kg·min) vs. (14.30±1.23) mL/(kg. min); V02max, (17.28±1.38) mL/(kg. min) vs. (20.02±1.37) mL/(kg. min); MET, (5.07±0.47)vs (5.94±0.46); 6MWD,(511.4±50.96) m vs. (590.3±56.1)m,P＜0.01]. There was no significant difference in CR effects observed between two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusions In post-MI patients,a binary model of CR training improved physical capacity and was a similarly effective form of CR as a entirely hospital-based approach. A home-based tele-monitored program facilitated patients' adherence to CR. The 6 minute walk experiment is economical and good evaluation on the CR effect of binary cardiac rehabilitation.

Objective: The present study examined the effects of surgical and conservative treatment on the curative effect of patients with condylar fracture to determine the best treatment scheme and indication. Methods : A total of 339 clinical cases of condylar fracture were selected, and pain severity, degree of mouth opening, angle of condylar fracture (calculated as the difference in the angle of the condylar between the fractured side and uninjured side) and the height of the mandibular ramus (calculated as the difference in the height of the mandibular ramus between the fractured side and uninjured side) of patients at admission were measured and analyzed. The effects of surgical treatment (rigid internal fixation) and conservative treatment (functional therapy) were evaluated and compared 6 months after treatment. Results : Among the patients with a condylar fracture displacement angle ≥ 11.50°, Significantly more (χ2= 26.38, P < 0.05) patients exhibited good recovery 6 months after surgical treatment [69.4% (118/170)] than those after conservative treatment [35.4% (29/82)]. Among the patients with a condylar fracture displacement angle < 11.50°, there was not a significant difference (χ2= 0.55, P > 0.05) between the numbers of patients who exhibited good recovery 6 months after surgical treatment [52.4% (22/42)] and conservative treatment [44.4% (20/45)]. Among the patients with mandibular ramus height ≥ 4.19 mm, significantly more (χ2= 20.35, P < 0.05) patients exhibited good recovery 6 months after surgical treatment [64.7% (112/173)] compared with those after conservative treatment [35.6% (32/90)]. Among the patients with mandibular ramus height < 4.19 mm, there was not a significant difference (χ2= 0.21, P > 0.05) between the numbers of patients who exhibited good recovery 6 months after surgical treatment [46.7% (14/30)] and conservative treatment [41.3% (19/46)]. Conclusion Patients with a displacement angle of condyle fracture greater than 11.50° and a mandibular ramus height less than 4.19 mm exhibit the greatest pain and a better effect from surgical treatment than those from conservative treatment.

Objective To explore the indications for percutaneous renal biopsy of asymptomatic hematuria in children. Methods The renal pathological types of 485 children with asymptomatic hematuria were analyzed retrospectively. According to the degree of hematuria and whether or not combined with proteinuria, the children were divided into microscopic hematuria group, gross hematuria group and hematuria with proteinuria group. The microscopic hematuria group was further divided into urine red blood cell<15/HPF group, (15～30)/HPF group, and >30/HPF group according to hematuria degree. Results In 227 males and 258 females with the average age of 7.23±2.93 years, there were 318 cases in microscopic hematuria group, in which the most common pathological types were minor lesions (64.8%), followed by focal glomerular lesions (16.7%) and focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (8.2%). There were 119 cases in gross hematuria group, in which the most common pathological types were also minor lesions (26.1%), followed by IgA nephropathy (24.4%) and mesangial proliferative glomerulopathy (20.2%). There were 48 cases in hematuria with proteinuria group, in which the most common pathological types were IgA nephropathy (29.2%) and minor lesions (29.2%). The distribution of the pathological types among microscopic hematuria group, gross hematuria group and hematuria with proteinuria group were statistically different (χ2=152.03, P<0.001). In three groups, microscopic hematuria group had the highest proportion of minor lesions, while gross hematuria group and hematuria with proteinuria group had higher proportion of IgA nephropathy and mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis . In microscopic hematuria group, there were 149 children with urine red blood cell<15/HPF, 96 with urine red blood cell (15～30)/HPF, and 73 with urine red blood cell >30/HPF. There was no difference in pathological types among three sub-groups (χ2=15.18, P=0.51), and mild lesions were the most common pathological types in each group. Conclusion Renal biopsy should be performed at earliest possible time to make pathological diagnosis in asymptomatic hematuria children with gross hematuria or proteinuria.

Objective: To establish the quality standard for Puerarin for Injection (PF). Methods : HPLC was used to determine puerarinum content and test its related compounds. Results : The method can test related compounds with a detection limit of 0.1ng. There is a good linearity in the range of 1.5～10?g?mL -1 of puerarin. The average recovery was 99.7% and RSD was 0.3%, respectively. Conclusion : The method is suitable for the quality control of PF.
