Objective To investigate the relationship between daily intake of monounsaturated fatty acids(MUFAs)and polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFAs)and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),and to determine the threshold values of daily MUFAs and PUFAs intake for NAFLD risk.Methods Date were collected from the Dryad database.We enrolled a total of 1 068 healthy subjects aged 18 years and older(534 in the control group and 534 with NAFLD group)who had physical check-up in the Affiliated Nanping First Hospital of Fujian Medical University from April 2015 to August 2017.Comprehensive medical histories were obtained through questionnaires;information on dietary intake was collected using a semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire and daily MUFAs and PUFAs intake were calculated.Baseline characteristics were compared between the two groups,and Logistic regression and restricted cubic spline(RCS)analyses were used to explore the relationship between daily MUFAs or PUFAs intake and NAFLD.Results Compared with the control group,the prevalence of hypertension,tea drinking,body mass index(BMI),daily energy intake,and daily MUFAs and PUFAs intakes were significant higher in patients with NAFLD(all P＜0.05),but the proportion of physical activities was significantly lower(P＜0.05).Logistic regression analysis revealed that after adjusting other confounding factors such as age,gender and BMI,for every 10 g increase in daily MUFAs or PUFAs intake,the risk of NAFLD increased by 53％(95％ CI:1.25-1.87,P＜0.001)and 3.30 times(95％ CI:2.98-6.20,P＜0.001),respectively.RCS indicated an approximately linear relationship between daily MUFAs intake and NAFLD(P for nonlinearity=0.064)and a nonlinear relationship between daily PUFAs intake and NAFLD(P for nonlinearity＜0.05).Subgroup analysis results were generally consistent,and there was statistical evidence of interactions between MUFAs and factors such as gender,hypertension and education level,with interaction between PUFAs and BMI observed(P＜0.05).Conclusion Increased daily intake of MUFAs or PUFAs is significantly associated with an increased risk of NAFLD,and further research is needed to clarify their specific roles in hepatic lipid accumulation.

OBJECTIVE To study the way in which hypidone hydrochloride(code:YL-0919)improves motor function after ischemic stroke(IS)and explore the related mechanism.METHODS Adult male SD rats were used to establish a middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)model that simulated acute IS.All animals were randomly divided into four groups:sham group,MCAO group,MCAO+YL-0919 group,and MCAO+YL-0919+erastin(Era,ferroptosis inducer)group.The drug administration groups received the first ip injection 6 h after operation,followed by continuous ip injection once per day.After 7-10 d of drug administration,the effect of YL-0919 on motor function after IS were evaluated via neu-rological function test,adhesive-removal test,rotarod test,balance beam test and open field test.After 7 d of drug administration,TTC staining was used to detect the cerebral infarction area while the colo-rimetry method was used to measure the contents of glutathione(GSH),malondialdehyde(MDA),and ferrous ions(Fe2+)in the penumbra of the cerebral cortex.Western blotting was used to detect the expression levels of glutathione peroxidase 4(GPX4),solute carrier family 7 member 11(xCT),acyl-CoA synthetase long-chain family member 4(ACSL4),and transferrin receptor 1(TFR1)in the cortical penumbra.RESULTS Compared with the sham group,the MCAO group showed higher neurological function scores(P<0.01),with notably prolonged time for tape removal and first contact with the right forepaw(P<0.01),spent significantly more time crossing the balance beam(P<0.01)but endured a notably shorter duration on the rotarod(P<0.01),reduced the movement distance in the open field(P<0.01),had a remarkably increased infarct area(P<0.01)but significantly level of GSH in the cortical penumbra region decreased(P<0.01),while MDA and Fe2+levels were markedly increased(P<0.01).Protein expression levels of GPX4 and xCT were reduced(P<0.05),while those of ACSL4 and TFR1 were elevated(P<0.05).Compared with the MCAO group,these changes were significantly reversed after YL-0919 administration.However,when Era and YL-0919 were administered simultaneously,the reversal effect of YL-0919 was significantly weakened.CONCLUSION YL-0919 can improve motor function impairment and reduce cerebral infarction areas in rats after IS,and the mechanism may be related to the inhibition of ferroptosis.

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of phase Ⅰ cardiac rehabilitation exercise on patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous transluminal coronary intervention (PCI).Methods:Convenient sampling method was adopted, totally 84 acute myocardial infarction patients after PCI was randomized into an observation group and control group. Both groups accepted general nursing care. The observation group also accepted the phase Ⅰ cardiac rehabilitation exercise. Cardiac ultrasonic, the 6-minute walk test were used to evaluate the patients′ cardiac function and exercise tolerance, the SF-12 were used to evaluate the quality of life.Results:After repeated measurement ANOVA, before the intervention, there was no significant difference in cardiac function and quality of life between the two groups ( P>0.05); before discharge, the 6-minute walk distance of the observation group was longer than that of the control group, and the difference was significant( F value was 5.279, P=0.024). At 1 month after discharge, there were significant differences in the LVEF( F value was 8.119, P=0.006) and 6-minute walking distance( F value was 9.829, P=0.002) between the two groups ( P<0.05), analysis of the six items of SF-12 including general health( F value was 6.905, P=0.010), physical functioning( F value was 10.595, P=0.002), role physical( F value was 11.168, P=0.001), bodily pain( F value was 12.548, P=0.001), mental health( F value was 7.362, P=0.008) and vitality( F value was 13.692, P<0.001) having shown significant differences between the two groups. At 3 months after discharge, there were significant differences in the LVEF( F value was 11.156, P=0.001), 6-minute walk distance( F value was 16.554, P<0.001)and quality of life in all dimensions between the two groups ( P<0.05). Conclusion:Phase Ⅰ cardiac rehabilitation exercise can improve cardiac function and the quality of life in patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing PCI, and enhance the exercise tolerance.

On January 20, 2020, WHO defined the epidemic of novel coronavirus pneumonia as a public health emergency of international concern, and the epidemic attracted worldwide attention. While effectively controlling source of infection, cutting off the route of transmission, and protecting the susceptible population, it is of great importance to reduce the delay in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute abdominal disease and ensure normal clinical work. Therefore, with reference to the current diagnosis and treatment protocols and guidelines and the actual situation in Baoding Second Hospital, this article summarizes the experience in outpatient triage, treatment process, operation classification, prevention and control, and ward management for patients with acute biliary tract infection. The analysis shows that the formulation of emergency plans for patients with acute biliary tract infection during the epidemic of novel coronavirus pneumonia can help to differentiate such patients from the patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia and avoid transmission and cross-infection of novel coronavirus during standardized diagnosis and treatment of acute biliary tract infection.

Objective : To investigate the effects of different root canal filling stop on quality of root canal filling and apical sealing in root canals obturated with GuttaFlow. Methods: 60 teeth were randomly divided into three groups, using different root canal filling stops to shape the root canals with MTwo (25/06) file. All root canals were obturated with Gutta Flow, and the overfilling of the root canals were recorded and evaluated by X-ray. And the apical microleakage of teeth was evaluated by transparent teeth technique. Results: The roots were prepared with MTwo (25/06) as master apical file, the overfilling rate of the root canals in root canal filling stop was higher as the distance from the apex was shorter, but there was no significant difference. The under-filling rate of the root canals in root canal filling stop was higher as the distance from the apex was longer. And the under-filled root canals in root canal filling stop 0.5 mm from the apex showed a statistically significant difference with 2 mm. The mean dyeing penetration length in 0.5 mm and 1 mm group was significantly shorter than 2 mm group. Conclusion A suitable root canal filling stop could improve the quality of root canal filling in root canals obturated with GuttaFlow.
