Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic autoimmune disease characterized primarily by impaired intestinal mucosal barrier function.Beneficial bacteria in the intestinal flora are crucial for maintaining intestinal function. Therefore, eliminating harmful bacteria, promoting the regeneration of beneficial bacteria, and reconstructing the intestinal mucosal barrier have become key strategies in the treatment of UC.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)"Houchang Theory"elucidates the mech-anism of ulcer formation from the perspective of the"Zhimo"(lipid membrane)structure and a-chieves the purpose of treating UC by thickening the"Zhimo"through syndrome differentiation and treatment. This theory is consistent with the modern medical concept of reconstructing the intestinal mucosal barrier.Fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT),as a transformed product of TCM"Jinzhi"(liquid feces),has been proven to have significant efficacy in the treatment of UC.Based on the TCM"Houchang Theory"and from the perspective of the intestinal mucosal barrier, this article explored the mechanism of"Jinzhi"FMT in the treatment of UC and provides new strategies for clinical treatment.

ObjectiveTo investigate the current situation of personality traits and job satisfaction of pediatric therapists in Jiangsu province, and to explore the correlation between them and the related factors of job satisfaction. MethodsFrom June, 2021 to February, 2022, random cluster sampling method was adopted after field investigating several pediatric hospitals and institutions in Jiangsu. Online questionnaires were sent out to pediatric therapists in different settings in eleven cities in Jiangsu. The questionnaires included Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ), Eysenck Personality Questionnaire-Revised Short Scale for Chinese (EPQ-RSC) and self-made scale of demographic characteristics and working status. ResultsAll of the questionaires were taken back, in which 165 were valid (83.33%). Among the three dimensions of psychoticism, extraversion and neuroticism, the intermediate type accounted for 66.06%, 38.79% and 40.00%, respectively. The overall satisfaction of job was (3.80±0.55), the internal satisfaction was (3.88±0.53), and the external satisfaction was (3.59±0.69). There was significant difference in the satisfaction among different types of work institution, monthly incomes, levels of parental support and neuroticism (P < 0.05). Multiple linear regression showed that the internal satisfaction and overall satisfaction were related with neuroticism, monthly income and parental support (P < 0.05), while external satisfaction was related with the neuroticism and parental support (P < 0.05). The level of neuroticism was negatively correlated with the internal satisfaction, the external satisfaction and overall satisfaction (|r| > 0.337, P < 0.001), and the level of extraversion was postively correlated with the external satisfaction (r = 0.155, P < 0.05). ConclusionThe job satisfaction of pediatric therapists is fine in Jiangsu, and is ralated with the level of neuroticism, the monthly income and the level of parental support. The levels of neuroticism and extraversion correlate with the job satisfaction.

[Objective]Discussion on clinical experience and academic ideas of Professor FU Weimin in treatment of viral encephalitis sequela.[ Method] From the etiology and pathogenesis, and the treatment method to expound the clinical experience and academic viewpoints of Prpfessor FU Weimin, summarize his law of characteristic medication and diagnosis thought, and put an example to exemplify that. [Results] Professor FU Weimin is good at treating this disease from phlegm and blood. He believes that the real standard based on six exogenous pathogenic factors or plague pathogen and other than evil not clear, long into the blood collaterals, phlegm heat and blood stasis obstruction, disturbing the brain orifices, are the symptoms of disease;and the virtual caused by the empty brains, heart and kidney failure and the losed senses and deities, are the causative organism. The pathological features are mainly composed of real or virtual inclusions.Treatment with the kaiqiao huatan tongyu methods are the basic principles, combined with tonifying the kidney and marrow, trafficing heart and kidney, which embodies the compatibility characteristics of eliminating pathogen without forgetting the acual. [Conclusion] Professor FU Weimin 's treatment of viral encephalitis sequela is effective, and can effectively control the disease, reduce the recurrence rate and improve patients ' self-care ability and quality of life. It's worthy of our study and promotion.

Objective To study the effects of dynamic,support-inducing exercise on the support, balance and gait ability of patients with moderate-to-severe hemiplegia after stroke. Methods Fourteen stroke patients were randomly assigned to an experimental or a control group (7 cases to each). The patients in the experimental group received both dynamic,support-inducing exercise and routine exercises, while the patients in the control group received routine exercises only. Before training and after 40 and 60 days of training, their functional capacity was evaluated with the Chinese stroke scale (CSS) for neurological deficits,Berg's balance scale (BBS) and using functional ambulation categories (FACs).Results Before training there was no inter-group difference in average CSS or BBS scores or in FACs.For the experimental group there were significant intra-group differences compared with 0th day in all three items at both time points. At days 40 and 60 there were also significant intra-group differences in BBS scores and FACs in the control group, and CSS scores improved significantly only in the experimental group. At day 40 there were significant inter-group differences in average CSS,BBS and FAC results. However,by day 60 a significant difference persisted only in average CSS scores. Conclusions Dynamic,support-inducing exercise can improve support, balance and gait in patients with moderate-to-severe hemiplegia after stroke.
