OBJECTIVES: Pelvic floor sensory training is commonly used in clinical practice for the treatment of stress urinary incontinence (SUI); however, there is a lack of comparative studies evaluating pelvic floor sensation between women with SUI and healthy controls. Additionally, normative data for two-point discrimination thresholds in the female pelvic floor region remain scarce. This study aims to compare the results of 4 sensory tests in the pelvic floor region between women with mild SUI and healthy women, in order to provide reference values for two-point discrimination thresholds in this area. METHODS: From April 1 to October 30, 2023, 108 healthy women [(32.5±3.6) years] and 90 women with mild SUI [(32.9±3.3) years] were recruited from the Third Xiangya Hospital, Central South University. Participants underwent 4 sensory tests in the pelvic floor region: Two-dot discrimination, weight perception, shape recognition, and 9-grid localization. The results were compared between the 2 groups. RESULTS: Compared with healthy women, those with mild SUI had lower sensitivity and higher thresholds in 2-dot discrimination tests in the pelvic floor region (all P<0.001). No significant differences were found between groups in weight perception, shape recognition, or grid localization tests (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS Women with mild stress urinary incontinence have impaired two-point discrimination ability in the pelvic floor region.

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of compound Huangbai liquid fomentation on diabetic foot ulcer of Wagner grade 1-2. MethodPatients were classified into the observation group and control group， with 41 cases in either group. The observation group received routine therapy and compound Huangbai liquid fomentation， while the control group was treated by routine therapy and medical silver nanoparticles-containing dressing. Ulcer area， ulcer depth， traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome score， ankle-brachial index， transcutaneous oxygen pressure， vascular endothelial growth factor， epidermal growth factor， advanced glycation end product， high-sensitivity C-reactive protein， interleukin-6， erythrocyte sedimentation rate， and adverse events were observed before and after treatment in two groups. ResultAfter treatment， the ulcer area， ulcer depth， TCM syndrome score， vascular endothelial growth factor， epidermal growth factor， advanced glycation end product， high-sensitivity C-reactive protein， interleukin-6（IL-6）， and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were lower than those before treatment in two groups （P<0.05）， and ankle-brachial index， transcutaneous oxygen pressure， vascular endothelial growth factor， and epidermal growth factor were higher than those before treatment in two groups （P<0.05）. After treatment， the ulcer area， ulcer depth， TCM syndrome score， advanced glycation end product， high-sensitivity C-reactive protein， IL-6， and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were lower in the observation group than in the control group （P<0.05）， and ankle-brachial index， transcutaneous oxygen pressure， vascular endothelial growth factor， and epidermal growth factor were higher in the observation group than in the control group （P<0.05）. The clinical efficacy of observation group was better than that of the control group （P<0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events and endpoint events between two groups. ConclusionCompound Huangbai liquid fomentation is effective for diabetic foot ulcer of Wagner grade 1-2， as it is beneficial to the healing of the ulcer. This study provides clinical evidence for the further promotion of Chinese medicine fomentation.

Objective:To explore the safety and efficacy of camrelizumab salvage therapy for extrahepatic recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma with PD-L1 negativity in transplanted liver tissue.Methods:From May 2020 to December 2020, retrospective analysis was performed for 3 cases of camrelizumab salvage therapy for extrahepatic recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma recipients with PD-L1 negative in transplanted liver tissue.Three recipients with extrahepatic recurrence progressed after first/second-line targeted drug therapy.Camrelizumab was given as salvage therapy after normal tissue of ransplanted liver was confirmed as negative for PD-L1 by immunohistochemistry.The safety and efficacy of treatment were observed by monitoring the changes in the levels of alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase and bilirubin, the occurrence of complications and the outcome of treatment before and after dosing.Results:During a follow-up period of 1.5 to 15.5 months, no recipients showed acute rejection symptoms such as sharp elevations of transaminase and bilirubin.Headache ( n=1), vomiting ( n=1) and fatigue & hypertension ( n=1) became relieved after treatment.As of February 28, 2022, there were one survivor and two deaths.The fatal causes were tumor progression ( n=1) and thoracic aortic rupture due to esophageal perforation ( n=1). The survival time of recipients was (11-15.5) months and the progression-free survival time (4-6) months. Conclusions:For extrahepatic recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma with PD-L1-negative liver transplantation in normal liver tissue, camrelizumab salvage therapy can control tumor progression to a certain extent and prolong the survival time of recipients.

Objective To explore the effect of Fuke Qianjin Tablets on quality of life and clinical efficacy in patients with endometriosis uterina post-operation.Methods 76 cases with endometriosis were collected and divided into the control group and the treatment group, 38 cases in each group.The two groups were based on the location of endometriosis lesions to the implementation of surgical resection, the control group was given the Gestrinone Capsules 2.5 mg orally post-operation, twice weekly, the treatment group was given Fuke Qianjin Tablets 6 tablets, 3 times per day at the first day after first menstruation, 21 days for a course, a total of two treatment cycles.Clinical curative effect, postoperative quality of life and adverse reactions were compared after treatment.Results Compared with the control group, treatment group, the clinical total efficiency of the treatment group was higher (P<0.05),the sexual desire, sexual arousal, orgasm, sexual psychology, abnormal sexual behavior, and BISF weighted scores were increased in 2 groups ( P <0.05 ) , compared with the control group, sexual desire, sexual arousal, orgasm, sexual psychology, abnormal sexual behavior, and BISF weighted scores of the treatment group were higher (P<0.05).there was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between two groups.Conclusion Fuke Qianjin Tablets have significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of endometriosis uterina, can also improve the quality of life after surgery.

BACKGROUND:In recent years,artificial cervical disc replacement surgery as a new method for the treatment of cervical disease has gradualy been accepted and understood,but relevant complications have gradualy attracted attention.OBJECTIVE:To investigate the clinical outcomes of artificial cervical disc replacement in the treatment of cervical disease and the range of motion of the replacement segment.METHODS: A total of 25 patients with artificial cervical disc replacement in the treatment of cervical spondylosis,who were treated in the Department of Orthopedics,Air Force General Hospital of Chinese PLA from August 2006 to April 2012,were enroled in this study,including 15 males and 10 females,aged 31-76 years,averagely 51.04 years.There were 6 cases of double segments and 19 cases of single segment.They were folowed up for 24 to 93 months.Clinical results were assessed using the Japanese Orthopaedic Association score,cervical dysfunction index and pain visual analog scale scores.Imaging was used to observe range of motion,cervical curvature,heterotopic ossification,and degeneration of adjacent segments.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Neurological function in al patients was improved to different degrees.One case suffered from mild heterotopic ossification,but no clinical symptoms were found.No significant difference in range of motion of surgical segment,and range of motion of upper and lower adjacent segments was detected between pre-replacement and final folow-up results (P＞0.05).No significant difference in range of motion of C2-C7 was found between pre-replacement and final folow-up results (P＞0.05).Japanese Orthopaedic Association score,cervical dysfunction index and pain visual analog scale scores were significantly improved during final folow-up compared with pre-replacement (P＜0.05).These results indicated that artificial cervical disc replacement in the treatment of cervical disease can achieve better clinical efficacy,can keep the range of motion of replacement segment and avoid the accelerated degeneration of adjacent segments.

OBJECTIVE To reinforce the personnel′s protection in supply division, to reduce the harmfulness of profession. METHODS The reasons of education, standard operation, dedicated supplies for protection, and building up wholesome institution were carried out. RESULTS The personnel′s consciousness of protection was reinforced and the arrangement of protection was carried out. Incidence wasn′t happened. CONCLUSIONS Better precaution and professional competency of personnel are the bases of protection for high quality work in supply division.
