1.Current applications and future prospects of artificial intelligence in personalized medical learning

With the advancement of the "New Medical Science" reform, the "Medicine+X" model has emerged as a key direction for the future development of medical education. Multidisciplinary integration places higher demands on both educators and students. Emerging technologies, such as intelligent tutoring systems, adaptive learning platforms, intelligent campus management systems, and ChatGPT, have made personalized learning possible. Such approaches offer notable advantages, including improving learning efficiency, enhancing motivation, eliminating the spatiotemporal constraints of clinical education, and alleviating teachers′ workloads. Nevertheless, the application of artificial intelligence in personalized medical education still faces multiple challenges, such as issues of data quality and reliability, the need for faculty development, shifts in educational paradigms, and ethical considerations. This study explored the current status of artificial intelligence in personalized medical education and offered recommendations to promote its development, including strengthening the integration of technology and education, enhancing the digital literacy of educators, establishing ethical guidelines, and fostering multi-stakeholder collaboration.

Medical students often struggle to understand and master the relevant knowledge and skills in teaching, especially in surgical teaching. Emerging 3D printing technology can help students to understand and master surgical techniques. The problem-based learning (PBL) teaching method helps students to develop their independent thinking and teamwork skills. The combination of these methods has already achieved significant success. Therefore, this article discusses the application and combining 3D printing technology with the PBL teaching method in medical teaching, particularly in urological surgery education, and provides new ideas and references for future, more diverse, and high-tech medical education.

7.A case report of mucinous tubular and spindle cell carcinoma of the kidney

Mucinous tubular and spindle cell carcinoma of the kidney is a rare subtype of renal carcinoma. In July 2019, one case of mucinous tubular and spindle cell carcinoma of the kidney was admitted to our hospital, The laparoscopic partial nephrectomy was performed, and there was no recurrence or metastasis during the follow-up period of 13 months. The disease has no obvious clinical manifestations and its diagnosis depends on pathological and immunohistochemical features. Surgical treatment is the main treatment for this disease, and most patients have a good prognosis.Howerer, the possibility of progression remains in the late stage of the disease.
8.Role of chemerin/CMKLR1 in the maintenance of early pregnancy.

Chemerin is a cytokine that attracts much attention in the reproductive process. This study aimed to explore the effects of chemerin and its receptor chemokine-like receptor 1 (CMKLR1) on the maintenance of early pregnancy. The expression levels of chemerin and CMKLR1 in the decidua tissues of 20 early normal pregnant women and 20 early spontaneous abortion women were examined by Western blot and real-time polymerase chain reaction analyses. CMKLR1 receptor antagonist (α-NETA) was then intrauterinely injected into normal pregnant mice model to assess its effect on the outcome of pregnancy and the phosphorylation rate of ERK1/2 in decidua tissues.We found that the expression level of chemerin in women who had experienced early spontaneous abortion was lower than in those who had experienced normal early pregnancy (P < 0.01); conversely, CMKLR1 expression was higher in the former than in the latter (P < 0.01). In a pregnant-mouse model, the embryo resorption rate of α-NETA group was higher than that in the negative control group (61.5% vs. 10.8%) (P < 0.001). Compared with the control group, ERK1/2 phosphorylation in decidua tissues decreased in the α-NETA-treated group (P < 0.01). These results suggested that the inhibition of the chemerin/CMKLR1 signaling pathway can lead to the abortion of mouse embryos, and that chemerin/CMKLR1 may play an important role in the maintenance of early pregnancy possibly by regulating ERK1/2 phosphorylation.

9.Application of high pressure injection combine detaining needle in cerebral thrombosis on CT angiography in rabbit models

Objective To explore the application and problems of using high pressure injection combine detaining needle in cere‐bral thrombosis on CT angiography in rabbit models .Methods 38 rabbit models were divided to experimental group and control group (19 cases each) .Rabbits in the experimental group were injected contrast medium into rabbit ear marginal vein with detaining needles and connected high pressure injection and the control group used intravenous infusion combined high pressure injection . Then observe the CT image quality and infusion outcome in two groups .Results There were 18 cases (94 .74% ) in the experimen‐tal group obtained successful infusion and excellent image quality ,and 13 cases (68 .42% ) in the control group got excellent image , the difference has statistical significance (Z = - 2 .099 ,P = 0 .036) .All of the images of experimental group showed thrombosis clearly .Conclusion High pressure injection combine detaining needle on CT angiography can increase test efficiency ,simplify the operation sequence and achieve evaluating goals .
