Pre-admission is a critical initiative to optimize medical service processes and alleviate the challenge of "difficult access to healthcare. "However, there is currently a lack of standardized protocols for pre-admission procedures. This study aims to systematically analyze key nodes and risk factors in pre-admission process design and propose optimization strategies, providing a foundation for policy formulation and hospital practices. By constructing a "forward-reverse" dual-process model of pre-admission and identifying risk points based on stakeholder theory (patients, hospitals, healthcare administration, and insurance), the study reveals that while pre-admission can reduce the average length of stay, improve bed turnover rates, and enhance patient satisfaction, it also presents risks such as cross-period financial settlement, challenges in insurance policy adaptability, demands for information system integration, and the need for defining medical safety boundaries. To optimize the pre-admission process and mitigate these risks, this study explores framework improvements in areas including eligibility criteria, mode selection, cost settlement, transition between pre-admission and inpatient status, and cancellation of pre-admission, offering practical guidance for public hospitals. The authors argue that pre-admission requires tripartite collaboration among hospitals, insurers, and healthcare administrations: hospitals should establish top-level design, continuously refine processes, and implement dynamic risk assessment mechanisms; insurance providers should support cross-period settlement policies; and healthcare administrations should issue guiding policies or standardized protocols. Through multi-department coordination and collaborative efforts, the optimization and innovation of pre-admission processes can be advanced, ultimately delivering more efficient and convenient healthcare experiences for patients.

Objective:
To investigate whether syndecan-2(SDC2) can affect the proliferation, invasion and migration of cervical cancer cells by regulating ferroptosis and its possible mechanism.
Methods :
Normal cervical epithelial cells H8 and cervical squamous carcinoma cells C33A were cultured and divided into H8 group and C33A group. C33A cells were cultured and divided into control group, low SDC2 expression group, SDC2+ferroptosis inhibitor(ferrostation-1) group and SDC2 + ferroptosis inducer(erastin) group. Western blot was used to detect the protein levels of SDC2, solute carrier family 7 member 11(SLC7A11) and glutathione peroxidase 4(GPX4). RT-qPCR was used to detect the SDC2 mRNA level in C33A cells. ELISA kits were used to detect the levels of reactive oxygen species(ROS), glutathione(GSH) and ferrous ion(Fe2+) in C33A cells. The cloning ability of C33A cells was detected by plate cloning. The migration ability of C33A cells was detected by scratch test. Transwell assay was used to detect the invasion ability of C33A cells.
Results :
Compared with H8 group, the protein and mRNA expressions of SDC2, SLC7A11 and GPX4 in C33A group increased(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the proliferation ability, migration ability and invasion ability of C33A cells in the low SDC2 group decreased(P<0.05), the protein and mRNA expressions of SLC7A11 and GPX4 in C33A cells decreased(P<0.05), and the GSH level decreased. ROS and Fe2+levels increased(P<0.05). Compared with the low SDC2 group, the protein and mRNA expressions of SLC7A11 and GPX4 increased(P<0.05), the GSH level increased, and the ROS and Fe2+levels decreased(P<0.05) in the low SDC2+ferrostation-1 group. Compared with the control group, the proliferation ability, migration ability and invasion ability of C33A cells with low SDC2+erastin expression decreased(P<0.05).
Conclusion
The expression of SDC2 increases in C33A cervical cancer cells. Low expression of SDC2 can activate SLC7A11/GPX4 pathway mediated ferroptosis, thereby reducing the proliferation, invasion and migration of C33A cells.

Objective:To identify the key individual factors influencing intertemporal health decision-making and construct an interpretive structural model to analyze the logical relationships between these factors, providing intervention targets for making health-related intertemporal decisions. Methods:Through literature review and expert discussion, individual factors influencing health intertemporal decision-making were identified. The interpretive structural model and cross-impact matrix multiplication method were used to analyze the hierarchical relationships and category distribution among these factors. Results:A hierarchical structural model consisting of three levels and eight elements was established, with category distribution including independent, associated, and dependent groups. Education level and economic status were identified as fundamental factors at the bottom level, influencing each other and belonging to the independent group. Health cognition, health status, self-control, and emotional state were middle-level indirect factors. Self-control was influenced by health status and also affected emotional state and health cognition, while health cognition, in turn, influenced health status, placing these factors in the associated group. Future time perception and future situational expectations were direct factors at the top level, influencing each other and belonging to the dependent group. Conclusions:Education level, economic status, health cognition, health status, self-control, emotional state, future time perception, and future situational expectations are individual factors influencing intertemporal health decision-making, with an inherent relationship from bottom to top. Clarifying the pathways between these factors will help to provide targeted interventions based on individual conditions, promoting correct health intertemporal decision-making.

Immunological Journal 2024;40(5):433-439
This study was designed to investigate the effect of hypoxia on preeclampsia(PE)by modulating the Src/Siglec-6/SHP2 signaling pathway in the cytoplasm of trophoblast cells.Mouse model of PE was established in normal control and Siglec-6 knockdown mice by L-NAME administration, with aims of studying the changes in vascular diameter of spiral arteries in vivo and examining the expression levels of Siglec-6,p-Src,p-Shp2 and p-ERK1/2 proteins in mouse uterine vascular tissues. While, the effect of Src/Siglec-6/SHP2 on the invasive proliferation of trophoblast cells was explored by culturing human chorionic trophoblast cells HTR-8/SVneo with hypoxia in vitro. In vivo experimental assays showed that the diameter of spiral arteries was reduced in the Siglec-6 knockdown group of mice, and the expression levels of Siglec-6,p-Src,p-SHP2 and p-ERK1/2 proteins were significantly reduced. In vitro hypoxic HTR-8/SVneo cell model results revealed that Siglec-6 overexpression could promote trophoblast cell invasion and proliferation by regulating p-Src,p-SHP2,p-ERK1/2,MMP2,P53 and P21.While,suppression of Src and SHP2 eliminated Siglec-6 overexpression-mediated Siglec-6,p-Src,p-SHP2 and p-ERK1/2 expression, and inhibited the ability of Siglec-6 overexpression to mediate trophoblast invasion and proliferation.Taken together,Siglec-6 plays an important role in preeclampsia, and can alleviate preeclampsia by promoting trophoblast invasion and proliferation through the Src/SHP2 signalling pathway.
