Objective:
To understand the impact of left behind experience on the mental health of secondary vocational school students, so as to provide theoretical basis for the psychological health education of secondary vocational school students.
Methods:
From September to December in 2019, a total of 3 401 students from Duyun, Guiding and Pingtang County were selected by multi stage cluster random sampling method. Self designed questionnaire and Symptom Check List-90(SCL-90) were used to investigate mental health status. A total of 1 415 left behind students and 1 415 non left behind students were matched by using propensity score matching (PSM). Wilcoxon test and Logistic regression analysis were conducted.
Results:
Before the matching of propensity score, there were statistically significant differences in the distribution of family structure, mother s educational level, family residence, family harmony and children s past health among the students with or without left behind experience ( χ 2=28.17, 52.40, 96.31, 29.75 , 19.10, P <0.05). After the matching, there were no statistically significant differences in the distribution of the above variables among the students with or without left behind experience ( χ 2=0.02-4.32, P >0.05). Before the matching of propensity scores, there were significant differences in the scores of 10 dimensions of SCL-90, including somatization (1.67,1.58), interpersonal sensitivity (2.00,1.89), anxiety (1.90,1.70), obsessive compulsive symptoms (2.20, 2.10), depression (2.00, 1.85), hostility (1.83, 1.67), terror (1.85, 1.71), paranoia (1.83, 1.67), psychotic (1.70, 1.60) and other (1.85, 1.71) dimensions among secondary vocational school students with or without left behind experience ( Z=-5.15 to -2.84, P <0.05). After propensity score matching, there were significant differences in scores remained only in three factors for interpersonal sensitivity [(2.00(1.56,2.67),2.00(1.44,2.56)], paranoia [1.83(1.33,2.50),1.83(1.33,2.33)] and psychoticism [1.70(1.30,2.30),1.70(1.20,2.20)] in SCL- 90 among secondary vocational students with or without left behind experience ( Z=-2.45, -2.12, -2.23, P <0.05).
Conclusion
The impact of left behind experience on the mental health of vocational school students is mainly reflected in interpersonal sensitivity, paranoia, and psychoticism, which should be identified as key areas of psychological education for secondary vocational school students.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2024;28(3):464-471
BACKGROUND:Tissue flossing is a new injury prevention tool and auxiliary exercise training strategy.Tissue flossing can increase joint range of motion, improve athletic performance, and relieve pain, and is increasingly widely used in the field of sports and rehabilitation. OBJECTIVE:To review the mechanism of tissue flossing and its application in sports and rehabilitation to provide a reference for follow-up research. METHODS:"Tissue flossing;compression tissue flossing;floss band;voodoo flossband;blood flow restriction;shearing of fascia;musculoskeletal rehabilitation;sport injury"were used as Chinese and English search terms to search on the databases of CNKI,WanFang,VIP,PubMed and EBSCO databases.Relevant articles from January 2000 to October 2022 were retrieved, and 86 articles were finally included according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Tissue flossing intervention can improve lower limb joint motion, improve sprint and jump performance, promote joint injury rehabilitation, and relieve pain subjectively. However, tissue flossing intervention did not improve the range of motion of the upper limb. There is still controversy on the acute enhancement of lower limb muscle strength. It has a good tendency to improve lower limb balance and stability and improve mental state, but more studies are needed to confirm. The possible mechanisms of tissue flossing intervention are mainly fascia shear, pain gating, blood flow restriction and reperfusion, and compression.Tissue flossing is a useful treatment option that can provide important contributions in the future in the areas of sports training, sports injury prevention and rehabilitation, but more long-term in-depth studies are needed.

Objective:To analyze the incidence and progression of overactive bladder(OAB)symp-toms following radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer patients and to identify related risk factors. Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 263 local stage prostate cancer patients who underwent radical prostatectomy at Peking University Third Hospital from January 2013 to May 2017.Clinical base-line information, comprehensive imaging features, perioperative parameters, preoperative urinary control status, pathological diagnosis, and the incidence of OAB within one year postoperatively were collected and analyzed. In the imaging features, two parameters were defined:Bladder wall thickness(BWT)and bladder mucosal smoothness(BMS),which were used to predict the occurrence of OAB.Patients were evaluated based on their clinical baseline characteristics, including age, body mass index(BMI),co-morbidities,and prostate-specific antigen(PSA)levels. The imaging characteristics were assessed using preoperative MRI,focusing on BWT and BMS.Perioperative parameters included operative time, blood loss, and length of hospital stay. The OAB symptoms were assessed using the overactive bladder symptom score(OABSS)and the international prostate symptom score(IPSS).These scores were correlated with the postoperative incidence of OAB.Results:Among the 263 patients who underwent radical prostatecto-my,52(19.8%)exhibited OAB within one year postoperatively.Of the 40 patients with preoperative OAB symptoms,17(42.5%)showed remission postoperatively, while 23(57.5%)had persistent symptoms.Additionally,29 patients developed new-onset OAB,accounting for 55.77%of all postopera-tive OAB cases.Univariate analysis indicated that BWT,BMS,OABSS,and IPSS score were all associ-ated with the occurrence of postoperative OAB.Further multivariate analysis identified BMS as an inde-pendent risk factor for long-term OAB(P<0.001).Conclusion:Long-term postoperative overactive bladder is a common complication following radical prostatectomy. The findings suggest that preoperative MRI measurements of bladder wall thickness and bladder mucosal smoothness during bladder filling phase can predict the risk of OAB occurrence postoperatively.Identifying these risk factors preoperatively can help in counseling patients about potential complications and in developing strategies to mitigate the risk of developing OAB after surgery.Early detection and management of these parameters might improve the quality of life for patients undergoing radical prostatectomy.

Objective To analyze the current status of dyslipidemia among employees in a petrochemical enterprise and its influencing factors. Methods A total of 1 636 employees from a petrochemical enterprise were selected as the research subjects by the judgment sampling method. Peripheral venous blood was collected from the research subjects to detect total cholesterol, triglyceride, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low- density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in serum. The Effort-Reward Imbalance (ERI) Questionnaire was used to investigate occupational stress in the ERI model. Results The detection rate of dyslipidemia among the research subjects was 52.7%. The detection rates of abnormal total cholesterol, triglyceride, LDL-C, and HDL-C were 35.7%, 31.4%, 24.3%, and 10.0%, respectively. The detection rate of high occupational stress among the research subjects was 26.3%. The result of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the risks of dyslipidemia in overweight and obese employees were higher than that of normal body mass [ odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence interval (CI) were 2.111 (1.692-2.634) and 2.346 (1.591-3.458), both P<0.01]. The risk of dyslipidemia in lean body mass employees was lower than those with normal body mass [OR (95%CI) was 0.130 (0.030-0.564), P<0.05]. The risk of dyslipidemia in smokers was higher than that in non-smokers [OR (95%CI) was 1.462 (1.124-1.902), P<0.01]. Employees with 20-30 years and ≥ 30 years of service had higher risks of dyslipidemia than those with <10 years of service [OR (95%CI) were 1.411 (1.038-1.919) and 1.869 (1.202-2.906), respectively, both P<0.05]. The risk of dyslipidemia among employees with high effort level of occupational stress in ERI model was higher than those with low effort level [OR (95%CI) was 1.351(1.045-1.745), P<0.05]. Conclusion Dyslipidemia prevalence is relatively high among the petrochemical enterprise employees. Overweight, obesity, smoking, long service years, and occupational stress in ERI model are influencing factors of dyslipidemia. To prevent dyslipidemia, it is necessary to strengthen blood lipid monitoring and lifestyle intervention in personnel with overweight, obesity, smoking, long service years, and occupational stress in ERI model.

In order to standardize the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) dispensing granules, the Chinese Pharmacopoeia Commission has promulgated and implemented 200 national drug standards for TCM dispensing granules, but there are still varieties of TCM dispensing granules without unified standards. Many provinces have actively invested in the formulation of provincial standards for TCM dispensing granules to make up for the gaps in standards for varieties of traditional Chinese medicine dispensing granules other than the national standards. By the end of July 2022, 29 provincial-level administrative regions have successively promulgated and implemented a total of 5 602 provincial standards for TCM dispensing granules, involving more than 400 varieties. In order to better understand the formulation and characteristics of provincial standards, this study took 105 provincial standards that have been promulgated and implemented in Henan province as an example, and comprehensively analyzed the formulation and characteristics through quality control indicators such as dry extract rate of raw materials, contents of index components and their transfer rates, specifications and so on. The formulation and characteristics of the same TCM dispensing granules in the provincial standards of different provinces were further analyzed, in order to provide reference for the formulation of provincial standards of TCM dispensing granules and the implementation of national standards.

Methods:
Six primary and middle schools were randomly sampled from 40 primary and middle schools in Butuo County using the cluster sampling method on March and April, 2021, and a class was randomly sampled from each of grades 4 to 6 of primary schools and grades 1 to 3 of junior high schools, with all students from the class as study subjects. Students' demographic features and awareness of sexual knowledge were investigated using self-designed questionnaires, and the factors affecting the awareness of sexual knowledge were identified among primary and middle school students using multivariable linear regression analysis.
Results:
A total of 980 questionnaires were allocated, and 957 valid questionnaires were recovered, with an effective recovery rate of 97.65%. The respondents included 458 boys ( 47.86% ) and 499 girls ( 52.14% ), and included 908 students with Yi Ethnicity. The respondents included 802 primary school students ( 83.80% ) and 155 junior high school students ( 16.20% ). The awareness of sexual knowledge was 21.94% among the primary and middle school students, and their sexual knowledge was predominantly derived from parents ( 338 students, 35.32% ) and teachers ( 335 students, 35.01% ). The awareness of sexual knowledge was significantly lower in boys than in girls ( 17.69% vs. 25.86%; χ2=8.344, P=0.004 ), and the awareness of sexual knowledge appeared a tendency towards a rise with age ( χ2trend = 63.908, P<0.001 ). Low awareness of sexual knowledge was seen in students with fathers going out for labor ( 19.54% ), mothers going out for labor (11.24%) and living in the countryside ( 14.32% ) ( χ2=7.790, 9.224 and 34.144, all P<0.01 ). Multivariable linear regression analysis showed that students living in the countryside, students’ mothers going out for labor, ages of 12 to 14 years and ages of over 14 years were factors affecting the score of sexual knowledge ( β'=-0.072, 0.341, 0.645 and 0.843, all P<0.05 ).
Conclusions
The awareness of sexual knowledge is low among primary and middle school students in Butuo County. Health education of sexual knowledge should be emphasized on male students, those living in the countryside and students with mothers going out for labor.
