In light of the lack of reliable molecular markers for odontogenic myxoma (OM), the detection of copy number variation (CNV) may present a more objective method for assessing ambiguous cases. In this study, we employed multiregional microdissection sequencing to integrate morphological features with genomic profiling. This allowed us to reveal the CNV profiles of OM and compare them with dental papilla (DP), dental follicle (DF), and odontogenic fibroma (OF) tissues. We identified a distinct and robustly consistent CNV pattern in 93.75% (30/32) of OM cases, characterized by CNV gain events in chromosomes 4, 5, 8, 10, 12, 16, 17, 20, and 21. This pattern significantly differed from the CNV patterns observed in DP, DF, and OF. The Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) analysis indicated potential links between this CNV patterns and the calcium signaling pathway and salivary secretion, while Gene Ontology (GO) term analysis implicated CNV patterns in tumor adhesion, tooth development, and cell proliferation. Comprehensive CNV analysis accurately identified a case that was initially disputable between OF and OM as OM. Our findings provide a reliable diagnostic clue and fresh insights into the molecular biological mechanism underlying OM.

Objective:To elucidate the characterization of CD8+T cell in H1N1 influenza vaccine for children. Methods:PBMCs were isolated from 31 children aged from 3 to 6 years old who had accepted H 1N1 influenza vaccine during December 2009 to January 2010.The lymphocytes were joined with the H 1N1 influenza vaccine as experimental group and cultured .The experiment set without vaccine group as control group .At last we detected the surface molecules by FCM .The CCK-8 assay was added to detecting cellular proliferation and cellular proliferation index were detected by CCK-8.Results: CD8+T cells of PBMC in the two groups were 13.41%and 9.41%,P>0.05.CD8+CD45RAA+naive T cells in the two groups were up to more than 80%,P>0.05.The proportion of CD8+CD45ROA+memory T cells in two groups were up to 17%-19%,P>0.05.Two subsets of CD8+CD45ROA+memory T cells :CCR7+and CD62L+single positive memory T cell subsets in the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.The CCK-8 assay was added to detect cellular proliferation .Only 51.16% of which cellular proliferation index was greater than 0.8,with none was greater than 1 in this study. Conclusion:This study showed that the CD4+T cells were low-level,naive T cells (CD8+CD45RAA+)were higher, with antigen stimulation and response.H1N1 vaccination specific memory T cells were few in number , specific memory T cell subsets were diversity , control memory cells were the main phenotypic characteristics .Cellular proliferation index showed that the proliferation of specific CD 8+T cells vaccine was poor .

Wastewater resources, CO2 emission reduction and microalgae biodiesel are considered as current frontier fields of energy and environmental researches. In this paper, we reviewed the progress in system of microalgae culture for biodiesel production by wastewater and stack gas. Multiple factors including microalgal species, nutrition, culture methods and photobioreactor, which were crucial to the cultivation of microalgae for biodiesel production, were discussed in detail. A valuable culture system of microalgae for biodiesel production or other high value products combined with the treatment of wastewater by microalgae was put forward through the optimizations of algal species and culture technology. The culture system coupled with the treatment of wastewater, the reduction of CO2 emission with the cultivation of microalgae for biodiesel production will reduce the production cost of microalgal biofuel production and the treatment cost of wastewater simultaneously. Therefore, it would be a promising technology with important environmental value, social value and economic value to combine the treatment of wastewater with the cultivation of microalgae for biodiesel production.
