Background and Aims:Radical resection is the only potentially curative treatment for intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC),yet the high recurrence rate results in poor prognosis. In recent years,"textbook outcome"(TO)has been proposed as a comprehensive quality metric, but its association with prognosis remains unclear. This study aimed to analyze the risk factors influencing the achievement of TO after radical resection of ICC and to explore the relationship between TO and survival. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 180 ICC patients who underwent radical resection at the 904th Hospital of the Joint Logistic Support Force of the PLA between February 2018 and February 2023.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses were performed to identify risk factors associated with TO,and survival analysis was carried out using the Kaplan-Meier method and Log-rank test. Results:Of the 180 patients,66 achieved TO.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis indicated that preoperative total bilirubin>22 μmol/L,preoperative CA19-9>35 U/mL,maximum tumor diameter>5 cm,poor tumor differentiation, microvascular invasion(MVI),and lymph node metastasis were independent risk factors for failing to achieve TO(all P<0.05).Survival analysis demonstrated that patients who achieved TO had a significantly longer median survival compared with those who did not(36 months vs.16 months,P<0.001).Conclusion:Preoperative total bilirubin>22 μmol/L,preoperative CA19-9>35 U/mL,maximum tumor diameter>5 cm,poor tumor differentiation,MVI,and lymph node metastasis are independent risk factors for not achieving TO after radical resection of ICC.Patients who achieved TO exhibited markedly longer survival, suggesting that TO not only reflects perioperative treatment quality but also serves as an important prognostic indicator.Greater attention to these risk factors and optimization of perioperative management may improve the likelihood of achieving TO and enhance long-term outcomes.

The rapid and non-destructive detection of constituent content of fresh tea leaves shows an important reference value for quality identification of tea.Visible near infrared(Vis-NIR)spectroscopy has been used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of chemical components in plant samples with the advantages such as simple, rapid and non-destructive detection. In this study, residual attention convolutional neural network(RACNN)was used to predict the internal constituent content of fresh tea leaves.Firstly, the reflectance spectral data of the samples in the Vis-NIR band range and the constituent contents of gallic acid(GA),gallocatechin(GC),epigallocatechin(EGC),and epigallocatechin gallate(ECG)in fresh tea leaves were collected.Based on the preprocessing of the spectral data, the contents of the four components were predicted using a partial least squares regression(PLSR)model, and the optimal preprocessing was determined.Subsequently, the characteristic bands were extracted using the random forest(RF)algorithm. Finally, the performances of PLSR,convolutional neural network(CNN)and RACNN models were compared. The results showed that for GA,the RACNN model worked best with a validation set coefficient of determination(R2)of 0.946 and a root mean square error of the prediction set(RMSEP)of 1.173;for GC,the RACNN model works best with a validation set R2 of 0.928 and RMSEP of 6.081;for EGC,the RACNN model works best with a validation set R2 of 0.891 and a RMSEP of 15.197;for ECG,the RACNN model worked best with a validation set R2 of 0.878 and a RMSEP of 7.837.The RACNN model established by Vis-NIR spectroscopy combined with chemometrics could realize the accurate detection of the contents of components in fresh tea.

Objective:To determine the epidemiological characteristics of human bocavirus (HBoV) in children with acute respiratory infections (ARI) in Bengbu City, Anhui Province, in 2024.Methods:Nasopharyngeal swab samples were collected from 269 children with ARI in Bengbu City, Anhui Province, in 2024. Seventeen respiratory pathogens were screened using quantitative fluorescence PCR. For HBoV-positive samples, the VP1/VP2 structural gene fragments of HBoV were amplified and sequenced for genetic evolutionary analysis. Results:Among the 269 nasopharyngeal swab samples from children with ARI, the overall detection rate of respiratory pathogens was 48.33% (103/269). The top three pathogens with the highest detection rates were: Influenza A virus (FluA): 10.04% (27/269), Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV): 8.18% (22/269), Human bocavirus (HBoV): 7.43% (20/269). The age distribution of HBoV-infected children showed that the detection rate was highest in the 0-2 years age group (50%, 10/20), followed by the 3-5 years age group (25%, 5/20) and the over 6 years age group (25%, 5/20). However, there was no statistically significant difference in viral detection rates among the age groups. Genetic evolutionary analysis based on VP1/VP2 revealed that all 13 HBoV strains were of the HBoV-1 genotype. Conclusions:HBoV is one of the major pathogens causing ARI in children in Bengbu City, Anhui Province, in 2024, with HBoV-1 being the predominant genotype. Additionally, infants aged 0-2 years are the most susceptible population to HBoV infection.
