The glymphatic system(GS)is a unique toxic sub-stance clearance system in brain, which is very important for maintaining the microenvironment stability of the central nervous system. The polarization distribution of aquaporin 4(AQP4)lo-cated in the terminal foot of astrocytes affects the function of GS and participates in the pathological progress of many neurodegen-erative diseases, but the detailed regulation mechanism of AQP4 polarization distribution has not been systematically summarized. Therefore, this paper systematically combs the mechanism of reg-ulating the polarization distribution of AQP4 from the perspective of the composition integrity of dystrophin-glycoprotein complex(DGC)and basement membrane foot complex, and summarizes the potential drug and non-drug therapies for targeted regulation of AQP4 polarization distribution at present, aiming at providing new target reference and theoretical basis for targeted regulation of AQP4 polarization to prevent and treat neurodegenerative dis-eases.

Objective:To investigate whether systemic immune inflammation index(SII)-C-reactive protein/albumin(CRP/Alb)can predict postoperative survival in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients. Methods:A total of 262 patients with NSCLC who underwent surgery in Hebei Provincial People's Hospital from January 2017 to November 2020 were included.SII and CRP/Alb expressions in patients after surgery were analyzed by K-M survival curve analysis,Cox multivariate risk regression analysis and ROC curve analysis. Results:Patients with high SII expression(>961.78)and high CRP/Alb expression(>0.025)had worse outcomes than patients with low SII and CRP/Alb expressions,respectively(P<0.001).SII-CRP/Alb score(P=0.032),age≥60 years(P=0.038)and T stage T2~T3(P<0.001)were significantly associated with shorter overall survival.AUC of SII-CRP/Alb scores were larger than SII and CRP/Alb scores,respectively.Conclusion:SII-CRP/Alb score can effectively evaluate postoperative survival status of patients with NSCLC,and SII-CRP/Alb score are independent predictors of postoperative overall survival in NSCLC patients.
7.Development and design of a suction device for disinfectant bottle
China Medical Equipment 2025;22(1):155-157
Hand hygiene is the most basic, simplest, and most effective measure to reduce nosocomial infections. Most disinfectants used in medical institutions adopt manually press. Frequent contact between contaminated hands of medical staffs and the pressed part, the compliance that do not meet the standard for hand hygiene, and non-quantitative use of disinfectants are all risk factors for nosocomial infections, which also are key points and difficulties of controlling infection in hospital. This study designed a suction device for disinfectant bottles, which consisted of a dispenser body,an electric pump,an infrared sensor circuit control board, and a power supply module. It can realize the functions include non-contact,quantitative dispensing of disinfectants, and voice broadcast prompt of hand hygiene, which can reduce the risk and incidence of cross-infection,and avoid inadequate disinfection for hands due to too little disinfectant,or waste of too much disinfectant. At the same time,it is important to strengthen relevant knowledge of hand hygiene, and to improve the compliance and correctness of medical staffs for hand hygiene.
