The acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)-induced fever is mainly characterized by long-term,recurrent and irregular symptom, which poses a major threat to the quality of life of the AIDS patients.Tradition-al Chinese Medicine(TCM)has offered an approach of treatment determination based on syndrome differentiation and formula corresponding to syndrome on basis of the idea of'same disease, different therapies'.The earliest or-igin of the idea of'same disease, different therapies' can be traced back to'Huang Di Nei Jing',it plays a signifi-cant role in the theory of TCM after continuous enrichment and development by ancient medical families. The indi-vidualized therapeutic regimen is formulated based on the etiology, pathogenesis and physical condition(such as qi-insufficiency constitution,phlegm-dampness constitution),emphasizing the vital role of'treatment determina-tion based on syndrome differentiation'in the treatment process, highlighting the importance of personnel experi-ence of doctors, and showing the precise effect of TCM on treatment of AIDS-induced fever.

Objective:To provide references for improving the methods of medical selection by analyzing the main reasons of disqualification in neuropsychiatric examination during medical selection of Air Force Youth Aviation School students. Methods:A retrospective study was conducted to analyze the reasons for disqualification of 4 542 junior high school male graduates who applied for the Air Force Youth Aviation School and undertook neuropsychiatric examination from 2018 to 2022. The yearly detection rates of the top 5 reasons of disqualification in neuropsychiatry were compared. Results:The overall disqualification rate in neuropsychiatry during medical selection at Shijiazhuang Station of the Air Force Youth Aviation School from 2018 to 2022 showed an upward trend ( χ 2= 8.98, P=0.003). The top 5 reasons were family genetic history (0.88%), artificial urticaria (0.46%), syncope history (0.35%), coma history (0.35%), and pre-syncope status (0.35%). The detection rates of family genetic history and pre-syncope status in adolescents showed an overall growing trend, and the differences were significant ( χ 2= 7.41, 11.12, P=0.007, 0.001); the detection rate of artificial urticaria showed an overall decline trend, with a significant difference ( χ 2= 6.33, P=0.012). There was no significant change in the detection rates of syncope history and coma history ( P>0.05). Conclusions:The trend changes on the detection rates of family genetic history, pre-syncope status and artificial urticarial may related to the doctor's skill and comprehensiveness in disease history inquiry. It is necessary to improve the quality and efficiency of future neuropsychiatric examination for Air Force Youth Aviation School student selection by strengthening the construction of physician team and improving the suitability of examination environment.

Objective:To study the protective effects of Danhong injection ( DH) on myocardial damage induced by doxorubicin ( DOX) in Lewis tumor bearing mice. Methods:The model of Lewis lung cancer in mice was established by underarm injecting tumor cells, and then randomly divided into four groups:the model control group, DOX group, DH group and DH+DOX group. After the experiment, myocardial and tumor tissue were separated from Lewis tumor bearing mice, and the excised tumors were weighted. The activities of lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH) , creatine kinase ( CK) , manganese superoxide dismutase ( SOD) , catalase ( CAT) and glu-tathione peroxidase ( GPx) , and the content of malondialdehyde ( MDA) were determined by a colorimetric method. Flow cytometry was used to determine the levels of apoptosis, reactive oxygen species (ROS) and mitochondrial membrane potential (△Ψm). Re-sults:Compared with that in the model control group, a significant decrease of tumor weight was shown in both DOX group and DH+DOX group (P<0. 01). DH had no significant influence on the anticancer function of DOX. The activity of LDH and CK, and the ap-optosis in myocardium cells significantly increased (P<0. 01). Compared with DOX group, the activities of LDH and CK, and the ap-optosis significantly decreased in DH+DOX group (P<0. 01). The activities of △Ψm, SOD, CAT and GPx significantly increased (P<0.05orP<0.01). ThecontentofMDAandROSgenerationbothdecreased(P<0.01).Conclusion:DHhasnosignificantin-fluence on the antitumor effect of DOX. The combination of DH and DOX shows cadioprotective effect on the myocardial damage through improving mitochondrial antioxidant defense capacity, ameliorating oxidative stress and maintaining △Ψm homeostasis.
