Objective To analyze the antiviral effect of molnupiravir against influenza virus in vitro and in vivo. Methods The antiviral ability of molnupiravir against influenza virus strain H1N1 PR8 was detected in vitro and in vivo.H uman non-small cell lung cancer cell line(A549 cells)was used as an in vitro model of PR8 infection. The antiviral effects of molnupiravir on virus replication, protein synthesis, and viral particle formation were analyzed using real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR),Western blot(WB)assay, and plaque assay.PR8 nose-dripping infected C57BL/6 female mice were used as an in vivo infection model. The antivi-ral ability of molnupiravir was evaluated by detecting viral load, pathological changes, and immunohistochemistry in the control group, administration group, inoculation group, and inoculation-administration group. Results In vitro test results showed that molnupiravir had no significant inhibitory effect on influenza virus replication, protein syn-thesis,and virus particle formation(all P>0.05).In vivo test results showed that compared with mice infected with H1N1 alone, the viral load in the lung tissue of mice treated with molnupiravir declined significantly, and the extent of pathological changes was milder.Immunohistochemical detection showed a significant weakening in nuclear protein(NP)antigen signal, and the expression levels of interferon(IFN)-α,interleukin(IL)-4,and IL-6 in the lungs were lower(all P<0.01).Conclusion As a precursor with antiviral activity, molnupiravir can not exert anti-viral activity in lung-derived cells cultured in vitro, but can be transformed into an active form in the host, which significantly decreases the ability of H1N1 influenza virus to proliferate in the lungs and thereby alleviates the da-mage of virus to lung tissue.

Objective:To analyze the hotspots and trends in nursing for cerebral aneurysm interventional embolization, and provide reference for research. Methods:Literature on the nursing of cerebral aneurysm interventional embolization was searched from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Data and Web of Science Core Collection since the establishment of the database to September 1, 2024. CiteSpace software was applied for visualization analysis. Results:A total of 4 226 articles in Chinese and 960 articles in English were included. The annual cumulative publication volume was generally on the rise. Both Chinese and English keyword analysis yielded 10 cluster groups and 25 emergent keywords. The hotspots and trends in nursing for cerebral aneurysm interventional embolization were perioperative precision nursing, quality of life, improvement and innovation of nursing models and methods, and sleep quality. Conclusions:Future nursing research on cerebral aneurysm interventional embolization should focus on multidisciplinary cooperation and communication to continuously innovate the nursing model and improve patients' quality of life.

Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of the public hospital′s WeChat official accountcommunication effect, for references for improving the public hospital′s WeChat official account′s public opinion guidance in health dissemination field. Methods:The communication data of all the tweets on the official account of a tertiary hospital from 2018 to 2021 were obtained, taking the tweets reading times as the evaluation index of the communication effect of the WeChat official account. The number of sharing times, the number of title words, punctuation points, the first launch platform and content type were took as factors that may affect comounication effectiveness for single factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Results:A total of 1 102 tweets were included, with an average reading times of 10 670, and an average sharing times of 411. The top 10 tweets in terms of reading times were mainly about the treatment of major diseases, emergencies, common misconceptions and health popular science. The sharing times and the hand-painted entries were positively correlated with the reading times( P<0.05), while the number of title words and punctuation was negatively correlated with the reading times( P<0.05). The reading times of tweets varied with different title sentence structures, initial platforms, source departments, and content types, and the differenceswere statistically significant( P<0.05). The sharing times, hand-painted entries, title sentence structures and content typeswere the influencing factors of the public hospital′s WeChat official account communication effect( P<0.05). Conclusions:The tweets of a public hospital′s WeChat official account with high reading times focused on the hot issues that people pay attention to, and there were many factors influencing the communication effect. The author suggested that the WeChat official account of public hospitals should focus on the needs of the people, promote the construction of high-quality content, and further strengthen the design level of copywriting to improve its audience and communication power.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2010;18(10):750-755
Aspirin can effectively prevent ischemic cerebrovascular disease. However, as the existence of "aspirin resistance" phenomenon, ischemic events still occur in some patients during the aspirin treatment. This article mainly reviews the mechanisms, screening methods and treatment measures of aspirin resistance.
