Objective:To explore the mediating effect of social support and exercise self-efficacy on the intrinsic capacity of community-dwelling older adults and healthy aging, so to provide a basis for improving the healthy aging of community-dwelling older adults.Methods:From January to July 2022, cluster random sampling was used to select 1 303 community-dwelling older adults from Urumqi City as the research subject. The survey was conducted using the General Information Questionnaire, Healthy Aging Instrument, Intrinsic Capacity Questionnaire, Social Support Rating Scale, and Exercise Self Efficacy Scale for Aged People in Community. The conceptual model was used to explore the relationship among social support, exercise self-efficacy, intrinsic capacity, and healthy aging in community-dwelling older adults. A total of 1 303 questionnaires were distributed, and 1 042 valid questionnaires were collected, with an effective response rate of 80%.Results:Among 1 042 community-dwelling older adults, the scores of the Intrinsic Capacity Questionnaire, Healthy Aging Instrument, Social Support Rating Scale, and Exercise Self Efficacy Scale for Aged People in Community were [1.00 (0, 2.00) ] , [146.00 (133.75, 155.00) ] , [41.00 (36.00, 46.00) ] and [51.00 (39.00, 61.00) ] , respectively. The intrinsic capacity of community-dwelling older adults was negatively correlated with social support, exercise self-efficacy, and healthy aging ( r=-0.112, -0.121, -0.120, P<0.01) , and social support and exercise self-efficacy were positively correlated with healthy aging (r=0.129, 0.113, P<0.01) . Bootstrap mediating effect test showed that the mediating effect of social support and exercise self-efficacy between the intrinsic capacity of community-dwelling older adults and healthy aging was established, with a mediating effect value of -0.477, accounting for 24.75% of the total effect. The path effect value of intrinsic capacity→ social support→ healthy aging was -0.262, accounting for 54.93% of the mediating effect value. The path effect value of intrinsic capacity → exercise self-efficacy→ healthy aging was -0.214, accounting for 44.86% of the mediating effect value. Conclusions:In the community elderly population, social support and exercise self-efficacy can play a mediating role between intrinsic capacity and healthy aging. Community health care providers should pay attention to the internal capacity of the older adults, improve social support and exercise self-efficacy, and thus promote the realization of healthy aging of the older adults.

Purpose: The incidence rate of breast cancer (BC) has increased annually. Downstream neighbor of son (DONSON) critically affects cell cycle progression and maintains stable genomic properties; however, its relevant effects on BC growth and progression require indepth investigation. Methods: DONSON upregulation was validated in public databases. DONSON expression in matched BC and adjacent tissues and cell lines (MDA-MB-231, BT-549, and HS-578T) was determined using quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. In vitro apoptosis, invasion, migration, and proliferation tests were performed to ascertain the functions of DONSON in BC cell lines. Then, using western blot analysis, the levels of DONSON downstream proteins were determined. Results: Compared to the control, DONSON was expressed at higher levels in BC tissues and cell lines. DONSON knockdown facilitated apoptosis and limited proliferation, migration, invasion, and S/G2 transition of BC cells In vitro. Furthermore, DONSON overexpression promoted BC cell proliferation and inhibited apoptosis In vitro. Moreover, DONSON knockdown reduced cyclin A1 and cyclin-dependent kinase 2 levels. Moreover, DONSON knockdown limited the progression of epithelial-mesenchymal transition. Conclusion DONSON critically affects BC growth and serves as a possible target and marker for the efficacy of subsequent therapies.

Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy and clinical applicability of the Simple Five item Scoring Scale for Sarcopenia (SARC-F) by systematic review and Meta-analysis.Methods:PubMed, The Cochrane Library, Wed of science, EMBASE, MEDLINE, Ovid, China HowNet database, China biomedical data, VIP database and Wanfang database were searched by computer, and all the researches related to SARC-F questionnaire's diagnosis of sarcopenia from the establishment of the database to March 1, 2020 were collected. Two researchers independently selected literature, extracted data, and evaluated the bias risk of the study. Revman 5.3 software, Stata16.0software were used to comprehensively evaluate the diagnostic value of SARC-F questionnaire for sarcopenia.Results:A total of 13 studies involving 8 860 patients were included. The results of meta-analysis showed that the sensitivity and specificity of the diagnostic criteria established by the European Working Group of Sarcopenia, the Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia and the International Working Group for Sarcopenia were used as the gold standard. The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve was 0.71, 0.69 and 0.67 respectively, and the Q-index was 0.659 3, 0.650 9 and 0.631 6.Conclusion:SARC-F questionnaire has a certain value in the screening and diagnosis of sarcopenia. In the future research, it is suggested to add the simple measurement of muscle quality on the basis of this scale to improve the accuracy of the questionnaire screening

BACKGROUND: Bevacizumab combined with platinum-based chemotherapy has been recommended as the first-line agent in advanced nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) without driven gene, but this regimen is not common in the second-line or later-line treatment of non-squamous NSCLC. The aim of this study is to investigate the efficacy and safety of bevacizumab combined with chemotherapy as second-line or later-line treatment in advanced non-squamous NSCLC. METHODS: We retrospectively reviewed the clinical data of advanced nonsquamous NSCLC patients who were treated with bevacizumab after first-line treatment failure and they were hospitalized in the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2014 to June 2017, and Kaplan-Meier method, Log-rank test and Cox model were used for analysis. RESULTS: A total of 62 patients were included in the analysis. The total objective response rate (ORR) was 32.2%, and the disease control rate (DCR) was 96.8%. The median progression-free survival (PFS) was 6.4 months (95%CI: 6.05-6.83), and the median overall survival (OS) was 20.4 months (95%CI: 12.98-27.76). In the subgroup analysis, there was no significant difference in median PFS between patients with brain metastases and those without brain metastases (6.2 months vs 6.4 months, P=0.052). Cycles of bevacizumab (>6 or ≤6 cycles) was an independent influencing factor of PFS (P=0.004). The most common adverse events were leukopenia, fatigue, nausea, thrombocytopenia and hypertension. CONCLUSIONS In the second-line or later-line treatment, bevacizumab combined with chemotherapy is an effective and safe regimen for advanced non-squamous NSCLC.

Based on the review of existed references,research methods and experiences of ethnographic studies of Chinese medicine in the UK,this article proposed several suggestions on the social scientific studies of Chinese medicine abroad under the background of the "Belt and Road":studies should be more pragmatic in order to take the role of think tank;multi-discipline studies are encouraged to take the advantages of professional subjects;multi-cultures should be respected and local conditions should be taken into consideration to achieve conversational communication and all-win interest consortium;qualitative research should be more emphasized to present more ethnographic work for analytical studies;historical studies should be paid attention to in order to get dynamic trends.

With the "Belt and Road" strategy was put forward,the development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) ushered in a historic opportunity.The author organized articles published since the "Belt and Road" strategy was brought out,and then commented those articles according to keywords,i.e.decision-making,trade,education,translation and international specifications.

Based on the empirical study in Britain,this paper revealed several problems in the cross-cultural communication of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM):the obstacles are still immense,the system is not complete,the tools are simple,the communication capacity is limited,and the "de-Sinofication" is obvious.The proposals are made as that,applying the concepts of communication and multi-disciplines,accomplishing the system to run as a huge systematic project,creating more means and increasing the capability of communication,conducting the cross-cultural communication training,cultivating talented people,developing domestic TCM to support the abroad TCM,operating as government-leaded projects to enhance national cultural soft power,contesting for supremacy and intellectual property rights in the worldwide TCM areas.

"Belt and Road" is not only a concept of space and international economic cooperation strategy,but also a China oriented culture framework in the area of globalization.The implementation of "Belt and Road Initiative" strategy needs to put culture first,while traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) culture is an important starting point to boost the "Belt and Road" construction.TCM culture communication with countries along "Belt and Road" should take strategies of overall communication,local communication and differentiation communication.And it also needs to promote the construction of TCM communication platform,to enrich TCM culture connotation,to build TCM culture brand and develop cultural and creative industries in TCM.

In the "Belt and Road" strategy,Chinese medicine is one of the best carriers for the exchange and cooperation between Chinese civilization and other "Belt and Road" countries.Chinese medicine culture is the treasure of Chinese culture.It has important strategic significance and practical needs to construct Chinese medicine cultural think tank with Chinese characteristics and on behalf of the influence of Chinese culture under the background of "Belt and Road".In order to give effective service for "Belt and Road" strategy,Chinese medicine cultural think tank should clear its own construction content,highlight the characteristics of think tanks,and locate its function accurately.Combing the construction content,basic characteristic and main function of Chinese medicine cultural think tank systematically will lay the theoretical foundation for the future construction of Chinese medicine culture think tank.

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) health preservation shows unique advantages in the international communication and overseas development.It is characterized by its cultural complexity and medical science,along with the policy support from the "Belt and Road Initiative" of TCM,as well as the increasing attention both at home and abroad.However,many problems and obstacles which cannot be ignored still hinder the enrichment and development of TCM health preservation in the world.This paper focused on analyzing these problems and obstacles,and indicated that the basic principle of international communication of TCM health preservation is to build a relatively steady long-term purpose and several segmented adjusting periodic orientations.At the same time,according to the characteristics of different regions along the line,changing the modes and contents of propagation is also needed.
