ObjectiveTo investigate the expression level of HBV cccDNA in patients in the convalescence stage of hepatitis B virus-related acute-on-chronic liver failure （HBV-ACLF） and its correlation with HBV markers and liver histopathological changes. MethodsA total of 30 patients in the convalescence stage of HBV-ACL who were hospitalized in The Ninth Hospital of Nanchang from January 2015 to October 2023 were enrolled as liver failure group， and 9 patients with chronic hepatitis B （CHB）， matched for sex and age， were enrolled as control group. The content of HBV cccDNA in liver tissue was measured， and its correlation with clinical data and laboratory markers was analyzed. The independent-samples t test or the Mann-Whitney U test was used for comparison of continuous data between two groups， and a one-way analysis of variance or the Kruskal-Wallis H test was used for comparison between multiple groups； the Fisher’s exact test was used for comparison of categorical data between groups. A Spearman correlation analysis was performed. ResultsThe liver failure group had a significantly lower content of HBV cccDNA in liver tissue than the control group （-0.92±0.70 log₁₀ copies/cell vs -0.13±0.91 log₁₀ copies/cell， t=2.761， P=0.009）. In the liver failure group， there was no significant difference in the content of HBV cccDNA in liver tissue between the HBeAg-positive patients and the HBeAg-negative patients （P>0.05）； there was no significant difference in the content of HBV cccDNA in liver tissue between the patients with different grades （G0-G2， G3， and G4） of liver inflammatory activity （P>0.05）； there was no significant difference in the content of HBV cccDNA in liver tissue between the patients with different stages （S0-S2， S3， and S4） of liver fibrosis （P>0.05）； there was no significant difference in the content of HBV cccDNA in liver tissue between the patients with negative HBV DNA and those with positive HBV DNA （P>0.05）. For the liver failure group， the content of HBV cccDNA in liver tissue was positively correlated with the content of HBV DNA in liver tissue （r=0.426， P=0.043） and was not significantly correlated with the content of HBV DNA in serum （P>0.05）. ConclusionThere is a significant reduction in the content of HBV cccDNA in liver tissue in the convalescence stage of HBV-ACLF. HBV cccDNA exists continuously and stably in liver tissue and can better reflect the persistent infection and replication of HBV than HBV DNA in serum and liver tissue.

ObjectiveTo systematically evaluate the effect of art therapy on the mental health of older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI), based on International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health. MethodsLiterature on art therapy for mental health of MCI older adults was retrieved from databases of CNKI, VIP, Wanfang Data, PubMed, ProQuest and Web of Science, between 2014 and 2024, and selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The quality of the literature was assessed using PEDro scale, and a systematic review was conducted following the PRISMA guideline. ResultsA total of nine researches were included from China, Tanzania, Spain, Malaysia and Singapore, involving 763 individuals with MCI aged 60 or more (average 71.23). The types of art therapy interventions were visual arts therapy (painting, collage, paper-cutting, sculpture and modeling, etc.), expressive arts therapy (encompassing dance and music) and creative arts therapy (narrative creation), 30 to 120 minutes a time (majority of 60 minutes), one to four times a week (majority of two to four times), for six to 36 weeks (majority of six to twelve weeks). Health outcomes predominantly focused on mental health, such as anxiety and depression. ConclusionMost researches support that art therapy is effective on mental health of older adults with MCI, but there are disagreements in some researches, and more researches are needed.

ObjectiveTo investigate the inhibitory effect of Biejia Decoction Pill on the proliferation， migration， and aerobic glycolysis of hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） using cell experiments， as well as related mechanisms. MethodsHuman liver cancer cell line Huh7 was selected， and Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into blank serum group， inhibitor group， and high-， middle-， and low-dose Biejia Decoction Pill groups. Rat serum containing the drug was prepared for the incubation of Huh7 cells. CCK8 assay and scratch assay were used to explore the effect of Biejia Decoction Pill on the proliferation and migration of HCC cells； glycolytic rate-limiting enzymes and metabolites were measured to explore the effect of Biejia Decoction Pill on aerobic glycolysis of liver cancer cells； RT-qPCR and Western blot were used to explore the effect of Biejia Decoction Pill on the mRNA expression， related proteins， and phosphorylation of the protein kinase B （AKT）/mammalian target of rapamycin （mTOR） signaling pathway. A one-way analysis of variance was used for comparison between multiple groups， and the least significant difference t-test or the Dunnett’s T3 test were used for further comparison between two groups. ResultsCompared with the blank serum group， the Biejia Decoction Pill groups had significant reductions in OD value， migration rate during different periods of time， glycolytic rate-limiting enzymes （hexokinase， phosphofructokinase， pyruvate kinase）， and glycolytic metabolites （pyruvate， lactic acid， ATP） （all P<0.05）. RT-qPCR results showed that compared with the blank serum group， the high-， middle-， and low-dose Biejia Decoction Pill groups had a significant reduction in the mRNA expression level of mTOR， and the high- and low-dose Biejia Decoction Pill groups had a significant reduction in the mRNA expression level of AKT （all P<0.05）. Western blot results showed that compared with the blank serum group， the high-， middle-， and low-dose Biejia Decoction Pill groups had significant reductions in the expression levels of mTOR-related proteins and phosphorylated proteins， and the high- and middle-dose Biejia Decoction Pill groups had significant reductions in the expression levels of AKT-related proteins and phosphorylated proteins （all P<0.05）. ConclusionThis study preliminarily verifies that the serum containing Bijia Decoction Pill can inhibit the aerobic glycolysis of human hepatoma Huh7 cells， thereby inhibiting their proliferation and migration， possibly by inhibiting the expression of the proteins related to the AKT/mTOR signaling pathway.

ObjectiveTo characterize the changes of metabolites of Blumea balsamifera in the process of sweating by non-targeted metabolomics， and to investigate the influence of sweating processing on the constituents of B. balsamifera. MethodsUltra performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole/electrostatic field orbitrap high resolution mass spectrometry（UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap-MS） metabolomics was used to identify the metabolites in no sweating group（F1）， sweating 2 d group（F2） and sweating 4 d group（F3）， the differences of metabolites between the groups were compared by principal component analysis（PCA） and orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis（OPLS-DA）， and differential metabolites were screened according to the variable importance in the projection（VIP） value>1 and P<0.05， and the pathway enrichment of the differential metabolites was analyzed by Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes（KEGG）. ResultsThe results of PCA and OPLS-DA showed a clear distinction between the three groups of samples， indicating significant differences in the compositions of the three groups of samples. A total of 433 differential metabolites were screened between the F1 and F2， with 154 up-regulated and 279 down-regulated， the significant up-regulated metabolites were tangeritin， 5-O-demethylnobiletin and so on， while the metabolites with significant down-regulation included alternariol， fortunellin， etc. A total of 379 differential metabolites were screened between the F2 and F3， with 150 up-regulated and 229 down-regulated， the significant up-regulated metabolites were isoimperatorin， helianyl octanoate and so on， and the significant down-regulated metabolites were hovenoside I， goyasaponin Ⅲ， etc. KEGG pathway enrichment analysis showed that tyrosine metabolism， isoquinoline alkaloid biosynthesis， phenylalanine， tyrosine and tryptophan biosynthesis， tryptophan metabolism， valine， leucine and isoleucine biosynthesis， pantothenate and coenzyme A biosynthesis may be the key pathways affecting metabolite differences of B. balsamifera after sweating treatment. ConclusionSweating can reduce the content of endophytic mycotoxins in B. balsamifera and has a great impact on the synthesis and metabolic pathways of total flavonoids and auxin. This study can provide a reference for the process research on the sweating conditions of B. balsamifera.

ObjectiveBased on ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry（UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS）， network pharmacology and molecular docking techniques， to explore the pharmacodynamic material basis and mechanism of Renshen Wuweizi Tang in treating spleen-lung Qi deficiency syndrome. MethodsThe chemical components in the decoction of Renshen Wuweizi Tang were systematically characterized and identified by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS， and network pharmacology was used to screen potential active ingredients， collect component targets and gene sets related to spleen-lung Qi deficiency syndrome， and obtain protein interaction relationships through STRING. Cytoscape 3.9.1 was used to construct a "formula-syndrome" association network and calculate topological feature values. Gene ontology（GO） function and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes（KEGG） pathway enrichment analysis were performed on core genes to explore potential pharmacodynamic links， the average shortest path between the formula-drug target network and the pharmacodynamic link gene network was calculated to discover dominant pharmacodynamic links， and MCODE plugin was used to identify core gene clusters from the dominant pharmacodynamic links， which were validated using Gene Expression Omnibus（GEO）， and molecular docking was performed between key components and core targets. ResultsOne hundred and thirty-seven components were identified in the negative ion mode， and eighty components were identified in the positive ion mode. After deduplication， a total of 185 components were identified， mainly composed of triterpenoid saponins（49） and flavonoids（54）. Based on the "formula-syndrome" correlation network analysis， energy metabolism was determined to be the dominant pharmacodynamic link of Renshen Wuweizi Tang in the treatment of spleen-lung Qi deficiency syndrome. The results of molecular docking showed that 7 components（adenosine， atractylenolide Ⅱ， atractylenolide Ⅲ， ginsenoside Rg₁， glycyrrhizin B₂， glycyrrhizin E₂ and campesterol） from 4 medicinal materials（Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma， Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma， Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Poria） in this formula might regulate energy metabolism by acting on 6 targets， namely cyclic adenosine monophosphate-response element binding protein 1（CREB1）， glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase（GAPDH）， interleukin（IL）-6， nuclear transcription factor（NF）-κB1， peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor α（PPARα）， and tumor necrosis factor（TNF）， thus improving the symptoms of diseases related to spleen-lung Qi deficiency syndrome. ConclusionThis study established a UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS for rapid characterization and identification of chemical components in the decoction of Renshen Wuweizi Tang， expanding the understanding of the material composition of this formula， and found that 7 components might act on the key advantageous pharmacodynamic link "energy metabolism" through 6 targets to improve the related symptoms of spleen-lung Qi deficiency syndrome. This can provide a reference for the subsequent exploration of the material benchmark and mechanism of the famous classical formula.

ObjectiveTo study the clinical features of viral encephalitis with isolated dizziness，and to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of vestibular function examination and cerebrospinal fluid cytology in these patients. MethodsTotally 37 cases of viral encephalitis with isolated dizziness and 10 healthy volunteers were included. Clinical data ［dizziness handicap inventory （DHI） score，head imaging，electroencephalogram，vestibular function test，cerebrospinal fluid routine，biochemistry，cell morphology，etiology second-generation sequencing，misdiagnosis］ were collected. The area under the ROC curve（AUC）of diagnostic value of each type of test was analyzed. The changes of each examination before and after treatment were compared. ResultsWe found 89.19%（33/37）of the patients were misdiagnosed. Vestibular function smooth follow-up test indicated vestibular central lesion （AUC value：0.82）in 64.86%（24/37）of the patients. The number of CSF transformed lymphocytes increased in 86.49%（32/37）of the patients（AUC value：0.93），the CSF large lymphocytes increased in 97.30% （36/37）of the patients （AUC value：0.99），and the mononucleosis was activated in 94.59%（35/37）of the patients（AUC value：0.97）. Furthermore，18.92%（7/37）of the patients had increased EEG slow wave（AUC value：0.60），while 13.51%（5/37） of the patients showed cortical swelling on head MR （AUC：0.60）. After antiviral treatment，dizziness grade decreased（Z=-4.899，P<0.001），smooth tracking abnormalities decreased（Z=-4.583，P<0.001），the proportion of CSF transformed lymphocytes decreased（t=4.281，P<0.001），and the proportion of large lymphocytes decreased（t=6.905，P<0.001）. ConclusionThe misdiagnosis rate of viral encephalitis with isolated dizziness is high. Incorporating into diagnosis the increased large lymphocytes， transformed lymphocytes，activated monocytes in CSF cytology with smooth follow-up test may improve diagnostic efficiency .

Objective: To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of human brucellosis in Jiande City, Zhejiang Province from 2005 to 2024, so as to provide the evidence for strengthening the prevention and control of brucellosis. Methods: Data on brucellosis cases and surveillance in Jiande City from 2005 to 2024 were collected through the Chinese Disease Prevention and Control Information System, the annual brucellosis surveillance reports from the Jiande Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and the annual summaries of brucellosis prevention and control efforts. The epidemiological characteristics of human brucellosis were analyzed using a descriptive epidemiological method. Results: A total of 1 125 individuals were monitored in Jiande City from 2005 to 2024, with 18 seropositive cases identified and the seropositivity rate of 1.60%. The average annual seropositivity rate from 2015 to 2024 was 3.35%, which was significantly higher than that of 0.57% from 2005 to 2014 (P<0.05). There were 10 confirmed brucellosis cases and 8 asymptomatic infections, with no reported deaths. The peak incidence occurred between March and August. Among the 16 towns (streets) in Jiande City, 8 reported brucellosis cases. Of the brucellosis cases, 14 were male and 4 were female, with a male-to-female ratio of 3.5∶1. The majority of cases (13 cases) were aged between 40 and 60 years. Occupational exposure was identified in 16 cases, all of whom were infected through direct hand contact with the excreta, secretions, or animal products of infected sheep or cattle. The primary source of infection was sheep, followed by cattle. Five strains of Brucella were isolated and cultured, all identified as Brucella melitensis biovar 3. Conclusions The brucellosis epidemic in Jiande City remained at a sporadic and low prevalence level from 2005 to 2024, with an increasing trend observed from 2015 to 2024. Male occupational groups aged 40 to 60 years were the key population for brucellosis prevention and control, and sheep were the primary source of infection.

The evolving health demands of contemporary society urgently call for adaptive adjustments in health policies and a comprehensive enhancement of perspectives， horizons， and viewpoints. Grounded in the solid foundation of traditional Chinese culture， this paper proposed a multidimensional evaluation system for assessing the health status of modern China's ideal life. Drawing upon the philosophical insights of Confucianism， Daoism， Mohism， Song-Ming Neo-Confucianism， and their subsequent developments， as well as core cultural values such as harmony （和）， happiness （福）， and joy （乐）， this system established a fundamental framework for evaluating health in modern ideal life. The framework consists of eight indices， i.e. harmony index， diligence index， peace of mind index， happiness index， compassion index， innovation index， fulfillment index， and adaptability index. The purpose of constructing this system is to comprehensively and deeply reflect the physical and mental characteristics and behavioral patterns of the Chinese population， and to provide a holistic evaluation framework for advancing the foundation of health in modern ideal life， offering solid scientific support for formulating health policies that align with China's national context.

Objective: To explore the relationship between psychological resilience and attention bias towards negative information in secondary vocational school students, so as to provide reference for developing their mental health work. Methods: In May, 2024, 177 secondary vocational students were selected from the technical secondary vocational school by convenient sampling method. The experiment utilized a mixed experimental design of 2 (group: high psychological resilience group, low psychological resilience group) ×2 (type of stimulus: negative stimulus, neutral stimulus). Adolescents were divided into the high psychological resilience group ( n =32) and the low psychological resilience group ( n =31) based on their scores from the Adolescent Psychological Resilience Scale. Both groups completed the classical dot probing task, with correct rate, reaction time serving and attention biasvalues as primary indicators to assess attention bias. Repeated measures ANOVA was used to compare the reaction time and accuracy of attention bias tasks between two groups of participants, and Pearson correlation analysis was performed on the five dimensions of psychological resilience and attention bias values. Results: The low resilience group exhibited significantly faster response time to negative stimuli compared to neutral stimuli [(579.11±85.44, 586.13±78.92)ms, F (1,61)=5.93, P <0.05]. Additionally, the accuracy of responses to negative stimuli in the low resilience group was significantly lower than that of neutral stimuli [(0.93±0.12, 0.95±0.09), F (1,61)=12.81, P <0.01]. Attention bias values were significantly higher in the low resilience group (7.03±18.43) compared to the high resilience group (-2.54±13.39) ( t =2.36, P <0.05). Pearson correlation analysis revealed a marginally significant negative correlation between the interpersonal assistance (2.85±0.77) and attention bias values (2.20±16.65) ( r=-0.25, P <0.05). Conclusion Secondary vocational school students with low psychological resilience showed a significant attention bias towards negative emotional stimuli, which may render them more susceptible to such stimuli.

Objective To analyze the characteristics of adverse drug reactions （ADR） reported in Sixth People’s Hospital South Campus, Shanghai Jiaotong University from 2021 to 2023, to provide reference for promoting rational clinical drug use. Methods ADR data reported in our hospital were collected retrospectively, including patients’ basic information, drugs causing adverse reactions, types of adverse reactions and outcomes. Descriptive analysis methods were used to summarize and analyze the data. Results A total of 979 cases of ADR were reported in our hospital from 2021 to 2023. The highest proportion of patients with ADR occurred in the age range of 31 to 50, and more male patients （63.5%）. The top five drugs involved with adverse reactions were antibiotics （48.8%）, Chinese medicine injections（19.2%）, vitamins（7.5%）, Chinese traditional medicine（7.2%）, equine tetanus immunoglobulin（6.3%）. Among antibiotics, cefuroxime, ceftazidime and cefotiam were the majority. The organs/systems involved in all ADR were mainly skin and accessories damage （55.4%）. The clinical manifestations were rash, itching, and maculopapular rash. Conclusion From 2021 to 2023, the most common drugs causing adverse drug reactions in our hospital were mainly antibacterial drugs, and the rational clinical use of antibacterial drugs still needs to be concerned.
