Sangjuyin, as a pungent and cooling agent with precise therapeutic effect, is a classic pungent formula for cooling relief of the epidermis, which is highly respected by medical practitioners. This formula is from the Wenbing Tiaobian written by WU Jutong in the Qing dynasty, on the basis of which subsequent medical practitioners have made additions and subtractions to apply it. The authors used the bibliometric method to systematically organize the medical books from the Qing dynasty and the Republic of China and modern literature to analyze the composition, concoction, decoction, efficacy, and previous and modern application of Sangjuyin. After examination, the drug base of this formula is basically clear. Armeniacae Semen Amarum is the dried mature seeds of Armeniaca vulgaris, family Rosaceae. Forsythiae Fructus is the dried fruit of Forsythia suspensa, family Mulleinaceae. Menthae Haplocalycis Herba is the dried above-ground part of Mentha haplocalyx, family Labiatae. Mori Folium is the dried leaves of Morus alba, family Moraceae. Chrysanthemi Flos is the dried head of Chrysanthemum morifolium, family Asteraceae. Platycodonis Radix is the dried root of Eryngium grandiflorum, family Eryngium. Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma is the dried root and rhizome of Glycyrrhiza uralensis of the Leguminosae family, and Phragmitis Rhizoma is the fresh or dried rhizome of Phragmites communis of the Gramineae family. It is recommended that the eight drugs be used in raw form as medicine. The dosage and method of decoction were converted into a modern single dosage of 7.46 g Armeniacae Semen Amarum, 5.60 g Forsythiae Fructus, 2.98 g Menthae Haplocalycis Herba, 9.33 g Mori Folium, 3.73 g Chrysanthemi Flos, 7.46 g Platycodonis Radix, 2.98 g Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, and 11.19 g Phragmitis Rhizoma, with 400 mL water added, and the solution was boiled to obtain 200 mL, taken twice a day. Sangjuyin has the efficacy of dispersing wind and clearing heat, promoting lung and relieving cough, and it is used for treating the initial onset of wind-warmth and the evidence of evil spirits in the lungs and collaterals. Modern research has shown that Sangjuyin is often used in the treatment of cough, pneumonia, rhinitis, and other respiratory diseases, and the results of this study provide a reference for the later development of Sangjuyin.

Zoledronic acid (ZA), a nitrogen-containing bisphosphonate with established clinical utility in osteoporosis management, exhibits emerging antitumor potential in estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer. However, the molecular mechanisms underlying its nonapoptotic anticancer effects remain poorly characterized. This study revealed that ZA induced ferroptosis in ER+ breast cancer cells through dual suppression of cystine-glutamate antiporter SLC7A11 and glutathione peroxidase 4 (GPX4), key repressors of ferroptosis. Pharmacological inhibition of ferroptosis using Ferrostatin-1 significantly attenuated ZA-induced cytotoxicity, while combinatorial treatment with the GPX4 inhibitor RSL3 synergistically enhanced lipid peroxidation and cell death. Mechanistically, ZA activated the Hippo-YAP signaling pathway, promoting YAP phosphorylation, proteasomal degradation, and cytoplasmic retention, thereby silencing SLC7A11 and GPX4. We established a novel metabolic vulnerability in hormone-responsive malignancies. These findings position ZA as a bifunctional ferroptosis inducer in ER+ breast cancer, offering a promising strategy to overcome endocrine resistance.

Objective To explore the preliminary experience and clinical outcomes of domestic(Jingfeng)robot-assisted laparoscopic radical cystectomy and detubularized sigmoid neobladder construction, and to evaluate the technical feasibility, safety, and postoperative functional recovery. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 12 patients undergoing surgery in our department during Jun. and Dec.2024. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative complications, and hospital stay were recorded to assess the surgical efficacy and safety. Results All 12 procedures were successfully completed. The average operation time was 460(390-540)minutes, including 213(170-250)minutes for radical cystectomy with lymph node dissection and 247(200-300)minutes for neobladder reconstruction and anastomosis. Intraoperative blood transfusion was required in 2 cases, and postoperative hemoglobin levels decreased by 22(7-46)g/L in 10 patients. All surgical margins were negative. No major complications of Clavien-Dindo Ⅲ or above occurred postoperatively. The average hospital stay was 9(7-14)days, and bowel function recovered within 2.58(2-3)days. During the follow-up of 2 to 6 months, 11 patients achieved daytime urinary continence, and 6 had normal continence. All patients had no obvious obstruction or hydronephrosis in the upper urinary tract. Conclusion Domestic robot-assisted laparoscopic radical cystectomy and detubularized sigmoid neobladder reconstruction is technically feasible, with advantages in precision, minimal invasiveness, and favorable postoperative recovery. Initial results demonstrate its potential in lymph node dissection, nerve preservation, and urinary continence restoration, suggesting it can become a valuable option for bladder cancer treatment.

Patients with lung cancer experience a heavy symptom burden during the perioperative period, which seriously affects their recovery and quality of life. Traditional symptom management models rely mainly on scheduled ward rounds during hospitalization and outpatient follow-up after discharge. However, they have limitations such as delayed symptom recognition, lack of post-discharge monitoring, and non-quantitative symptom assessment, which often lead to delayed interventions and low patient satisfaction. In recent years, the symptom management model based on electronic patient-reported outcomes (ePRO) has been increasingly valued in clinical practice. Existing high-level evidence from both domestic and international studies indicates that, through proactive monitoring, real-time alerts, and remote interventions, this model enables dynamic and continuous symptom management and helps improve patient recovery and healthcare experience. As a supplement to routine medical care, the ePRO-based symptom management model aims to enhance the quality of care rather than replace existing medical processes. To promote the standardized application of this model in perioperative lung cancer care, this consensus integrates domestic and international evidence. After multiple rounds of voting by more than 50 experts, it formulates 12 consensus statements covering the three core components, symptom monitoring, alerting, and intervention, to provide scientific and practical recommendations for clinical practice.

Objective:
To investigate the effects of high intensity interval training (HIIT) on mental health and sleep quality in female college students with normal weight obesity, so as to provide a reference for promoting their physical and mental health.
Methods:
From September to November 2024, 42 female college students who met the criteria for normal weight obesity were recruited from Anqing Medical College and randomly assigned to an HIIT group ( n =21) or a control group ( n =21) using a random number table. The HIIT group completed an 8 week intervention (3 sessions/week) at 75%-90% of maximum heart rate (HR max ), whereas the control group maintained their usual lifestyle. Before and after the intervention, body composition was measured, and anxiety, depressive symptoms, and sleep quality were assessed using the Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7), Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), respectively. Statistical analysis included t-test, two way mixed analysis of variance, simple effect analysis, Wilcoxon signed rank test,Mann-Whitney U test, Pearson product moment correlation analysis, and Fisher s Z-transformation test.
Results:
Before the intervention, there were no statistically significant differences between the HIIT group and the control group in body composition indicators (body weight, body mass index, body fat percentage, visceral fat level, visceral fat area, and waist circumference), psychological indicators (anxiety symptoms and depressive symptoms), and sleep quality problems among female college students (all P >0.05). After the intervention, the above indicators in the HIIT group[(58.53±1.05)kg,(21.93±0.36)kg/m 2,(28.15±0.48)%,(7.31±0.43),( 78.54± 4.28)cm 2,(75.91± 1.26 )cm,2(1,3) scores,2(1,4) score,(6.15±1.58)score] all decreased ( F/Z =3.95,12.76,23.65,43.97,19.06,22.04,-3.35, -4.01 ,20.52,all P <0.05), and were all lower than those in the control group ( F/U =4.45, 6.82 , 52.34 ,28.46,34.25,13.49, 344.0 ,327.0,31.62,all P <0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the above indicators in the control group before and after the intervention (all P >0.05).Before the intervention, the total score of sleep quality problems in the HIIT group of female college students was positively correlated with the depression symptom score ( r =0.54, P < 0.05 ), while the correlation in the control group was not statistically significant ( r =-0.10, P >0.05). After the intervention, the correlation was strengthened in the HIIT group ( r =0.81, P <0.05), and the strength of the association was greater than that in the control group ( Z =3.50, P <0.05).
Conclusion
HIIT may improve sleep quality and mental health in female college students with normal weight obesity.

With the widespread use of antibiotics, drug-resistant bacterial infections have become a significant threat to human health. Finding new antibacterial strategies that can effectively control drug-resistant bacterial infections has become an urgent task. Unlike small molecule drugs that target bacterial proteins, antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) can target genes related to bacterial resistance, pathogenesis, growth, reproduction and biofilm formation. By regulating the expression of these genes, ASO can inhibit or kill bacteria, providing a novel approach for the development of antibacterial drugs. To overcome the challenge of delivering antisense oligonucleotide into bacterial cells, various drug delivery systems have been applied in this field, including cell-penetrating peptides, lipid nanoparticles and inorganic nanoparticles, which have injected new momentum into the development of antisense oligonucleotide in the antibacterial realm. This review summarizes the current development of small nucleic acid drugs, the antibacterial mechanisms, targets, sequences and delivery vectors of antisense oligonucleotide, providing a reference for the research and development of antisense oligonucleotide in the treatment of bacterial infections.

Background and Objectives:
There is no dedicated occlusive device for closing coronary artery fistulas (CAFs), and specific efficacy and safety data of various off-label occlusive devices for CAFs closure are scarce.
Methods:
Patients undergoing transcatheter closure of CAFs from January 2011 to December 2022 were included in the single-center retrospective study. The study population was divided into 2 groups: coils group (n=35) and patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) occluders group (n=66).
Results:
No significant intergroup differences were observed in demographic characteristics except age. The presence of multiple CAF origins (54.3% vs. 4.5%, p<0.001) and multiple draining sites (51.4% vs. 3.0%, p<0.001) were more common in the coils group. In contrast, the presence of aneurysm (72.7% vs. 14.3%, p<0.001), and large fistula (75.8% vs. 37.1%, p<0.001) were more prevalent in the PDA occluders group. The acute procedural success rate of the PDA occluders group was higher compared to that of the coils group (87.9% vs.62.9%, adjusted odds ratio [OR], 7.20; 95% confidence interval, 1.59–32.64; p=0.01).In addition, no significant intergroup differences were noted in both the recanalization rate (7.8% vs. 20%, p=0.107) and the reintervention rate (3.1% vs. 8.6%, p=0.342).
Conclusions
Transcatheter closure of CAFs using PDA occluders was associated with significantly higher acute procedural success rates compared to coil embolization with comparable late outcomes.
