Osteoporotic fractures pose a significant burden in aging populations, yet current assessment strategies may overlook systemic factors influencing bone health. Emerging evidence suggests that complete blood count (CBC) parameters, including red blood cell indices, white blood cell (WBC) counts and subtypes, and platelet counts, are associated with skeletal fragility and fracture risk. Anemia has been consistently linked to reduced bone mineral density and increased fracture susceptibility, potentially due to impaired oxygen delivery and osteoblast dysfunction. Elevated red cell distribution width may reflect oxidative stress and has been associated with bone loss. Inflammatory markers such as high WBC count and neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio are implicated in enhanced osteoclast activity, while platelet abnormalities may influence bone remodeling and fracture healing. These associations suggest that CBC-derived markers could serve as accessible and cost-effective indicators to support osteoporosis evaluation. However, important limitations remain, including undefined clinical thresholds, limited longitudinal evidence, and uncertain causality. Further research is needed to clarify underlying mechanisms and determine whether correcting hematological abnormalities can improve skeletal outcomes. A cautious, evidence-based approach is warranted to define the role of CBC parameters in the clinical assessment of bone health.

Objective:To evaluate the application value of extended latissimusdorsi musculocutaneous flap combined with breast precision hand in stage Ⅰ breast reconstruction. Methods:Twelve cases of extended latissimusdorsi musculocutaneous flap combined with stage Ⅰ breast reconstruction for breast cancer precision surgery were collected from January 2022 to February 2023 in our department, the postoperative complications of surgical techniques were analyzed, and the cosmetic effects of breast reconstruction were evaluated according to Harris standards. Results:All 12 cases underwent breast reconstruction with extended latissimusdorsi musculocutaneous flap, and the survival rate of the flap was 100%. There was local cutaneous margin necrosis in 1 case of back incision, partial ischemic necrosis of the nipple in 1 case, and effusion in the donor area of the back in 5 cases. Harris evaluation of cosmetic effect of breast reconstruction was excellent in 3 cases, good in 6 cases, and fair in 3 cases. Follow-up time was 4-16 months (median was 12 months), and no local recurrence or distant metastasis was observed during follow-up.Conclusions:The extended latissimusdorsi musculocutaneous flap combined with precision mastectomy stage Ⅰ reconstruction is a safe and feasible treatment method for breast cancer.

Objectives To observe the changes of the detrusor excitability and contractility and to study the mechanism of the unstable bladder. Methods Detrusor strips were obtained from prostectomy patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. According to the results of urodynamic examination, patients were divided into detrusor instability (DI) and detrusor stability group(DS). Test of mechanical tension and stimulations with electricity and carbachol were performed on the excitability and contractility of the detrusor strips from 8 patients selected from each of the groups in vitro . Results The minimum tension of the detrusor strips when contraction occurred in DI and DS was (0 324?0 132)g and (0 822?0 216)g, respectively. There was significant difference between DI and DS ( P
