This study systematically reviews the modern research progress of sanjiao （三焦） theory in the past 20 years， and differentiates concepts such as membrane-source， membrane-interstices， and membrane-system in the study of sanjiao essence. On the basis of its core functions of transporting original qi and regulating water metabolism， the study further expands the theoretical connotation of transporting original qi， defines the application boundary of sanjiao syndrome differentiation， and clarifies the conceptual categories of "sanjiao qi-transformation" and "qi-transforming sanjiao"， which reconciles the contradictions between sanjiao as a six fu （腑） organ and sanjiao as a regional division to a certain extent， and provides a valuable exploration for the innovative development of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine.

OBJECTIVE: Invent a simulator which provides a simulation of heart rate and respiratory rate to the intelligent sleep monitoring devices based on precision pressure sensors. METHODS: The simulator was composed of control part and simulated silicone doll. The simulated silicone doll contains heartbeat simulator and breathing simulation airbag. Heartbeat and breathing combination pressure signal can be produced according to frequency set values. Frequencies of pressure signal of the simulator were compared with the monitoring results of intelligent sleep monitoring devices with known accuracy to verify the frequency accuracy of pressure signal of the simulator. Verified the repeatability and stability of the simulator with a stopwatch. RESULTS: The heart rate of the simulator was with in ±2 beats per minute of the monitoring results of intelligent sleep monitoring devices and the respiratory rate of the simulator was with in ±2 times per minute of the monitoring results. The repeatability and stability of the simulator was better than ±5% according to results with a stopwatch. CONCLUSIONS It's practicable to use the simulator which provides a simulation of heart rate and respiratory rate to the accuracy test of the intelligent sleep monitoring devices based on precision pressure sensor.

Objective:To report 1 case of mushroom poisoning complicated with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome treated by liver transplantation, so as to explore surgical effectiveness and prognosis of liver transplantation on children mushroom poisoning.Methods:Retrospectively analyzed a child with mushroom poisoning who was admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University in June 2017.Conventional treatment was not ideal, the child was conducted orthotopic liver transplantation.The effectiveness was evaluated and the feasibility of liver transplantation in treating children mushroom poisoning with literatures was reviewed.Results:A male 2-year old child obtained, preo-perative Child-pugh class for C. This child recovered well postoperatively, the jaundice disappeared, and liver enzyme and blood coagulation function improved significantly within 1 week after liver transplantation.However, the head magnetic resonance imaging presented brain atrophy and ventricular expansion, with intelligence and athletic ability being significantly behind his peers through postoperative regular follow-up for 2 years.Conclusion:Fulminant hepatic failure that was caused by mushroom poisoning is an indication for liver transplantation, and orthotopic liver transplantation is an effective method for the treatment of mushroom poisoning, which can effectively improve liver function, metabolic disorders and blood coagulation function for children with mushroom poisoning, but nervous system damage that was caused by mushroom poisoning is irreversible.Although liver transplantation technology successfully cured liver failure, it still left severe neurological sequelae.
