Objective: To determine the internal relationships pf perceived discrimination and rejection sensitivity with social adjustment among college students with left behind experiences, so as to provide a reference for targeted prevention and intervention strategies for social adjustment issues in this population. Methods: A cluster random sampling method was used to select 2 999 college students from 3 universities in Qiqihar and Daqing, Heilongjiang Province. In October, 2024 (T1) and April 2025 (T2), the Discrimination Perception Questionnaire of college students, Rejection Sensitivity Questionnaire, and the Chinese College Student Adjustment Scale (CCSAS) were used to assess students perceptions of discrimination, rejection sensitivity, and social adjustment levels. Independent sample t-test was used for group comparisons. Traditional cross sectional comparisons and cross sectional network analysis were performed using T1 data for the core sample of 1 080 students with left behind experiences (T1). Longitudinal network analysis was performed using paired data from T1 and T2 ( n =1 024) and a preliminary cross lagged model was used to determine the relationships between variables. Sensitivity analysis was performed by including followup data from students without left behind experiences to test the robustness of the results. Results: After gender adjustment, students with leftbehind experiences had higher scores on discrimination perception (13.14±0.16) and rejection sensitivity (92.82±0.73) compared to the non left behind group (10.25±0.12) (89.12±0.55) while the social adjustment score (194.94±1.05) was lower than the non left behind group (202.82±0.79). The differences were statistically significant ( F =212.03, 16.52, 36.02, all P <0.01). Cross sectional network analysis showed that the "anticipated rejection likelihood" was the core node ( EI=-2.27 , BEI =-2.37), playing a key role in inter network connections and overall dynamic regulation. Longitudinal network comparison revealed statistically significant changes in the intensity centrality of the nodes "individual discrimination perception" and "anticipated rejection likelihood" (both P <0.05), while other nodes remained relatively stable. Cross lagged network analysis showed that the predictive effects of T1 on the variables at T2 were not statistically significant (maximum | r |=0.05, FDR corrected P >0.50), but the binomial test indicated a systematic positive correlation trend between the variables (66.7% positive correlation, P =0.04). Sensitivity analysis showed that the bridge effect of the "anticipated rejection likelihood" and "learning adjustment" nodes at T2 was more significant in the left behind group compared to the non left behind group. Conclusion The social adjustment issues of college students with left behind experiences require focused attention on the negative regulatory effect of "rejection cognition" and the positive regulatory effect of "learning adaptation".

Objective Discuss the safety and effectiveness of flow diverter device and traditional stent inthetreatment of unruptured ophthalmic segment aneurysms.Methods A retrospective analysis from January 2017 to January 2023 was performed on the clinical data of 70 cases of unruptured aneurysms in the Department of Neurosurgery of Southern Theater General Hospital treated with stent-assisted embolization.According to the type of implanted stents,theywere divided into flow diverter device group(n = 21)and traditional stent group(n = 49),and the postoperative clinical effects and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The two groups of patients followed 3 to 24 months,with an average of(14.4±1.82)months.The results of periopera-tive and follow-up showed that the inclusion rate was higher in the flow diverter device group and the traditional stent group(93.3%vs.87.9%),with no significant difference(P>0.05),and the incidence of perioperative and short-term complications was lower(0 vs.6.1%)in the flow diverter device group than in the traditional stent group,and there currencies rate in the flow diverter device group was lower than that in the traditional stent group(0 vs.6.1%),but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Flow diverter devices and traditional stents in the treatment of unruptured ophthalmic segment aneurysmsare feasible,safe and effective.Preliminary results suggest that the incidence of short-term complications and retreatment is lower after treatment with flow diverter devices,and the operation time is short,but further studies are needed to validate long-term complica-tions in patients.

Xiaoxuming decoction is one of the classical prescriptions in ancient times,mainly used for treating stroke syndrome,with significant therapeutic effects.Recent studies have found that it is also effective for other neurological diseases besides stroke,such as facial paralysis and vertigo,but there are few reports on related achievements,lacking systematic organization and summary.This article systematically summarizes the application practice and mechanism of Xiaoxuming decoction in the above-mentioned diseases,aiming to provide a solid foundation and scientific reference for deepening the exploration of Xiaoxuming decoction in the field of nervous system disease.

BACKGROUND:There is a high morbidity after spinal cord injury, and the therapeutic strategy is limited to early surgical intervention, medication and post-treatment exercise that only can improve the motor function slightly. However, there is no effective cure method. OBJECTIVE:To study the effect of partition-type spinal cord catheter combined with bone marrow stromal stem cels on T8 spinal cord transection damage in rats. METHODS:Fifty rats were randomized into five groups (n=10 per group): group I, T8 spinal cord transection (5 mm) was made in rats with no treatment; group II, the partition-type tube was inserted into the injured site after modeling; group III, partition-type tube combined with bone marrow stromal stem cels was implanted into the injured site after modeling; group IV, partition-type tube combined with polyglycolic acid fibers was implanted into the injured site after modeling; group V, partition-type tube combined with bone marrow stromal stem cels and polyglycolic acid fibers was implanted into the injured site after modeling. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:At 2 and 12 weeks postoperatively, Basso, Beattie and Bresnahan scores were significantly higher in the groups III and IV than the groups I, II, IV (P < 0.05). At 12 weeks postoperatively, the latency of motor evoked potential below the injury plane was significantly decreased in group V compared with groups I, II, III, IV (P < 0.05). Immunohistochemical results displayed that in the groups III and V, regenerated nerve fibers grew positively and arranged orderly among the tubes, and there was no obvious winding phenomenon. Under transmission electron microscopy, a certain number of myelinated nerve fibers were found as bridges among groups. These findings indicate that the partition-type chitosan tube combined with bone marrow stromal stem cels has a good connection with the injured spinal cord a good connection to restore part of electrophysiological properties, accelerate the axon regeneration, recover the motor function, thereby providing a new direction for the treatment of spinal cord injury. Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of cyclosporin A combined with glucocorti-costeroid in the treatment of juvenile uveitis.Methods 66 juvenile uveitis patients(93 eyes)were selected.Accord-ing to the conditions,the patients were treated by oral administration of cyclosporin A,2-5mg·kg -1 ·d -1 ,twice per day,combined with prednisone,0.5-1mg·kg -1 ·d -1 ,taken in the morning.After 4-6 months treatment,the inflam-mation control and visual acuity improvement were observed,and before and after treatment liver and kidney function, blood glucose,blood pressure,white blood cell counts were checked.Adverse reactions in patients were recorded with regular follow-up.Results After 4-6 months treatment,heal inflammation 78 eyes,accounted for 83.87%;improved 9 eyes,accounted for 9.68%;no respond in 6 eyes,accounted for 6.45%;the total effective rate was 93.55%.Visual acuity was obviously improved in 50 eyes,improved in 27 eyes and no response in 16 eyes;the total effective rate was 82.79%;56 eyes were removed from residual standard.In the stage of therapy,6 patients had liver and kidney dys-function,6 patients had blood abnormalities,and 3 patients had low blood sugar,all were controlled by symptomatic treatment in the normal range,and no systemic progression.Conclusion Cyclosporin A combined with glucocortico-steroid applied in juvenile uveitis improved the results with obvious clinical effect and fewer systemic side effect.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for determining the main contents and entrapment efficiency in the bruc-ine nanostructured lipid carrier(NLC). METHODS:HPLC was adopted to determine the main content,sephadex gel filtration meth-od was employed to separate free drug in brucine NLC to determine the entrapment efficiency. The column was Dikma C18 with the mobile phase of mobile phase A(methanol)-mobile phase B [water-acetic acid-triethylamine(230∶2.4∶0.3,V/V/V)](30∶70,V/V)at the flow rate of 1 ml/min,the detection wavelength was 265 nm,volume was 10 μl and temperature was 30 ℃. RESULTS:The linear range of brucine was 4.00-80.00μg/ml(r=0.999 9);RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were≤1.67%;av-erage recoveries of content determination and sephadex gel filtration method were respectively 99.66%(RSD=0.45%,n=9) and 99.75%(RSD=1.74%,n=9);and the average entrapment efficiency was 69.92%. CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple,re-producible and efficient,and can be used for the determination of main contents and entrapment efficiency in brucine NLC.

Objective To introduce a new method of septal cartilage augmentation for hump nose plasty. Methods The section of septal cartilage was collected and divided into two or three parts. The grafts were sutured by means of a mattress suture, and placed over the dorsum of superior and inferior hump. The dorsum became flat and straight immediately afterward. Results After a short term and long term follow up, 30 patients who underwent this operation were satisfied the operative results. Conclusion Septal cartilage augmentation for hump nose plasty is an efficient new method.
