Objective: To understand the awareness of chikungunya fever knowledge and its related factors among medical college students in Baise City, so as to provide a scientific basis to offer relevant courses and special education. Methods: From July to August 2025, 7 286 enrolled medical students were selected by a sampling method from a medical college in Baise City to participate in the questionnaire survey. The questionnaire covered epidemiological characteristics, clinical symptoms, and prevention/control knowledge of chikungunya fever. Statistical analyses including the Chi quare test and multivariate Logistic regression models were performed. Results: The overall awareness rate of chikungunya fever knowledge among the medical students was 18.89%. Among the knowledge items, the awareness rate of "the high incidence season" was the highest (84.05%), while that of "the infectious period" was the lowest (17.80%). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that medical students with female (a OR= 1.37 , 95%CI =1.20- 1.57 ), the age for over 25 years old (a OR=1.76, 95%CI =1.05-2.93), whose father had a middle school educational level (a OR=1.18, 95%CI =1.05-1.31), and majored in preventive medicine (a OR=1.54, 95%CI =1.10-1.67) had relatively higher awareness rates of chikungunya fever knowledge (all P <0.05). In contrast, students of Zhuang ethnicity (a OR= 0.87 , 95%CI =0.76-0.98) and majoring in nursing (a OR=0.74, 95%CI =0.61-0.91) or pharmacy (a OR=0.70, 95%CI =0.52-0.95) had relatively lower awareness rates (all P <0.05). Conclusions The awareness rate of chikungunya fever related knowledge among medical college students in Baise City is relatively low. Schools should take targeted publicity measures to improve medical students awareness.

Objective To investigate the role of RNA-binding motif protein X-linked(RBMX)in regulating the proliferation,migration,invasion and glycolysis in human bladder cancer cells.Methods A lentivirus vectors system and RNA interference technique were used to construct bladder cancer 1376 and UC-3 cell models with RBMX overexpression and knockdown,respectively,and successful cell modeling was verified using RT-qPCR and Western blotting.Proliferation and colony forming ability of the cells were evaluated using EdU assay and colony-forming assay,and cell migration and invasion abilities were determined using Transwell experiment.The expressions of glycolysis-related proteins M1 pyruvate kinase(PKM1)and M2 pyruvate kinase(PKM2)were detected using Western blotting.The effects of RBMX overexpression and knockdown on glycolysis in the bladder cancer cells were assessed using glucose and lactic acid detection kits.Results RT-qPCR and Western blotting confirmed successful construction of 1376 and UC-3 cell models with RBMX overexpression and knockdown.RBMX overexpression significantly inhibited the proliferation,clone formation,migration and invasion of bladder cancer cells,while RBMX knockdown produced the opposite effects.Western blotting results showed that RBMX overexpression increased the expression of PKM1 and decreased the expression of PKM2,while RBMX knockdown produced the opposite effects.Glucose consumption and lactate production levels were significantly lowered in the cells with RBMX overexpression(P<0.05)but increased significantly following RBMX knockdown(P<0.05).Conclusion RBMX overexpression inhibits bladder cancer progression and lowers glycolysis level in bladder cancer cells by downregulating PKM2 expression,suggesting the potential of RBMX as a molecular target for diagnosis and treatment of bladder cancer.

Objective:To investigate the association of total sleep time (TST) and oxygen desaturation index (ODI) with hypertension in patients with obstructive sleep apnea/hypopnea syndrome (OSA).Methods:A total of 440 OSA patients admitted to Yixing Hospital from January 2017 to December 2022 were consecutively enrolled, including 236 patients with hypertension (OSA+hypertension group) and 204 patients without hypertension (OSA group). The clinical data and polysomnograpic parameters were collected. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the related factors of OSA complicated with hypertension. The multiplicative interaction between TST and ODI on OSA with hypertension was analyzed. A two-factor cross-over analysis of TST and ODI was performed and the additive interaction model was used to analyze the additive interaction between TST and ODI on OSA with hypertension.Results:Univariate logistic regression showed that male sex, smoking, diabetes, coronary heart disease, TST <7 h, age, body mass index, neck circumference, waist circumference, Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS) score, TST, AHI, ODI>16 times/h, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol and fasting blood glucose were positively correlated with hypertension in OSA patients (all P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that smoking ( OR=4.327, 95% CI: 2.499-2.499, P<0.001), TST<7 h ( OR=1.748, 95% CI: 1.079-2.832, P=0.023) and ODI>16 times/h ( OR=3.482, 95% CI: 2.016-6.014, P<0.001) were independently associated with hypertension in OSA patients. After introducing a multiplicative term and adjusting for confounding factors, there was a positive multiplication interaction between TST <7 h and ODI>16 times/h ( OR=2.958, 95% CI: 1.079-8.113, P<0.050). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the risk of hypertension in OSA patients with TST<7 h and ODI>16 times/h was 7.196 times (95% CI: 3.421-15.137) higher than that in patients with TST≥7 h and ODI≤16 times/h. The additive interaction model showed a synergistic effect between TST<7 h and ODI>16 times/h, with S value of 4.302 (95% CI: 1.566-11.815), RERI value of 4.756 (95% CI: 0.642-8.869) and API value of 66.10% (95% CI: 43.10%-89.10%). Conclusion:Shortened sleep duration and increased ODI are independent risk factors for hypertension in OSA patients, and when they coexist, the risk of hypertension in OSA patients is further increased.

Objective This study aims to develop and validate a dynamic web-based nomogram for predicting kinetophobia in patients following percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A prospective design was employed to selectively enroll 330 PCI patients admitted to a hospital in Hangzhou from December 2022 to July 2023.Single-factor analysis and Lasso regression were utilized to identify independent risk factors for kinesophobia post-PCI.Logistic regression was performed using R software,and a nomogram was constructed.The model was assessed through the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC)and Hosmer-Lemeshow tests.Results There were 206 cases of kinesiophobia in 330 patients after PCI,and the incidence was 62.4％.Logistic regression analysis identified combined heart failure,emergency surgery,NYHA cardiac function grade,ADL level,sedentary behavior,Chinese version of PROMIS Physical Function Summary Table score,and Chinese version of Perceptive Social Support Scale score as independent influencing factors for kinesophobia after PCI(P＜0.05).The AUC value of the model was 0.821,with a sensitivity of 70.4％and specificity of 82.0％.The Hosmer-Lemeshow fit test yielded a non-significant result(x2=9.350,P=0.314).Calibration and decision curves demonstrated the model's favorable calibration and clinical practicability.The C-index of the nomogram prediction model was 0.778,0.774,and 0.800,respectively,by 5-fold cross-validation,10-fold cross-validation,and the Bootstrap method.Conclusion The dynamic nomogram model developed in this study effectively predicts kinesophobia in patients after PCI.It provides valuable references and support for clinical staff in early identification of high-risk patients,enabling the formulation of individualized health education strategies and exercise rehabilitation plans.

Objective:To explore whether life satisfaction has a mediating effect between child neglect and middle school student’ problematic mobile phone use.Methods:Totally 1 692 middle school students from four middle schools of Xiamen in June 2020 were selected by cluster stratified sampling.The self-rating questionnaire for adolescent problematic mobile phone use (SQAPMPU), child neglect scale (CNS) and quality of life scale for children and adolescents (QLSCA) were used for the survey. SPSS 23.0 software was used for descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, regression analysis and the mediating effect analysis.Results:The scores of CNS, QLSCA and SQAPMPU were (24.45±14.28), (134.44±19.34), (23.20±8.94)respectively.And the detection rate of problematic mobile phone use was 23.6%. There were significant differences in the scores of SQAPMPU scale in different grades, father's education degrees, mother's education degrees and monthly pocket money(all P<0.05). In SQAPMPU, high school students scored significantly higher than junior school students( t=-2.403, P=0.016), adolescents with undergrate education of their father and mother scored the lowest( F=3.411, P=0.017; F=2.729, P=0.043), adolescents with monthly pocket money of "500-1 000" and "1 000-2 000" scored significantly higher than those with monthly pocket money of "under 500". The total scores and sub scores of child neglect were significantly positively correlated with the total scores and sub scores of problematic mobile phone use ( r=0.177-0.360, all P<0.05). The total scores and sub scores of life satisfaction were significantly negative correlated with the total scores and sub scores of problematic mobile phone use ( r==-0.508--0.250, all P<0.05). Child neglect had a positive predictive effect on problematic mobile phone use ( t=15.598, R2=0.130, P<0.05), but had a negative predictive effect on life satisfaction ( t=-27.798, R2=0.321, P<0.05). There were the part intermediary role of life satisfaction between child neglect and problematic mobile phone use( t=-13.937, R2=0.222, P<0.05), and the mediating effect accounted for 58.29% of the total effect. Conclusion:The neglected experience in childhood of adolescents not only can directly affect problematic mobile phone use, but also can affect the problematic mobile phone use by affecting life satisfaction.

Objective:To summarize the characteristics and nursing experience of patients of transthyretin amyloid polyneuropathy.Methods:A retrospective study was performed in 9 patients with transthyretin amyloid polyneuropathy from different area in china from February 2018 to October 2021 in the Second Affiliated Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medical, summarized nursing points:used list to popularize disease knowledge, improved the nursing skills of rare diseases; did a good job in the safety nursing of sensory motor disorders to prevent pressure sores, scalds, fall, thrombosis and other complications, paid attention to the nursing of autonomic nerve dysfunction, prevented postural hypotension. Observe and prevent heart failure, manage diarrhea and constipation, and applied the guide to personalized urinary tract management;provided genetic counseling services, personalized continuing care and psychological care.Results:During hospitalization, the clinical symptoms of 9 patients were improved to varying degrees, after 3 months of telephone follow-up after discharge, 9 patients had no adverse events such as pressure ulcer and fall.Conclusions:By improving specialized skills, predictive risk management and symptom care, the symptoms of postural hypotension, urinary retention, constipation, diarrhea and other symptoms of transthyretin amyloid polyneuropathy patients can be prevented and improved, and adverse events such as falls and pressure sores can be avoided.

Objective:To retrieve and summarize the evidence on early enteral nutrition in critically ill patients with prone position ventilation.Methods:The relevant evidence on early enteral nutrition in critically ill patients with prone position ventilation was systematically searched through computer in domestic and foreign guideline websites, institutional websites and databases. The quality was assessed using the literature evaluation criteria and systematic review evaluation tools of the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Evidence-Based Health Care Center in Australia. The retrieval time limit was from January 1, 2015 to November 11, 2020.Results:A total of 10 articles were included, involving one clinical decision, four guidelines, three systematic reviews, and two original literature. A total of 18 pieces of evidence from 7 aspects were summarized on early enteral nutrition assessment, restart timing, body position, feeding program (intake, transgastric/postpyloric feeding, nasogastric feeding rate, nutritional preparations) , monitoring (gastric residual volume, gastric antral motility index) , drug prevention, staffing and training.Conclusions:This study summarizes the evidence of early enteral nutrition in critically ill patients with prone position ventilation, and provides evidence-based evidence for nursing managers to formulate enteral nutrition plans scientifically.

Objective:To retrieve, appraise and synthesize the best available evidence on prevention and management of incontinence-associated dermatitis in adult inpatients.Methods:All the evidence on prevention and management of incontinence-associated dermatitis in adult inpatients was searched by computer from domestic and foreign electronic databases, guide.com and related professional websites from January 2010 to January 2020. Literature evaluation tools such as AGREEⅡ, AMSTAR were used for evaluation. Data extraction of documents that met the inclusion criteria.Results:A total of 28 pieces of relevant evidence were obtained. It includes 6 aspects: assessment and prevention, management of incontinence, cleaning, moisturizing and protection, treatment, monitoring and management.Conclusions:the 28 pieces of evidences in this study can better guide the medical staff in the prevention and management of incontinence-associated dermatitis in adult inpatients. It is suggested that the medical staff should carefully apply the evidence in combination with the specific clinical environment and the patient ′s will, and pay attention to the update of relevant evidence in time.

Objective:To investigate the relationship of antinuclear antibody (ANA) status with clinical features and malignancy risk in adult patients with dermatomyositis.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed to analyze clinical data from 101 inpatients with dermatomyositis in Department of Dermatology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from April 2008 to April 2018. These patients were divided into ANA-positive group and ANA-negative group, and differences in myopathy and malignancy risks as well as other clinical features were analyzed between the 2 groups. A 2-year follow-up was undertaken among 92 patients. Chi-square test was used to analyze and compare clinical features between the 2 groups, and a multivariate regression model was used to analyze the relationship of ANA status with amyopathic dermatomyositis and malignancies.Results:Among the 101 patients with dermatomyositis, there were 42 males and 59 females, aged 55.13 ± 14.63 years; 14 patients had amyopathic dermatomyositis, 6 patients had hypomyopathic dermatomyositis, and 81 patients had myopathic dermatomyositis; 42 (41.58%) cases were positive for ANA, and 59 (58.41%) were negative for ANA. Compared with the ANA-negative group, the ANA-positive group showed significantly decreased incidence of cervical erythema (33.33% vs. 59.32%, P=0.010) and shawl sign (14.28% vs. 35.59%, P=0.017) . Twenty-eight (27.72%) patients with dermatomyositis were complicated by malignancies. Malignancies were found in 5 (11.9%) of ANA-positive patients, and in 23 (38.98%) of ANA-negative patients. Univariate analysis showed that ANA-negative patients with dermatomyositis had a higher risk of malignancies compared with ANA-positive patients with dermatomyositis, with an odds ratio of 7.52 (95% CI: 1.62-13.78, P=0.003) . In the multivariate regression model, the absence of ANA ( OR=4.34, 95% CI: 1.37-13.72, P=0.012) and cervical erythema ( OR=3.27, 95% CI: 1.20-8.91, P=0.020) were associated with high incidence of malignancies, while the absence of ANA was not significantly correlated with the occurrence of amyopathic dermatomyositis ( OR=0.99, 95% CI: 0.32-2.99, P=0.980) . Conclusions:ANA-negative adult dermatomyositis patients with cervical erythema had an increased risk of malignancies. Thus, close follow-up and regular tumor screening are necessary in these patients.
