Objective:To explore the effectiveness of rapid cycle deliberate practice (RCDP) in training newly hired nurses′comprehensive emergency competence and to provide references for enhancing their capabilities. Methods:A quasi-experimental study was conducted using purposeful sampling. From September to December 2022, newly hired nurses at Liaocheng Second People′s Hospital were selected as research subjects and randomly assigned to a controlor an observation group using random number table. The control group received traditional group drill training, while the observation group underwent RCDP training. The study compared pre- and post-training scores of emergency theory and skill assessments, scores on the Chinese version of the Perceived Cognitive Ability Scale in Emergency Situations (PCAS), and training satisfaction levels between the two groups. Results:Each group comprised 30 nurses. The control group consisted of 3 males and 27 females, with a mean age of (22.70 ± 1.09) years; the observation group included 2 males and 28 females, with a mean age of (22.93 ± 0.87) years. Post-training comprehensive emergency competence assessment scores was (89.19 ± 1.47) in the control group and (93.00 ± 1.41) in the observation group, with a statistically significant difference ( t = - 4.60, P<0.01). The scores and total scores of PCAS in the observation group were (34.23 ± 1.91), (12.70 ± 1.62), (10.03 ± 1.52) and (56.97 ± 3.09), respectively, which were higher than the (31.70 ± 2.42), (11.90 ± 1.16), (9.10 ± 1.42), and (52.47 ± 3.65) in the control group, the difference between the two groups were statistically significant ( t value were - 5.16 - - 2.20, all P<0.05). The total score of training satisfaction of nurses in the observation group was (41.93 ± 2.53) points, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the (33.80 ± 2.58) pointsin the control group ( t = - 12.33, P<0.01). Conclusions:The application of the RCDP method in training newly recruited nurses′comprehensive emergency competence effectively enhances their learning enthusiasm and initiative, thereby improving training outcomes.

Objective:To investigate the reasonable airflow organization and exhaust system facilities during the operation of the inspection workshop, and solve the problem of the accumulation of harmful gases such as ozone and nitrogen oxides in the workshop. Methods:In May 2023, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technology was used to numerically simulate the diffusion of ozone and nitrogen oxides generated by industrial radiographic inspection operations, and the comparative detection method was used to analyze the ozone and nitrogen oxides concentrations before and after the renovation of the ventilation system of the inspection workshop. Results:After the renovation of ventilation system, the average concentration of ozone in the inspection workshop decreased from 0.81 mg/m 3 to 0.03 mg/m 3, and the average concentration of nitrogen oxides decreased from 0.42 mg/m 3 to 0.01 mg/m 3, and the differences were statistically significant ( t=20.51, 10.38, P<0.001) . Conclusion:The ventilation facilities of the inspection workshop are set up in the airflow organization mode of sending up and down the exhaust, and the ventilation pipes are scientifically designed through the calculation of ventilation hydraulic balance, which can effectively control the concentration of harmful gases in the inspection workshop.

Objective To investigate the specific vessels signs in lung cancer by 64-slice spiral CT in first phase perfusion ima-ging so as to get more reasonable time about CT angiography .Methods Among the 47 cases ,there were 38 cases of central and 9 cases of peripheral primary lung cancer underwent 64-slice spiral CT in first phase perfusion imaging :one scan was obtained every 1 seconds during 8-38 seconds with 8 section × I without scanning interval after injection .Precontrast and postcontrast attenuation on every leisions was recorded ,to calculate the peak height(PH) and peak height time by time density curves TDC of pulmonary le-sions to aorta ,those reflect the the tumor feeding artery Imaging about lesions of lung cancer and inflammation .observed and calcu-lated the display rate and display time of lesions of lung cancer and inflammation .means of t test was used for statistics .Results a-bout the peak heights of in pulmonary artery and aorta phese ,statistically significant differences were found between inflammation and lung cancer(P<0 .05) .no statistically significant differences were found between central and peripheral lung cancer (P>0 .05) . about the peak heights time in aorta phase ,no statistically significant differences were found among three groups (P>0 .05) .The tumor vascularity were discoved in lesions in patients with lung cancer (44/47 cases ,93 .62% );The erosion narrow pulmonary ar-tery were discoved in central lung cancer (37/38 cases ,97 .37% ) ,in peripheral lung cancer(6/9 cases 66 .67% );no abnormal pulmo-nary artery were discoved only in 4 patients with lung cancer .Both tumor vascularity and abnormal pulmonary artery were most dis-plaied in 18-31s in CT angiography .Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT in first phase dynamic perfusion imaging can order completely show the specific vessels signs in lung cancer and reflect the tumor feeding artery Imaging of lung cancer .Analysising those benefi-ted to select reasonably the time of CT angiography and Improve the rate of lung cancer diagnosis .

Objective To explore the relationship between vitamin D receptor(VDR)gene polymorphisms and bone mineral density(BMD)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM)and to better understand the pathogenesis of osteoporosis. Methods Ninety seven patients with type 2 DM were recruited for this study.BMD was measured by single photon absorptiometry at the lower one third of the nondominant radius and ulna.Polymorphisms of the VDR gene were analyzed by DNA amplification with polymerase chain reaction(PCR)and endonuclease digestion with Bsm Ⅰ.Results The respective frequencies of VDR genotypes were BB 18.6%,Bb 27.8% and bb 53.6%.The Z scores of the three groups were - 1.57 ± - 0.60,- 1.45 ± - 0.67 and - 1.41 ± - 0.81,respectively.Although the BMD of the Bb genotype DM patients was higher than that of BB genotype DM patients and lower than that of bb genotype DM patients, there were no significant differences. Conclusion These findings suggest a small influence of VDR gene polymorphism on the BMD of patients with type 2 DM.Further study on the value of VDR genotypes in the pathogenesis of osteoporosis in diabetes mellitus is still needed.
