OBJECTIVE To analyze the prototype components absorbed into blood and brain of Lithocarpus litseifolius leaves， so as to provide a reference for clarifying the pharmacological material basis of its prevention and treatment of central nervous system dis eases. METHODS The ethanol extract of L. litseifolius leaves， as well as the gastric lavage fluid and perfusion solution were prepared. Using rats as subjects， plasma samples of intestinal wall metabolism， intestinal flora metabolism and hepatic metabolism were prepared via in situ intestinal perfusion and closed intestinal loop method； while comprehensive metabolic plasma samples， brain tissue samples， and cerebrospinal fluid samples were collected after intragastric administration. UPLC-HRMS technology was utilized to analyze and identify chemical components and prototype components absorbed into blood and brain of L. litseifolius leaves. RESULTS A total of 66 chemical constituents were identified in L. litseifolius leaves， primarily consisting of flavonoids， organic acids， and others. A total of 16， 13， 11， and 5 prototype components were identified in intestinal wall metabolism， intestinal flora metabolism， hepatic metabolism， and comprehensive metabolic plasma samples， respectively. Additionally， 4 prototype components were detected in brain tissue and 9 in cerebrospinal fluid. Phloridzin， trilobatin， phloretin-2- O -malonyl hexoside， and phloretin were identified as common components across all sample types. CONCLUSIONS Prototype components absorbed into blood and brain of L. litseifolius leaves， such as phloridzin， trilobatin， phloretin， and other components may serve as the pharmacological material basis for their therapeutic effects on central nervous system diseases.

Objective: To investigate the factors influencing the co-prevalence of allergic rhinitis and obesity among primary and secondary school students in Inner Mongolia, so as to provide a data foundation and theoretical basis for developing targeted intervention measures. Methods: In September and October 2024, a stratified cluster random sampling method was employed to select 139 102 students from 539 schools across 12 leagues/cities and 103 banners/counties in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Participants who were diagnosed with allergic rhinitis by a doctor at least once within one year and had a body mass index ≥ 28 kg/m 2 were considered to have comorbid conditions. Results: The coprevalence rate of allergic rhinitis and obesity among primary and secondary school students in Inner Mongolia was 6.4% (8 931 cases). Lasso-Logistic regression revealed that nonboarding status, higher maternal education, consuming high protein foods ≥1 time daily, occasionally or never eating breakfast, engaging in moderate to vigorous physical activity for ≥60 minutes on fewer than half of holidays, and having been exposed to second hand smoke in person within the past seven days were associated with higher odds ratios for co-prevalence of allergic rhinitis and obesity( OR = 1.23 , 1.22-1.63, 1.20, 1.19, 1.38, 1.35); being female, higher grade level, residence in flag/county/district areas, non only child status, never having consumed a full glass of alcohol, non hypertensive status, and households without pets were associated with lower co-prevalence risks ( OR =0.65, 0.67-0.77, 0.81, 0.87, 0.73, 0.41, 0.68) (all P <0.05). The ROC curve indicated an area under the curve of 0.64 for the predictive model, demonstrating satisfactory discriminatory ability. The calibration curve showed consistency between predicted and actual occurrence probabilities. Conclusions The co-prevalence of allergic rhinitis and obesity among primary and secondary school students in Inner Mongolia is closely associated with demographic characteristics, dietary behaviours, and lifestyle habits. Future prevention and control strategies should prioritize these factors to implement targeted interventions.

Objective To investigate the clinical application of ceftazidime/avibactam(CAZ/AVI)in lung trans-plant recipients with pulmonary infection caused by carbapenem-resistant Gram-negative bacilli(CRGNB),and ana-lyze the factors affecting the prognosis.Methods Lung transplant recipients who had CRGNB pulmonary infection and were treated with CAZ/AVI were included in the analysis.Based on 14-day clinical response,14-day microbial response,and 30-day survival status,the recipients were divided into a clinical response group and a clinical failure group,a microbial response group and a microbial failure group,as well as a survival group and a death group,re-spectively.Univariate analysis was conducted on various data from the two groups.Factors affecting therapeutic ef-ficacy and survival were included in a binary logistic regression model.Independent risk factors for CAZ/AVI anti-infective efficacy and all-cause mortality outcomes were analyzed.Results A total of 43 recipients were included.After 14-day anti-infective treatment,32 recipients(74.42％)achieved clinical response,and 30 recipients(69.77％)achieved microbial response.34 recipients(79.07％)survived 30 days after CAZ/AVI treatment.The Charlson comorbidity index(CCI),proportion of renal dysfunction,and incidence of shock in recipients in the clini-cal response group were all lower than those in the clinical failure group(P＜0.05),while the serum albumin(ALB)level was higher(P＜0.05).The incidence of shock in recipients in the microbial response group was lower than that in the microbial failure group(P＜0.05).CCI,proportion of renal dysfunction,and incidence of shock in recipients in the survival group were all lower than those in the death group(all P＜0.05),while ALB level was higher during treatment period(P＜0.05).Multivariate analysis of 14-day clinical response and 30-day survival showed that higher CCI was an independent risk factor affecting 14-day clinical response of recipients(OR=2.22,95％CI:1.07-4.63),while lower ALB levels(OR=0.72,95％CI:0.54-0.98)and higher CCI(OR=5.27,95％CI:1.18-23.58)were independent risk factors for 30-day all-cause mortality in recipients with pulmonary in-fection after lung transplant.Conclusion CAZ/AVI may be an effective drug for treating pulmonary infection caused by CRGNB in lung transplant recipients.Higher CCI is an independent risk factor for 14-day clinical failure in recipients after CAZ/AVI treatment.Lower ALB level and higher CCI are independent risk factors for increased 30-day mortality in recipients.

Objective:To analyze the changes in the prevalence characteristics of multimorbidity among adolescents aged 13-18 in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from 2019 to 2022 and to explore the association between multimorbidity and moderate to high-intensity physical activity among them.Methods:A stratified random cluster sampling method was used to select students aged 13-18 in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region every September from 2019 to 2022. Physical examinations, demographic characteristics, and depression-related surveys were conducted to analyze the multimorbidity of overweight, obesity, high blood pressure, myopia, spinal curvature abnormality, and depression. A logistic regression model was used to analyze the association between multimorbidity and moderate to high-intensity physical activity.Results:From 2019 to 2022, 70 972, 62 923, 80 254, and 78 288 study subjects were included, with the rates of multimorbidity being 56.4%, 55.4%, 57.2%, and 55.8%, respectively. The rates of multimorbidity remained relatively stable from 2019 to 2022 ( χ2=0.06, P=0.950). The incidence of multimorbidity among girls was significantly higher than that among boys ( P<0.001). The incidence of multimorbidity among urban students was significantly higher than that among suburban students ( P<0.001). The incidence of multimorbidity among high school students was higher than that among middle school students ( P<0.001). The top three multimorbidity combinations were myopia and overweight/obesity (26.4%), myopia and high blood pressure (24.4%), and myopia and depression (19.8%), while the least common combination was depression and spinal curvature abnormality (1.1%). The multimorbidity patterns showed no significant differences between years ( χ2=0.03, P=0.999). The multimorbidity status was significantly associated with the status of meeting the standard of moderate to high-intensity physical activity ( OR=0.83, 95% CI: 0.80-0.86). The association was stronger in boys ( OR=0.77, 95% CI: 0.73-0.81) compared with girls ( OR=0.90, 95% CI: 0.85-0.96), with a significant interaction term ( P<0.001). Conclusion:From 2019 to 2022, the incidence of multimorbidity among adolescents aged 13 to 18 in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is relatively high, mainly due to the co-occurrence of myopia and other health problems. Adequate physical activity is an important factor in reducing multimorbidity.

Objective:To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of wasting, spinal curvature abnormalities and multimorbidity among children and adolescents aged 6-18 in Inner Mongolia and explore the related factors of these two health problems.Methods:In September 2022, a stratified random cluster sampling method was employed to select 188 635 children and adolescents aged 6-18 in Inner Mongolia for physical examinations and questionnaire surveys. Data on height, weight, as well as dietary behavior, physical activity, classroom environment, academic tasks, writing posture, and screen behavior were collected. The epidemiological characteristics of wasting, spinal curvature abnormalities and multimorbidity were analyzed. Additionally, a multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the factors associated with wasting, spinal curvature abnormalities and multimorbidity.Results:A total of 188 635 children and adolescents aged 6-18 years participated in this study, including 95 393 boys (50.6%) with an average age of (11.53±3.32) years. The detection rate of wasting was 3.79%, with a higher detection rate in boys (4.18%) than in girls (3.38%) ( P<0.001). The detection rate of spinal curvature abnormalities was 3.64%, with a higher detection rate in girls (4.04%) than in boys (3.25%) ( P<0.001). The detection rate of multimorbidity between wasting and spinal curvature abnormalities was 0.17%, and there was no statistically significant difference between genders ( P>0.05). The detection rates of wasting, spinal curvature abnormalities, and multimorbidity all increased with age ( P t<0.001). The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that, after adjusting for gender, age, urban/rural status, and school grade, compared to children and adolescents who exercised ≥1 hour of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity (MVPA) for at least 5 days per week and had daily screen time <2 hours, those who exercised <5 days per week ( OR=1.28, 95% CI: 1.19-1.37) and had daily screen time ≥2 hours ( OR=1.11, 95% CI: 1.03-1.19) had a higher risk of wasting. Compared to children and adolescents who had ≥5 physical education (PE) classes per week, adjusted desk and chair height,<1 hour of after-school study/writing time, and whose parents or teachers rarely or never reminded them about posture, those with <5 PE classes per week ( OR=1.11, 95% CI: 1.02-1.21), unadjusted desk and chair height ( OR=1.08, 95% CI: 1.01-1.15),≥1 hour of after-school study/writing time ( OR=1.15, 95% CI: 1.07-1.24), frequent reminders from parents ( OR=1.16, 95% CI: 1.09-1.23), and frequent reminders from teachers ( OR=1.10, 95% CI: 1.04-1.16) had a higher risk of spinal curvature abnormalities. Compared to children and adolescents who did not consume sugary drinks daily, exercised ≥1 hour of MVPA for at least 5 days per week, and whose teachers rarely or never reminded them about posture, those who consumed sugary drinks daily ( OR=1.61, 95% CI: 1.00-2.46), exercised <5 days per week ( OR=1.33, 95% CI: 1.01-1.79), and had teachers who frequently reminded them about posture ( OR=1.35, 95% CI: 1.05-1.75) had a higher risk of multimorbidity between wasting and spinal curvature abnormalities. Conclusion:The detection rates of wasting, spinal curvature abnormalities and multimorbidity among children and adolescents aged 6-18 in Inner Mongolia are generally low, with an increasing trend observed with age. Both lifestyle and school environmental factors are associated with wasting, spinal curvature abnormalities and multimorbidity.

Objective:Systematic evaluation and integration of the exercise experience of HIV infected/AIDS patients.Methods:Databases including Web of science, PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, CINAHL, PsycINFO, Wangfang Database, CNKI, SinoMed and Vip were searched, from their inception to January 31, 2024, to collect qualitative studies on HIV infected/AIDS patients′ experience of exercise. The quality of included studies was evaluated according to JBI Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative studies in Australia. The results were integrated by integrating methods.Results:A total of 20 studies were included. 87 complete findings were grouped according to similarities to form 10 new categories.These categories resulted in 4 synthesized findings: perceived benefits of exercise in HIV infected/AIDS patients; motivation of exercise in HIV infected/AIDS patients; obstructive factors of exercise in HIV infected/AIDS patients; the needs and expectations of HIV infected/AIDS for exercise.Conclusions:Exercise is a supportive nursing choice for HIV infected/AIDS patients during the treatment process, and nursing staff should pay attention to the patients′perception of exercise and guide their perception of benefits. Focus on the patients′ positive psychology and provide support from multiple perspectives. Pay attention to the factors that hinder patient movement and provide personalized care. Targeting patient needs and optimizing home exercise intervention methods.

To evaluate the clinical efficacy of selective fetal reduction in the first trimester for the treatment of intrauterine pregnancy combined with cesarean scar pregnancy (CI-CSP), this article reports a 41-year-old pregnant woman diagnosed with CI-CSP after assisted reproductive technology. At 6 + weeks of gestation, mechanical fetal reduction surgery was performed under ultrasound guidance to eliminate the fetus at the scar site, and the fetal reduction was successful. The pregnancy lasted until 38 weeks of gestation. A healthy male infant was delivered by cesarean section. This case suggests that selective fetal reduction surgery can be a feasible option to preserve intrauterine pregnancy and reduce the risk of CI-CSP, but the indications and perioperative management need to be strictly controlled.

Laryngopharyngeal reflux disease(LPRD)occurs in the upper respiratory tract and the upper digestive tract.Its pathogenesis is complex and there a lack of effective treatments.Suitable animal models and standard evaluation method are needed to explore the pathogenesis of this disease and to develop new therapeutic drugs.New Zealand rabbits are commonly used to model LPRD,via balloon dilatation.The standard evaluation method for LPRD include symptom observation and evaluation,imaging evaluation,and pH monitoring.This review considers the animal models and evaluation indexes currently used for pharyngeal reflux with reference to the global literature,to provide a reference for future research.

Objective To compare the segmenting efficacy of automatic segmentation models for advanced gastric cancer(AGC)on CT virtual monoenergetic images(VMI),non-linear blending images(NLBI)and mixed-energy images(MEI)based on 3D-nnU-Net.Methods Totally 216 cases of AGC were retrospectively enrolled,among them 185 cases were used to construct,train and validate models and divided into training set(n=154)and test set(n=31)at the ratio of 5∶1,while the other 31 cases were used as validation set to evaluate the generalization of the models.The 70 keV energy level VMI(VMI70 keV),NLBI and MEI were reconstructed with whole-abdominal dual-energy mode venous CT,and automatic segmentation models of AGC,including VMI70 keV,NLBI and MEI models were constructed using 3D-nnU-Net,respectively.Taken manually segmented results as golden standards,the efficacy of each model for segmenting all lesions and T2 stage lesions in test set and validation set were evaluated using Dice similarity coefficient(DSC),intersection over union(IoU)and average symmetric surface distance(ASSD).Results For all lesions in test and validation sets,DSC of 3 models were all＞0.80.DSC and IoU of VMI70 keV and NLBI models were both higher,while their ASSD was lower than those of MEI model(all P＜0.05).For T2 stage AGC in both test set and validation set(each n=5),DSC of MEI model was lower than that of VMI70 keV and NLBI models(both P＜0.05),while IoU of MEI model was lower than that of VMI70 keV model(P＜0.05),and its ASSD was higher than that of NLBI model(P＜0.05).Conclusion All 3D-nnU-Net-based VMI70 keV,NLBI and MEI models could effectively segment AGC on dual-energy CT images,and the segmentation efficacy of the former two were better.

Objective:To systematically evaluate the qualitative study on HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) medication experience among men who have sex with men (MSM) .Methods:China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Data, China Biology Medicine disc, VIP, PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, CINAHL, Cochrane Library, and PsycINFO were searched. The search period was from database establishment to February 1, 2024. The methodological quality of the included literature was evaluated according to the quality evaluation criteria for qualitative research of the Joanna Briggs Institute Evidence-Based Health Care Center. The integrative synthesis was used to integrate the findings.Results:A total of 11 articles were included, and 36 findings were distilled into eight new categories, which were synthesized to form three integrated findings (perceived PrEP medication benefits by MSM, perceived barriers to PrEP medication by MSM, and multidimensional adaptations to enhance the PrEP medication experience in MSM) .Conclusions:Healthcare providers should pay close attention to the PrEP medication experience of MSM, identify medication challenges promptly, and focus on assisting them with self-adaptation to improve the PrEP medication experience and increase PrEP medication adherence in MSM.
