Objective To investigate the effects of paeonol on the nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2)signaling pathway and pyroptosis levels in ectopic lesion tissues of endometriosis(EMS)mice and mouse endometrial epithelial cells(mEECs).Methods An allograft transplantation method was used to establish an EMS mouse model.Thirty-five Balb/c mice were divided into a sham group,a model group,a 12.5 mg/kg paeonol group,a 25 mg/kg paeonol group,a 50 mg/kg paeonol group,a 0.5 mg/kg gestrinone group(positive control group),and a 50 mg/kg paeonol+Nrf2 inhibitor ML385(30 mg/kg)group,with 5 mice in each group.mEECs were divided into a cell control group,a 10 ng/ml transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)or 100 ng/ml lipopolysaccharide(LPS)model group,a 50 μmol/Lpaeonol group,a 100 μmol/L paeonol group,and a 100 μmol/L paeonol+ML385 group.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)kits were used to detect the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),IL-1β,and IL-18 in the serum of EMS mice and the culture supernatant of mEECs.Hematoxylin and eosin(H&E)staining was used to detect histopathological changes in ectopic lesion tissues of mice.Western blot experiments were conducted to detect the protein expression levels of NOD-like receptor thermal protein domain-associated protein 3(NLRP3),apoptosis-associated speck-like protein(ASC),caspase-1,gasdermin D protein N-terminal fragment(GSDMD-N),Nrf2,heme oxygenase-1(HO-1),and quinone oxidoreductase-1(NQO-1)in ectopic lesion tissues and mEECs.The MTT method was used to detect the cell survival rate of mEECs,and the EdU staining method was used to detect the proliferation ability of mEECs.Wound healing assay and Transwell chambers were used to detect the migration and invasion abilities of mEECs,respectively.The FAM-FLICA? Caspase-1 kit was used to detect Caspase-1 levels in mEECs.AutoDock Vina software was used for molecular docking of paeonol with Nrf2 to evaluate their binding ability.Results Compared with the model group,the paeonol groups and the gestrinone group showed reduced ectopic lesion volumes in EMS mice(P<0.05),decreased serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1β,and IL-18,decreased expression of pyroptosis marker proteins NLRP3,ASC,Caspase-1,and GSDMD-N in ectopic lesion tissues,and increased expression levels of Nrf2,HO-1,and NQO-1.Compared with the TGF-β1 model group,the paeonol group showed reduced proliferation,migration,and invasion abilities of mEECs.Compared with the LPS model group,the paeonol group showed decreased levels of inflammatory factors TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1β,and IL-18 in mEECs,decreased expression levels of NLRP3,ASC,Caspase-1,and GSDMD-N,and increased expression levels of Nrf2,HO-1,and NQO-1.In the EMS mouse model,the Nrf2 inhibitor ML385 reversed the inhibitory effects of 50 mg/kg paeonol on pyroptosis and inflammatory levels in ectopic lesion tissues.In the in vitro cell model,ML385 reversed the effects of 100 μmol/L paeonol on mEECs.The binding score of paeonol with Nrf2 was-6.1 kcal/mol,and paeonol formed hydrogen bonds with the VAL-604 and LEU-365 amino acid residues of Nrf2.Conclusion Paeonol can alleviate inflammatory responses in EMS mice,reduce NLRP3 inflammasome activation and pyroptosis levels in ectopic lesion tissues,and activate the Nrf2/HO-1 signaling pathway in ectopic lesion tissues of EMS mice.

Objective:To evaluate the differences in pregnancy outcomes of patients and cost variance with hormone replacement therapy for frozen-thawed embryo transfer (HRT-FET) under different luteal support scheme.Methods:A retrospective cohort study was performed. A total of 1009 cycles of HRT-FET from October 2017 to April 2019 were collected and the patients were recruited from Reproductive Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University. According to different luteal support protocol, patients in group A ( n=504) were treated with oral progesterone capsule while patients in group B ( n=505) were treated with progesterone vaginal sustained release gel and dydrogesterone. The pregnancy outcomes, pregnancy complications and cost-effectiveness ratio were compared between the two groups. Results:There were no significant differences in embryo implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate, multiple pregnancy rate, ectopic pregnancy rate, early and late abortion rate, premature birth rate, live birth rate, incidence of pregnancy complications and birth defect rate between the two groups (all P>0.05). But the incidence of vaginal bleeding in group B was significantly higher than that in group A [6.0% (30/504) vs. 10.3% (52/505), P=0.015], cost-effectiveness ratio (C/E) in group A was better than that in group B (17.76 vs. 77.30). Conclusion:For patients undergoing HRT-FET cycles, oral progesterone capsule can reduce vaginal bleeding and medical cost, while achieving a pregnancy outcome similar to that of progesterone vaginal sustained release gel and dydrogesterone, so it can be used as a luteal support scheme in clinic.

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of plasma exchange in the treatment of patients with severe hepatitis.Methods:From December 2011 to December 2018, 84 patients with severe hepatitis admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Linfen were selected, and they were divided into control group ( n=41) and observation group ( n=41)according to the random digital table method.The control group was treated with routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with plasma exchange at the same time.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 73.17%(30/41), which was significantly higher than that of the control group[51.22%(21/41)] (χ 2=4.201, P<0.05). After treatment, the ALB, AST, ALT, TBIL levels in the control group were (36.74±4.25)g/L, (247.85±12.36)U/L, (214.57±10.14)U/L, (288.96±16.30)μmol/L, respectively, which in the observation group were (45.14±5.30)g/L, (162.65±8.30)U/L, (120.74±6.33)U/L, (241.74±15.02)μmol/L, respectively, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant( t=7.917, 36.642, 50.261, 13.641, all P<0.05). After treatment, the interferon gamma(IFN-γ), tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α), interleukin 6(IL-6) levels in the control group were (318.96±92.15)ng/L, (334.74±102.58)ng/L, (65.89±6.33)ng/L, respectively, which in the observation group were (261.15±89.62)ng/L, (274.15±85.12)ng/L, (54.36±5.23)ng/L, respectively, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant( t=2.879, 2.910, 8.991, all P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups ( P>0.05). Conclusion:Plasma exchange in the treatment of severe hepatitis can improve the clinical therapeutic effect, improve its liver function, reduce the level of inflammatory cytokines, and has no adverse reactions.

Fear appeals by fear prompted intervention received intervention information, provide a new breakthrough to achieve better effect of propaganda and intervention. After over 70 years development, the Fear Appeal generated from the driver model that proposed the fear decided the effectiveness of behavior intervention, to the extended parallel process model theory which integrated protection motivation theory and parallel process theory, both of which believed the fear is just one of the estimators, suggested fear is the key factor. The fear appeal theory is turning to be even more comprehensive and accurate. As an important theoretical basement, the fear appeal is still developing, and need more work to make it perfection.

Objective:To conduct a systematic study of the immunologic response of rats to transplanted glutaraldehyde ( GA)-treated porcine blood vessels in vivo.Methods: The experiment was divided into two groups:fresh group and glutaraldehyde-treated group.Twenty cases of fresh and glutaraldehyde-treated porcine pulmonary arteries were subcutaneously embedded in rats.We compared the changes using HE staining and immunohistochemistry.Results:HE staining showed that there were stronger expression on day 12 and day 30 in the fresh group than that in the glutaraldehyde group.There were similar results in morphology in CD68,C3,IgG.The results of integral optical density ( IOD) in immunohistochemistry showed that IOD started rising from day 4 and got the peak on day 12 or day 30 and or fell on day 60.Conclusion: Innate immunity played an important role in the research on xenogenic immunological rejection mechanism.The immunogenicity of glutaraldehyde-treated xenogenic blood vessels is lower than that in fresh blood vessels.However there is still immunogenicity in glutaraldehyde-treated xenogenic blood vessels.We will explore better ways to obviously weaken the rejection.

Objective To analyze the factors related to the household abundance of rodents in rodent-borne disease foci in the western part of Yunnan province.Methods From July 2011 to October 2012,800 households (20 households in 1 village) were randomly selected in 40 natural villages of 10 counties in western Yunnan where rodent borne disease was endemic to conduct a study on relationship between rodent abundance and environmental factors.Five cages were placed in each household for 3 consecutive nights to capture rodents.The rodent species were identified based on their morphological characteristics.The data on potential factors related to rodent abundance were collected through questionnaires and field observation.A dataset was established by using EpiData software and the analysis was performed with hurdle regression model under R software.Results A total of 421 rodents were captured in 800 households,belonging to 9 species,6 genera,2 families,2 orders.Rattus tanezumi was the predominant species (66.03％).The final hurdle regression model showed that the probability of capturing rodents in the households where family member had high education level and the garbage was placed outside declined by 50％-68％ ; The probability of capturing rodents in the households of Dai and Yi ethnic groups increased by 2.16-2.87 times; The probability of capturing rodents in the households where rodents were observed or vegetables grown near houses increased by 1.54-1.59 times; In the households where many rodents were believed to exist,the probability of capturing rodents and the number of rodents captured increased by 1.59 and 1.84 times respectively.The number of rodents captured in the houses with cement or tile floor increased by 3.62 times.Conclusion The household abundance of rodents in the area in western Yunnan,where the rodent-borne disease survey was conducted,seemed to be closely related to the social economy status,human intervention and ecological environment.To control the abundance of rodents effectively,it is necessary to take these factors into consideration.

Objective:To explore the relationship among lottery buying behaviors,risk attitudes and lottery re-lated cognitive distortions,in order to propose suggestions about the intervention of problem lottery players and the healthy development of the lottery.Methods:Totally 228 lottery players (120 males,108 females;150 unmarried,78 married)sampled from Jinan were asked to fill out the Questionnaire of Lottery Buying Behavior (LBB),Domain Specific Risk-Taking Scale (DOSPERT)and Lottery Related Cognitive Distortions Scale (LRCD).Correlation a-nalysis and path analysis were used to analyze the data.Results:The scores of irrational behavior of LBB were posi-tively correlated with the DOSPERT total scores and its factor scores of recreation and gambling,and positively cor-related with the LRCD total scores and its factor scores except optimistic (r=0.17 -0.34,Ps<0.01 ).While the scores of rational behavior of LBB were negatively correlated with DOSPERT total scores and factor scores of rec-reation and gambling,and negatively correlated with LRCD total scores and its factor scores of illusion of control, illusory correlation,over optimistic and gamblers'fallacy (r=-0.18 --0.37,Ps<0.01 ).Path analysis showed that lottery related cognitive distortions had complete mediating effect between risk attitudes and irrational behaviorsof buying lotteries.Lottery related cognitive distortions partially mediate the relationship between risk attitudes and rational behaviors of buying lotteries.Conclusion:It suggests that the higher risk attitudes the lottery players hold, the greater cognitive distortions they will have,which in turn the irrational behaviors of buying lotteries might easily to have.

Objective To study the effect of psychological intervention in the rectal cancer after operation. Methods Thirty-seven patients each in control group and intervention group with rectal cancer after operation from February 2012 to February 2015 in our department were retrospectively analyzed. The complications, quality of life and psycho-logical status were compared between the two groups. Results The intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group in urinary tract infection (χ2=4.44, P<0.05), intestinal obstruction (χ2=3.85, P<0.05), pulmonary infection(χ2=6.51, P<0.05). The intervention group were significantly higher than that in the control group after 4 weeks of the operation in physical function(t=5.75, P<0.01), role function(t=5.50, P<0.01), emotional function(t=6.08, P<0.01), cognitive function(t=6.60, P<0.01), social function(t=2.92, P<0.01). The intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group in SAS(t=4.05, P<0.01) and SDS (t=3.11, P<0.01). Conclusion Psychological inter-vention can decrease the rate of postoperative complications and improve the psychological state in the rectal cancer after operation, it can also enhance the quality of life.
